fraternity a lot uh coming to propel your first question the role of hr in higher education yes yeah so education has changed uh dramatically due to technology changes earlier there was a blackboard teach lecturing full of schools now it has gone to online completely online there are many best courses which are available online so teaching has changed conventionally the role of hr was handling the payroll doing uh small uh shortlisting resumes the small small works that was the role of hr and that was taken care by an administrative officer but now this because of this competitions and the generation technology changes hr is gearing up in education sector the expansion of role of higher education signifies the process of hr uh hr in the corporate world so over last two decades there has been a lot of changes in the hr world the universities are hiring uh hr for uh designing the policies diversified people uh strategic they have now a strategic role in uh to play because the university wants the uh wants their working style to be changed into the corporate style and because of the involvement of the hr inside the universities or the has resulted in the best practice in
