[Music] I am a bride on a budget I came shopping at Kleinfeld before and I wound up falling in love with a satin Couture dress by Antonio Reva and I was smitten I love this it is pretty the dress was over $8,000 and my budget is strictly $2,000 I think my biggest challenge will be finding a dress that compares to the First dress I loved that I can afford hello hi I'm Alison nice to meet you nice to meet you who all do you have with you my mom and two my best friends and bridesmaid hi ladies tell me about your wedding laen it's going to be at The Vineyards on the North Park of Long Island and it's going to be outdoors and fun we're trying to do a budget friendly wedding I'm a teacher so I don't make a ton of money we've been doing a lot of DIY projects arranging our own bouquets and centerpieces we've actually made our own alter too we got two old wine barrels so what are we looking for something to to Top This I love the way it fit that it wasn't revealing up here that it was so different with the silhouette but I have an extremely strict budget and I want to be right at 2,000 woo okay Antonio Riva gown start at $9 to $10,000 with a budget of 2,000 finding a dress that compares is going to be tough can I just maybe try it on once for inspiration jeez come on Lauren Okay so let me show you the one I'm most excited about first okay I found a dress that I loved last time and then I learned it was over $88,000 so I want to top that and it has to be within my budget nice and simple next clean lines yeah you're not very excited about that this one has a little bit of Sparkle to it yeah you hate it no I don't hate it let's put this on let's get our inspiration then we'll get it out of my house and then try on the other one okay I know I can't afford this dress but I want to try it on anyway just to remind me so I know that I'm not settling for something less than that how do you feel back in it same way I felt before seems like 10,000 so it might as well be right I feel the exact same way that I was in it the first time it's marvelous it feels wonderful on it's gorgeous there's nothing n to love you're going to cut across here okay ladies the Antonio Reva it's beautiful I love how I feel in this dress I'm worried nothing else is going to compare Lauren is absolutely still obsessed with Antonio Reva I don't want her to be disappointed so let's stop the torture and put on something else okay I found Lauren a strapless satin dress with a dramatic train that I think she's going to love oh here she [Music] is how do you feel I don't love it I like it I feel like something's missing missing this is not my dress I feel like it does not compare to the Antonio Rea it's missing the wow factor it has no pop it's just very simple she needs more she needs to have some sort of a pop I don't love the front so the back would have to wow me with the bow I don't know I know to some Brides $2,000 isn't a lot of money but $2,000 is a huge amount of money to me to spend on a dress I don't know what's wrong with this dress but I don't like it I don't like the tul with the satin I don't like the giant bow so this is raw silk what do you think I like it I think it's gorgeous on you I like it okay I'll show them okay this dress has everything that I want on paper hello ladies hello so this is Ann barge it's $2,000 someone talk it's everything I need but it doesn't have I don't think I like the bottom of that so now we've tried on three after the Antonio Rea and still nothing's comparing I'm thinking maybe do a different style kind of losing hope a little bit it's getting a little frightening you're going to have to be open-minded and I'm good at being open-minded so we're ready to go no comment hello hi okay I have three okay Lauren loves this $10,000 Antonio Reva dress but we've got to find something in her price point okay color change maybe I don't really love any of these dresses starting to get a little more nervous now getting a little frustrated I'm not sure if I'm going to find a dress [Music] today so we're in the sample sale room this is a weird unique dress our Sample Room has dresses that are heavily discounted sold right off the rack in Asis Condition it's take it as you see it it's originally $116,000 it is now marked down to $999 we might as well just go for it okay our sample sale pieces okay I never thought it would be this hard to find a dress within my budget I think $2,000 is a lot of money what do you think yeah I love this dress it's totally different and it has the Couture element but it also has that vintage touch $116,000 who would spend that this dress is marked down to $9.99 it makes me love it a million times more hi guys what do you think I can't believe I'm saying this but I I feel like that's just beautiful on you and it's on sale for $999 wow this is a lot more of what I pictured for your like Vineyard tour wedding I cried for other Brides I may as well cry for her she looks beautiful in it seeing her with the bail on it and now I see her as my daughter the bride can you see see yourself walking down the aisle yeah I can I did not think walking in those doors today that I would find a $116,000 dress that I'm paying less than $1,000 for it Lauren are you saying yes to the dress I'm saying Yes to the Dress y congratulations I didn't think it was possible damn you did it I found a dress not only within my budget but half my budget honestly I like the dress more than the Antonio Rea I'm in love with my dress I'm in love with the price I'm in love with the day a month ago I found a dress um it's not the perfect dress it doesn't say Empire State Building I have it with me in the event that I have to wear it okay but but we don't want you walking down