Kind of pissed that guy broke it up. Just let the birds do their thing. The seagull earned that meal.
That's kind of sad to watch. Looks like it was the Jackdaw's mate trying to fight off the seagull.
Jackdaws are extremely intelligent (like primate-level intelligent), and form very strong bonds with one another. Circle of life and all that jazz, but still sad to see.
