Community event at Fowler Ridge wind farm | bp

foreign Ridge Wind Farm we're upgrading these turbines with new technology to produce power more efficiently we're just about halfway done with the project so we have repowered over 20 out of the 40 turbines and today we're celebrating that progress basically in this region for more than 10 years we've built a partnership with with the local community and stakeholders it's a really good partnership and engagement tonight our main purpose is to show our true appreciation for everyone that supported this project as well as the wind farm and we have landowners we have the Indiana Farm Bureau and we have local officials like the county commissioner and the sheriff stopped by tonight to say hi we've been delighted to be partnership with BP they were a steadfast project in our area and at a time where resources were really low the Advanced Energy portfolio that they're looking at and the things that they're doing really are helping us to re-imagine what our economy in Northwest Indiana could be so we look forward to continuing to grow that relationship and our economy along with their business BP had conversations about how can we be a part of your community and one of those is to support our unrestricted Grant making we received and was gifted twenty thousand dollars from VP so we're super excited to push that out into our communities 2006 I was trying to find a way to enhance Revenue at the time I bought the Land There was not a single turbine up yet this County embraced it they got all new roads for it and uh Benton County loves it and I like it too so the future of this partnership is really to grow this business and our Renewables aspect of it and support of our Net Zero ambitions foreign thank you