an aisle in a dress you don't like I I don't know let's get you in okay and see if we can find you dress I'm ready know I am really lucky ry's here we have a chance follow us this way thank you when Emily came in and told Lisa and I that she was renewing her vows in 2 days this is like the craziest turnaround I've ever seen so are you yeah what are you looking for in the dress I I want something glamorous sophisticated sophisticated and a little Glitz and glamour sound like a banina dress yeah today I'm looking for a dress that is something out of the box that says Bridal but not my first wedding dress you got married at the Empire State Building the first time my husband he proposed to me at the Empire State Building we were on vacation my husband's name is Ken Evans Ken is perfect for me he's my biggest fan he's my biggest supporter he makes me feel complete we've had a wonderful tenure years it hasn't been easy all the time and it's time to stop and really celebrate and I couldn't think of a better place to do it than Where it All Began beautiful that's beautiful what's your budget my budget is $2,000 this is what we're going to do I'm going to leave now and I'm going to hit the ground running shopping because what I'm going to be looking for for you are samples stock pieces thankfully you're going to fit into them which is good because that's our only option we certainly can't order anything OB viously in two days I I'm nervous because I will not be able to just get any dress that I see because of my my two-day time constraint panina hi my love I'm sorry 2 days till this vow renewal so she needs to get a dress today so let's start with this one okay okay this dress feels magical the lines are tremendous it feels like it belongs at the Empire State Building hands down my little one Michaela will not like this dress she let watch we'll see what she says your husband I think would like it he might let's let's go wow wow oh my goodness oh my gosh that is beautiful yes hell wow how do you feel beautiful I I love it it's a little cleavage forward yes if this were more covered do we like it if this was more covered and how long would the train metal in here feels like it's a Christmas tree under hoop skirt in there so yeah that one's going to feel a little pressure I feel like in this one I'm thinking more of this one oh my gosh okay is she out of my budget if I want to keep it under four a Rex under four she's a little bit over if I'm going to do a ball gown I want to do her all right I'm going to a King let's do it tell me all about your fiance my fiance's name is Cunningham we actually met at a self-defense class yeah I knew that he was the one for me when I was willing to sacrifice I'm normally a selfish person so when I was willing to compromise more I was like okay I'm digging you so yeah we got to see where this goes and it's going right down the aisle baby all right I got to find her another one that's going to be in budget I'm anxious but I'm nervous so I don't know what to expect because this is a beautiful gown but I know I don't want a ball gown we got feathers for 3,000 I hope I don't like this dress please don't like this dress Jocelyn big I have three other options I'm thinking oh one dress and we're done because it has feathers and how's it feel it feels like it's meant for me it's mine well let's go show everyone I want her to have like princess what if it's not gy fall down but princess still fall down let's see what she comes out with well let's see what she comes out with look ostrich feathers ha let's see what is this what we do one I love this dress you love this dress I really do that is not cute really what that's when you do that little scch and what those feathers are weak if you blend in with us bridesmaides with this dress they're not going to look better than me trust you know how to crush a dream don't you well no no no ST it all on the ground we're we're being honest with you I thought it was cute I don't even want to try anything else on you should but this wasn't it girl bye back at phase one so I'm just hoping she comes in here with just something just different again and something that they like because they said that it's either either too much or not enough come on in your girl okay Miss Jocelyn okay here we go I found this it's a flare gown and she's blingy and she's blingy she's different she doesn't have feathers but this is not your average dress okay we were in the ballark okay oh that wasn't what I I had in mind I didn't see feathers right away and then as I put it on it literally looked like it's being painted on my body and I was like girl yes isn't it fabulous and I it hugged your body I like it so good I'm scared to say that I like it because everything that I've liked they don't like I think you should just wait to see what they say before you say anything cuz it seems as soon as you say you like it it gets turned around I'm I'm G to let them speak first yeah this has got to be it it's got to be I am doing a total Poker Face yeah [Music] girl uhoh it's silence I don't want to turn around I ain't ready for the bad news um oh josn I know no no pretty but it's pretty but it's very plain it's very plain I'm not expecting I love the mermaid though you need some decoration on it we need something I'm sneaking I'm sneaking into hear everybody's comments I I told you I would it needs something maybe if the scraps like had like a little bling need some decoration on it I saw in her eyes that's my dress and they're not filling the dress I'm like we just need to change a couple of things and we will be good to go because that is the dress for the beach so you want to see some accessories I want going to pull a