[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] what you boy okay now Chuck top squeeze it a little bit there you go [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so the Bureau of Land Management gathers off a certain number each year and offers them up to the public such as the events that we're having here in Pauls Valley and then our satellite events that we have in our for state area Oklahoma Kansas Texas and New Mexico as I said we're overcrowded we're extremely overcrowded out west we have around 80,000 out west and we have room for 26,000 so left uncontrolled they just keep breathing and populating and they will double in numbers and barriers in our up range Corral's and short term for out like Falls Valley we have around 47,000 head so we're overcrowded there as well so we're offering the thousand dollar incentive we've been doing it exactly two months and how that works is folks will adopt today they fill out an application pay the adoption fee the bidding will start at $25 you'll fill out a couple of extra forms for that one of them is your checking account information because the money will be electronically deposited in your checking account and then another incentive form the first five hundred dollars will be deposited in the first 60 days and the second five hundred dollars will come a year later so a year from the Adoption Day a year from now we only see the application for title in the mail to get the five hundred dollars you'll need to have a veterinarian on it thing they have seen the animal in good care you will mail it in to our office it'll come pre-printed - to your house whatever address you give us on your paperwork I have the veterinarian sign it you will also print sign and date and then you'll fill out another EFT form we're gonna give you an extra one and we'll process that your title you'll soon of course the EFT form in with your title application and get your second five hundred dollars that way you cannot sell or give these animals away until you have the title in your hands it's like a car title if you do it's against federal law punishable by a year in prison or a couple thousand dollars and start an auction on that horse if anybody else bid on it they all started twenty five dollars everything all the horses are for adoption only I think there's three boroughs that are over twelve years old that you could buy if you want it if you can't adopt them or you can buy them either way 56:45 many one DN oh you done early on all then 110 going once going twice what's your number man $14 on our team matter 29 3,200 on our finding anybody else anybody go buddy [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] you're so handsome [Music] chewing cuz I take that pressure off so the thing that's hard for a lot of people that used to is you don't thank you and I'm just like hanging out kind of where I think if I take one more step he's gonna step away you so Victor has three named chases Tate jr. know he's got Odin father of Thor big nose poopoo feet or Crimson King I like crimson king I think Odin's kind of cute I think we should name him made her because I always said that my next horse would be named made her Tate's cousin taters cousin made her [Music] he's not a dude he just almost followed you and should have come where is he yeah not so far though you want to go like all the way away when they do something extremely good but when they when he kind of just like looks at you or turns towards you just like soften okay wait there cuz you're kind of out of spot where he's thinking about leaving but he's also thinking about being good okay now just wait good now walk or follow follow his head cuz he walked away now when he looks at you walk away there you go yeah okay engage just do like a little half step in step follow his head there you go back up yeah okay now let him smell you that's really good put your hand a little further into his bubble oh you're good you must get used to it as soon as possible he's not crazy like dogs nope yeah they're good good back up back up [Music] you [Music]
