three words for cedar creek too challenging rewarding and windy [Laughter] [Music] my name is amber whitlock i'm the deputy performance manager for cedar creek 2. safety is a big thing out here with the site because we're so remote so that's our main focus is safety we've got a lot of different contractors on site people from all over coming in and doing different jobs and for everybody to work together safely get the job done and have the turbines producing and that availability stays up that's a good day on a wind farm my job is safe and reliable operations and that entails making sure that everybody who comes to site has the knowledge of what they're doing has the right equipment for what they're going to be doing so that everybody goes home safe at the end of the day as important as it is to keep these towers running it's more important for us to keep everybody safe while doing so my personal goal is to learn and grow each and every day the better leader that i can become for bp and prostate creek too that's what i strive to do and to keep everybody safe [Music]
