Billionaires ABANDONED 1984 Time Capsule Mansion FROZEN IN TIME ** PATRICK BATEMAN’S HOUSE?!?!**

yo what's going on guys Ethan again back at another epic adventure for you today uh there's a reason I'm wearing this 80s jacket in this 1988 World Series Championship act because today well you usually would wear this anyway but today it's special today the reason it's special is because we are in one of the most untouched original 1980s houses I think I've been in in years definitely top two or three original 80s houses uh the say was built in 1984 it actually won an award in 1986 an architect based award um and today only not even 40 years later it's sitting here empty power is still on yes but it will be cut this house will be demolished um I'm really excited to show you this I took a little walk around the main floor and part of downstairs and I think you guys are absolutely going to love this um just everything around me right now is so so stuck in time there are a couple things here and there that are probably changed but for the most part it's original so um the further Ado let's just keep this short sweet let's get right into it okay so I do want to start far end of the house and we'll work our way over so this is obviously the laundry room and like look at this just black floor you have like the white railings very contemporary modern 1980s you can see all the mail this has not been checked in a very long time newer washer and dryer you can see the older security system there on the wall that's definitely the original security system the original cabinets I love this style of house now we're going to use the power to our advantage if we can bathroom what is up guys so like I said in the intro I usually would wear this jacket in this hat anyways but I think it's very fitting for this video you see backyard big pool I'm going to show you that now just in case I don't get out there [Music] but [Music] garage that's cool the big like diamond that's not Diamond that's triangular what am I [Music] saying nothing in here yeah there's the probably two-car garage you could definitely fit two cars in there if you had to so that's your laundry room your first little powder room and the garage and then you come up a couple steps oh and there is basement should we do the basement first and work our way up let's do that maybe oh is it flooded wait a second is that flooded I can't really look at the cob webs Jesus um I can't see oh it's just a boiler room okay well well you know what we'll just go around cuz the other entrance is nicer anyways so we'll just do that okay so yeah we'll just that could honestly just be like boiler room and stuff anyways so you're going to come in here and look at this freaking kitchen like there's your St stove top okay the original Cabinetry big Pantry area on this side the tracked lighting just incredible the original White Tile the black marble just absolutely amazing now newer fridge newer dishwasher but you have the original red sink the mayag sink you've got a mirror to say what's up guys and then look at this little Grill the generic Grill and it gives you like a list of things how long to cook them and all that fun stuff and the temperature and that's so cool like hamburgers hot dogs lobster tail like and these old original cabinets are in pretty good shape to be almost 40 years old here's your built-in oven with the inaccurate time it is not near 7:06 if it was 7:06 it would either be early in the morning or it would be dark out by now because it gets dark at like 5: now what kind of shape is the inside of the oven okay I mean you know what it's rough but it's 40 years old and that could be cleaned pretty sure that's a selfcleaning oven too that's awesome all the stucco everywhere on the walls on the ceiling you have pot lights everywhere built-in speaker system this would have been a very top-of-the-line house in its day but that is your kitchen pretty cool right so we're going to come through here and you have like a Solarium type deal sun room type thing black marble floor this is one of my favorite features that you can have I love black marble floors but you've got like a salarium here with a walk out to the backyard lots of walkouts as you're probably noticing and then I don't know I mean you'd probably obviously you have furniture in here and there's not really a formal dining room in this house I don't think so maybe you would make this that just off the kitchen I don't know it's kind of strange how it doesn't have a formal dining area look at that that's kind of cool the old motion detect those are definitely the original motion sensors but um but anyways really cool Solarium lots of glass lots of natural light you even have lights up there obviously for nighttime but um nonetheless very cool and then it comes into here where you have your I guess another living space living room family room you have a black marble fire fireplace that matches the the tile on the floor I know you see that staircase that's we'll get to that looks like they had plants or something sitting here a wet bar look at the pattern on that you see like the that's so cool Incredible 80s home I don't know if the Water Works yeah it does water is still on but that is so cool in fact I'm going to move this and put it uh let's put it in here because when I do photos and Tik Tok and stuff I don't really want that in there and I guess I kind of just revealed this front area to you but that looks a lot cleaner with it cleaned up a bit little pot light even above it oh that's cool there's the intercom what is this bang and Olson oh wow I had a banging Olson sound system that's the same uh system in my car I have a banging ol of in and it's really good okay another two-piece bath toilet and a black sink and a mirror to say what's up guys hope you're enjoying it so far even a block towel rack man these 80s homes they never disappoint so much stucco at least the toilet's not gross like most of these places okay and then here is your um like Den office got a built-in bookcase it's like a blondish wood color that's bugging me how that's open a bit is there anything in there nope these knobs are cool even I guess it doesn't shut all the way okay that's why it was open probably but that is cool another intercom oh that lights on the heck not that one how do you shut off oh no that one's on these light switches are so weird okay now it's on okay now it's off okay we're good we're good