strap a be strap everybody was Cutthroat with their uh critiques she really loves the dress Dorothy she said this stress could be the one and I think she's holding back because she's really concerned of what her family's going to say are some straps really going to really change the dress that much okay okay we have options I like the be Beed strap I think that's you know it just finishes the dress interesting I'm watching their faces as they're doing it give me a moment give me a moment okay we're fishing we're fishing come on come on and then I like it I love it got you y'all like the dress yeah that that is the look that is looks nice I like it that that is what we're going for yeah that makes it cuz if not it looks like a prom so I was waiting to hear what you all thought cuz I didn't want to come out say anything first cuz you know y'all been like uhuh but I could definitely go home with this dress you know I would like to know what you think aich feathers anding like I know see that's how I know y'all know what y'all doing cuz see I'll come in here thinking I'm knowing what I'm wanting Candace knew exactly what she was doing that that's it no that's it that's it this is the dress this is your dress oh it's beautiful wow oh W oh my God this is really about to happen oh wow what's going on she's gorgeous that's that's the most challenging bride we have because everything looks good in every dress so she wants lace she wants her back exposed how much can we spend that's my problem okay how much can we spend 2500 oh Lord and there's no budging there's really no challenge of having a $2,500 budget unless you're ask asking for lace low back drama lace is expensive when you want everything it cost but there is what about this this has a it's a low back 2400 I'm going to pull it let's do that I don't have a matter but I have no clue how this is going to go today that's beautiful that's what I was thinking about too Randy and I could work perfectly together or it could be an explosion hi I brought a friend Hello beautiful and this is Randy you're cat yes nice to meet you it's a pleasure our budget is is it a strict 25 yes like that is like if we found something like 28 or is it I mean I'm just asking maybe depending on the dress we pulled a few things that are under that are great we don't know if it has oh wait a second isn't this one over no how much is this one 28 never mind never mind okay so we'll take the so we have two dresses I don't like those any of them you would love this one this one's 28 though I'll try that on cuz I do like that you know just so happens that I do like the one that is over budget so that makes me a little bit nervous it has the sexy back it has these gorgeous little we we'll just try it on you have to see it all right Randy and I will keep looking then yes and then work your magic there's no need to to to break the budget but we just want to find our own gorgeous dress you know what I'm saying we want I love this so we want to of course you do I love how this is cat's budget is 2500 it's a bit tight but I'm certain I'll find her an incredible dress she's coming up [Music] a I love She's PR love the bag oh my God she looks so pretty I feel um right I like this a lot right is she serving it smoking smoking it feels sexy it's very classic which I like that too you love the color cuz I love the color and step forward what do you think I like it but I'm really easy yes I feel like you could do better it doesn't speak grand entrance here's the challenge though if you want grandish it's going to mean cashish do you have more money to put to the budget I I know this is already this is already 300 over the budget when I'm working with a bride that has a that budget I have to talk them down and let them know what they're going to get for their money can I see your hat for a second that's a beautiful hat thank you let's take up a collection can we take up a collection go ahead like what Kleinfelds at Klein there you go Shay is extremely helpful throughout this whole process he keeps reminding me that you know it's not about the money that it's about the dress and so he's really encouraging me and really helping me think that I really can find my dress today I have an epiphany we have two gorgeous new dresses that are in if you don't like them then I'm flying back to Ohio oh I love this one this dress is one of the dresses I saw before when I was here but it was out of my budget think I like the other one better it sucks when your friends shoot a dress down that you love but I did really want them to be excited about it the other dress with the bead in is giving you more solid lines like you can see the curves for the and I right it's taking away so then we need to look for that one in another color which she has in her dressing room over there oh Catherine has a dress in her room that's all beating so hopefully she'll let me see it at least so I can see if it's something that I like now that Danielle's seen a dress that sparked her interest she's going to see if she can take it for herself yes hi hi I really love the other dress are you guys going to if she wants the dress for herself I think he was very very very glamorous in this if Catherine loves this dress I'm going to have to break Danielle's heart it's too glamorous okay thankfully for your fiance my fiance's name is Kevin we met uh our senior year in high school actually we went to our senior prom together it was sort of our first day we really didn't know each other um we kissed on the dance floor and I just knew my fiance says to me have buttons on the back of my dress so after he said that I was determined to have buttons what is the venue uh there an old Catholic Church