Brand New 74% PDR Barbarian Build Is Incredible (I'm a Tank Now) | Dark and Darker Solo Guide

fire hey guys how's it going Firebox here I'm here to show you my current build which is a 74% PDR Barbarian I'm confident that you can go even further with this this is a pretty mid build but that just goes to show how strong the current armor rolls right now are so let's take a look at my stats uh 59% base plus the round Shield is going to give us an additional 50 is% putting us at 74% total for our gear I'm going for additional armor rating and or additional physical damage reduction I have that on pretty much every single piece of gear available if you don't know the exact stat distribution I'm going to put it on the screen right now there are certain thresholds that you're going to want to hit where physical damage reduction makes more sense versus Armor for example in the period I am right now which is around the 230s you get 2% additional PDR per armor rating so if you were to find 3% physical damage reduction this is the equivalent of 15 armor so deciding what gear you're going to put the armor rating on versus the physical damage reduction on is really up to you just try to make sure that you're building in a way that makes the most sense I think I could optimize this kit even better just based on what I purchased this is kind of just a first run through even though this build is very slow it's very strong I feel like a walking tank it's kind of like PDR fighter but I have access to both Achilles strike Savage Roar and more magic resistance than a fighter would typically have I kind of feel like PDR fighter but with magic resistance which feels very strong it's almost like a multiclassing but it's not in the game yet it's really just the massive amount of armor and physical damage reduction increases at we seeing across the board for all gear and I am going to use a Viking sword just because I need something for the round shield for our perks I'm going to run Crush robust potion suer and Iron Will with of course Savage Roar and achilles I thought about doing rage for the movement speed cuz this build is slow but that said Achilles strike seems to be enough to keep people in place and most people are not expecting your Barbarian to be this tanky so it seems to just work I want to go ahead and show you some of the PVP enjoy the video [Music] h it I want to thank you guys for watching this video I hope you enjoyed it I still have some experimenting to do with this build I think there's a lot of potential especially if you can get some better rolled gear such as plus all attribute on top of armor roll I think you could just go really crazy if you like this video and this guide helped you please like the video it really helps the channel and sub if you haven't subbed already I don't know what you're doing you really should and I do want to thank B and kid brutal for supporting this video alongside my other members this is where I plan to end the video but I figured I had some extra footage when I was leveling up my cleric I was testing out a PDR build I'm not level 15 yet so if you are interested in that I'm going to go ahead and play that PVP com got [Music] what [Music] he me this you [Music] it you [Applause] man [Music] l [Music] yeah e [Music] this [Music] [Music] sh [Music] [Music] I this the
