Body of missing woman found in Minnesota storage unit

some relatives haven't seen Fanta sciophong in two years but Saint Paul police say she wasn't reported missing until this may and someone called the human trafficking tip line they reported to us that Fanta was in an abusive relationship according to police the caller identified fanta's partner as Joseph Jorgensen a name known to investigators they immediately became concerned for her safety that's because police were already investigating Jorgensen for The Disappearance of another girlfriend Manny Starrett last Friday prosecutors charged Jorgensen with killing and dismembering starring and now they say he's a person of interest in fanta's case he has not been charged investigators are still doing the hard work of trying to determine the facts of this case that investigation accelerated this week police say they served a search warrant here at the storage facility in Rapids on Thursday and they say they found human remains in one of the units those remains were identified it was eerily similar to how investigators found Manny starring's remains in a Woodbury Storage unit last week thankfully cases like this are extremely rare but they are reminders to all of us that monsters can be real on Friday police executed another search warrant at jorgensen's former home in Shoreview this time related to phantas homicide this case will likely span numerous cities and counties police say it's not clear whether Jorgensen was in a relationship with Manny and Fanta at the same time or different times but they urged the public to call them if they know of anybody else who went missing or has a connection to Jorgensen Kare 11 News thanks for watching our YouTube channel follow today's top stories and breaking news by downloading the NBC News app