now such weird light switches but there's your Your Den it looks like it's got like black curtains that come down too so that's cool and then your main foyer here and this is probably so far my favorite part of this place this incredible modernist like staircase this is incredibly cool big like Skylight above the like Diamond window there this railing is incredible and it continues down to the lower level of course which will get get to but uh yeah that's really cool that's awesome and then there's your front door again with the blonde wood and this very cool handle that I've never seen before that's really cool but uh oh we almost forgot this front room here so sunken living room with a fireplace and tracked lighting and obviously you got your gray carpet that has probably never been replaced so that's pretty cool this looks uh it's definitely a wood burning fireplace opposed to like gas I guess pretty cool every room I've noticed has had an intercom and like built-in speakers so that's cool um I guess we'll go down here first while we're here and then we'll do the top floor so this is what I mean this like diamond is window isn't this cool freaking awesome man all right well the carpet color changes it's black down here okay so this is like a little storage cubby under the stairs with mold of of course there's mold Christmas tree box uh what's this big cob we right to the face oh what the heck look at this oh my gosh that looks hell of a lot older than 1984 but who knows maybe they just had extra wallpaper from time before that's crazy though that wallpaper and there's a mirror to say what is up guys and the big ball light is with us here yeah that's cool but yeah it's probably a little spare bedroom here when you got family over or something got prepared here with the toilet paper they were they were ready to go and then uh no light switch here oh how the hell do you brighten it I guess you just don't it's just a built-in shelf and this like wreck space to the outside so there's really nothing to highlight here but can now I have to shut that light off no not that one off there we go yeah it's just a built-in bookshelf and then some sliding doors to the outside and an intercom and then whatever lies in here oh okay this makes sense this is the furnace paint okay so that area did come down here interesting very low ceilings for somebody who's 64 65 storage area and then yeah same with that just storage so nothing really going on down in here not the craziest basement in the world but I have seen worse so I suppose we go up now up this incredible little stairway here and uh yeah we'll go see what's going on on the second level this is so cool jeez okay let's go here first so here's your first bedroom oh that's for the closet I'm guessing this is for the room there you go holy geez that's bright jeez closet what's up guys nice little decent sized closet and that it doesn't want to close okay I don't think it shut anyways oh wow 80's bathroom jeez this tile oh dirty toilet I'm sorry what's up guys Hollywood lighting oh it doesn't work damn ni Skylight Coolio another bedroom these are decent sized rooms these are definitely not small no mirror in this one oh there it is there it is heavy doors damn track lighting is like the theme throughout this whole house it's crazy and and then another bedroom here I love the gray carpet so retro another closet these doors much less heavy duty what's up guys um oh we got a bathroom I don't even need to say it I just there you go same tile that's in the uh other bathroom up here heat lamp oh was a heat lamp work that's wicked but I heard like a crackling and it didn't sound good so I don't want to be like responsible for causing some sort of issue okay so I guess that leaves us with just the master here this hallway is so fre freaking cool my God like this skylights everywhere so much natural lighting okay little master bedroom here oh yeah it's huge you've got your uh your balcony well you can't like walk out onto it but it's technically a balcony there's the swimming pool this is a very big property so I can kind of see like why they're tearing this down that's definitely broken rear doors all windows infrared first and second floor it's not even on but that's cool to see the old 80s alarm system how it works I don't know how the lights flash yeah the track lighting I think is in every single room and uh oh wow that bathroom okay closet walk-in closet it's huge that's not a light switch is it is that a panic switch it's off I'm not going to touch that no that's the light switch okay I don't know what that is and I don't want to touch it holy jeez it's huge aritzia did some shopping yeah I didn't expect it to go uh this deep as a big closet you can even lock it lock yourself in oh you'd lock yourself in here and flick the Panic switch a lot of hoses of this era high-end hoses had that and then this what a way to finish this video look at this bathroom oh my God oh my God Hollywood lighting black marble everywhere the sinks are black the freaking showers is black the only thing that could have made this more just like obviously is just the black tub and I think that might have overdone it but this is incredible even the freaking handle on the shower is black wow yeah that's incredible and then in here at your toilet and your bedet that's just to get to the plumbing for the tub but uh wow wow not much else to say other than that this is pretty cool man jacuzzi oh it's a Whirlpool that's the definitely the original tub judging by that jeez man you don't see this every day this black marble was not cheap stuff do these open like do you not have to have like so like drawers in the no you don't okay that's different I don't know where you'd put all your stuff but I guess just up on the ledge but on the countertop but wow did that do those lights work they sure do wow oh maybe this is where you'd put everything yeah there you go there you go it was hidden behind the door okay cool wow what a place this has been very very exciting um but I think we've pretty well seen the whole thing I don't think we've missed anything let's get another look at this from up here that that is awesome ledge there you put like a plant or something I don't know really how you'd get over there but probably just from down there but uh yeah wow pretty cool guys so I think that's it we're going to jump straight to the outro now and I thank you guys very much for watching hey guys
