Even it's already allowed to travel, it's like: "I still miss to travel!". My God! There are really moments like that, right? Especially today, I miss my favorite city in US, it's Boston. I miss my food trips there. You know what? Sometimes, I just go and walk there and I am going to eat extensively. One of my favorite snacks is Macaroni & Cheese with Lobster. It sounds so fancy, right? It's making me hungry. Just even thinking about it, I want to recreate it already. But lobsters are too expensive, right? We can still do that though. Amazing Macaroni & Cheese that is so easy to make and very affordable because today, I'm going to use my favorite Eden Melt Sarap. So our Macaroni & Cheese will truly become upgraded! So there it is? You can see that the ingredients are very very basic. Of course, I boiled macaroni already, I boiled it before already. Just follow the instructions on your packaging because it depends on the brand of Macaroni. The boiling time is just different. Just don't forget that you need to put a bit of salt on your pasta water so that our dish would really become so tasty. And here it is already, let us make the base. This is just super basic. You just need butter, flour, fresh milk, and of course, Eden Melt Sarap. This would really make our macaroni and cheese amazing. Okay, I will open the flame already and this is just super basic. I have here my butter, you just put it there. This butter is salted but if you have unsalted one over there, there's no problem, just add a bit of salt later. As you cook, you will taste this of course. And your flour, this is just all-purpose flour. Just cook it like that. Because others thought that Macaroni & Cheese, just like in US, "Oh! It's only done during special occasions, during thanksgiving day." No, it's not. Me, if I'm craving for a snack, I will just go. I don't have a particular store, I will just keep on walking there and if I see a new restaurants or mini eateries serving Mac & Cheese, I will sit and order one. It's really like that though, right? If you see the butter & flour mixture bubble up a bit, you can now put your fresh milk. Just gradual only. So as I put my fresh milk, I will just mix it like that. So that it will not form lumps. And then I'm just going to cook this for few minutes just until it boils up and our white sauce becomes gooey. So there it is, it's boiling already and you will obviously see that our sauce had thicken when it boiled. So now, it's time for us to add our favorite Eden Melt Sarap. I have cut it into smaller cubes already, so I really exerted an effort. So that it will be melted here easily. So I'm going to turn off the flame now. And you just put your chopped or cubed Eden Melt Sarap. And you just mix it, so as you can see, it just melted quickly. And if it melts, I will just pour our macaroni here. And of course, you can also use other pasta shapes, anything you have there. But for now, we are following the classic. So there is it, it is melted already. And let's season it with some salt and pepper. Just mix it and let us just taste it. It's DIVINE! And for now, let's put our macaroni. So what I do, I will just a bit first. And then I will mix it just so it won't mess here. And then add a little bit more. Okay, so there. If your pasta is well-coated already, then that's good already. I even add more of this because I will have soup later. When it's well-coated already, you transfer it to the baking dish. Actually, even if I won't transfer this on a baking dish, I can bake it on my casserole here already, right? But let's still transfer it on a baking dish since I have prepared it already. I put it on a display already. You might ask me: "Where you will use that?" For a while, it's hot. Let's raise it and let's transfer it here. Okay, so there, let's just flatten it a bit. I can really smell the cheese, there it is, right? And of course, we are not yet finish. I still have Eden Melt Sarap here that we have sliced thinly. We are going to put it on top. We can create special melt-your-heart moments with the creamier and meltier Eden Melt Sarap. There is it, right? I really love it! And even if not melted, it's good already so how much more if it's melted, right? So there it is, let's put there. Because I really want the top to be filled with cheese that's why I have my people slicing cheese here, for a while! So there. You put the cheese. So now, it's 2:45 PM because we eat our snacks a bit early. You know us here, we keep on eating every moment. But for example, you will have your snack in your house at 4:30 PM, you can just leave this here, cover it with plastic wrap and you set it up in the oven at around 4:00 PM. So that it would really be freshly baked and your loved ones will get excited for the snack. Because of course, to make it different, right? There's a variety, a different kind of snack that'll make it seems like you're traveling in USA. Macaroni & Cheese. And because I'm very excited, I am going to set this up already. I have preheated my oven here. And I'm just going to bake this in a hot oven just until it melts and the top becomes golden brown. So it would really be delicious, let us set it up in the oven already. So let's remove it. There is it, right? Isn't it amazing? It is! So there, you see how nice the color. Oh! the smell. It's definitely amazing! I really love how the cheese melted on top. Of course, we are using our favorite Eden Melt Sarap. There is it, right?