very kind of big ornate lots of Ivy roses that kind of thing okay so I'm going to go pull some dresses thank you you're welcome she's in love with the dress that's over her budget and that we don't have I have to come up with the same silhouette the same look but that it's in her budget so Antonella goes in search of Randy to help so let's see what else we have to show her she did try on back at home at Jenny Lee and she loved it so this is very similar and she wants to have a dress with butns okay know we got to have a dress not just buttons Kelly starts with a lacy fit and flare that has the all-important buttons this is that form fitting yes it is yeah I love the shape of the dress I feel beautiful okay we're going to go out there okay pick it up here she is oh my goodness and there's the button oh there's the buttons oh dang wow wow how do you feel I I do like it I didn't picture myself in lace turn so what does everyone think I'm not a fan of the bodice okay the lace actually almost kind of does look like like a grandmother's tablecloth I like the way it fits but it is lace head to toe and I think maybe too much lace okay I'm going going to put Kelly in a panina dress it's very similar to the Jenny Lee it has the same silhouette but it does not have the buttons in the back it's a pretty material it's satin you certainly look stunning oh thank you I I love the almost exact y yeah she looks great with the buttons I love the back I love the pickups how do you feel after trying on these dresses I really realized that that dress that I tried on before I came here I think that was that was my dress what was the price on the dress it was 4700 do you want me to go ask Dorothy what price I can find on that dress yes yeah yes now we have to see if we can order that dress and beat the prize So Randy and Antonella go to merchandise director Dorothy in search of a discount that one over there on the that one what's that you her bud is like 35 to maybe four right right right is there any way we can see what we can let if I touch with Jenny I can always try to call Jenny and see I'm really stressed out I thought oh my goodness we came all the way here and my family's not going to get a payoff because we don't have the dress here it comes out to 4156 4156 okay let me see what that helps okay 4156 Brandy get over here okay so what did Dy said do we have good news so with the trunk show promotion it would be 4156 so should we ask the question mhm are you saying yes to this [Music] Dr I don't know how they did it but they were able to give me a 12% discount which brought it to down significantly and that was huge saying yes to the photograph was the same feeling as saying yes to the dress as if I was wearing it she she should be so congratulations when you're getting married um two months away so we're in a super time crunch nothing like waiting till the last minute I actually already have a dress and I just it wasn't the vision that I had in in the first place during my first shopping experience my family was very excited and I feel like I got caught up in that Everyone likes it and I did but then I put it on when it came in and it just didn't fit me the way I wanted it to fit me I said I would not touch satin with a 10-ft pole and the whole entire skirt is Satin The Shape was not doing me any justice you're definitely not wearing that one no no okay I don't want to look uncomfortable and I definitely don't want to look chubby you're getting married in May in May where Tuscany Italy yesal I love Italy the name of our wedding venue is Agri Turismo machano oh my goodness you must be so excited about going to Italy but we're not going with her what do you mean she's going to Italy she's getting married but she's coming back to Houston to have a reception with the whole family we're having a really really small ceremony so none of you are going none of you but who is going so we will just have a ma of honor and best man all right well it is what it is so tell me a little bit about like what you're looking for I like lace and buttons just kind of vintagey and Italian feel you know how we're going to find it for a wedding that's in two months is a little bit concerning if anyone can do it you can do it so oh thanks I really hoping that Lisa can hit the nail on the head and find me something that makes terrible for me to say this but other than this in the whole store in the whole store there's one dress here and that's my only option the only other designer is panina but you have to be in that budget in order for me to put that dress on cuz if you fall in love with it and you can't be in that budget there's no reason for me to put it on so I have one dress it's very stressful that there's only one dress fitting my budget and it's not the dress of my dreams morav steps into her only option a Danielle capres princess ball gown okay holy look amazing I love the pearls oh my God what do you think I like it it's very pretty very detailed I just don't know if it's like it's pretty um the beating was pretty it just wasn't the whole package of what I was looking for I like it but I'm not wanted people that don't understand they don't understand all the details of our life you know to know about um I was lonely this isn't really a religious basis for us um we were all Catholic um you know clearly pretty far from uh you know the religion in which we were raised you have to understand this is something that I kind of pushed I wanted to be sure that he was okay how did you meet the groom um we met online we met on seeking arrangements so we met in January of this year we just hit it off immediately when we were dating he would always call text bring me flowers we fell in love
