unexpected danger on GPS for quite a while maybe four or five months do you want to call her out and see if she will come outside do we want to call out we didn't know where she that it goes main concern is my children I don't want to leave my children not because I'm worried about them being with they're down just because who don't want to be at their kids what mom don't expect the getting arrest in front of them it's kind of hard on my five-year-old she's been really going through this several times already now so she's like dramatic about it and terrified and honestly I'm gonna be honest I've been taking her to therapy and just because of that like she's afraid of college she thinks they're bad and I tell her they're not bad I try to teach her but she don't know that because of the way how they come at me at the time you know most of the times they see them I'm going to jail if they think oh are they the bad people are they good people she don't know they stopped working maybe like three years ago and when I got into all this trouble all the theft charges I don't use drugs I don't drink alcohol there was no other way to take care we got in a bind one night where we didn't know what we were gonna eat my children I didn't have money I went and I stole I started off with food and I started off with billion items for money yourself to make money for my kids so your main concerns your family yeah did you hear your is your husband inside correct yeah did you hear what he was saying he's like shoot me no I didn't hear him he was I mean we got it on camera was nuts I was scared he was like you know I'm gonna bring the heat I've got a gun was he just like I told them there's no gun and I wish there's no gun I could 100% cause was him to me there's no guns in my house or in the house whatever wit him nowhere around like I said I just wish you guys knew how he really was and that these who did go to I was talking to the defendant and I said hey like I'd love to just meet you McDonald's and buy your kid some happy meals and like show them the nice side of us so you think I'll be able to get out then all right yeah I think I don't think I don't see any issue with it we got a little bit of paperwork and a little bit of convincing but I'm on your side please I promise you I'll give my word I'm on your side yes I believe in God I give my word okay you know what I would rather do than press charges on sit down across from the table with him and kind of understand them we talked to everything through we talked about what our plan is to try to help her back out and she was talking to us about one of her children her her child's got cancer Nicole is advised us on multiple occasions that her daughters in the hospital she's had multiple heart surgeries I'm not gonna say it's not true but I'm not gonna put emotion into it so I don't really believe her story 100% right I believe Nicole story of her child having cancer about 90% at the same point the other 10% there you never know everyone likes to lie to you to stay safe and stay out of jail [Music] I fully believe that she has a kid with cancer I don't doubt it you the percentage of 100% she has a kid with cancer I hope Nicole figures this out her and her husband figure it out I've made recommendations with the bondsman if they do a rebound that the husband is not allowed to be in the area when we are there you must leave immediately if not it's a violation of conditions all right holy [ __ ] holy [ __ ] all right guys that's gonna do it for this one Nicole is gonna go back to jail we're gonna do our best to get her out of jail before the weekend's over so she could be there for the surgery with her daughter who has unfortunately cancer we do have compassion for her she seems like a very nice young lady explained to us that the only reason she got these charges were to feed and protect and to provide for her kids so we can all sympathize with that mindset the boyfriend whatever that's gonna do it for this one Nicole's going to jail we're gonna go home I'm petty mayo as a partner Drake and rip we'll see you on the next one okay I'm gonna get let's just get
