well by 2015 you guys moved to Mexico so you may as well said you may as well said we had moved to Mexico because we was there so much okay uh it almost seemed like we needed to get a place in either San Diego or Tijana but the people showed us so much love and that's a big part of us you know being from the bay Vlad we get along with the brown there's no there's we found black and brown is like this in the bay I've never known it to be any other way right when I come to Southern California or I come anywhere you know what I mean I I I see a Mexican guy and I'm like what up homie and and I'm you got to remember where you're at because in La You Can't Always Get Away with looking at another Mexican brother in the face and saying hello Yeah the bay is different is more great yeah when I'm in when I'm in the bay I'm you know what I mean so so when got the opportunity to connect with Tiana and Devon I mean we was in and out of there you know what I mean like every other every other week you know right so he turned pro at 17 in Mexico yes absolutely and and turning pro at 17 in Mexico meant that you're a boss that meant that you you got big you got big web balls you coming down there at 17 and you're you're looking at the opponents you're financing the fights um and your building and and he was he he actually uh was very patient at 17 cuz he got a chance to learn the business shout out to Tiana who who gave us a good look in the beginning and I think we might have had about 15 fights out there in Mexico well now he's becoming kind of a a sensation at 17 he's winning all these fights and you're actually meeting with various people who are interested in working with them like you met with Birdman at one point absolutely uh you went to Jay-Z's house oh yeah that was super big that was super big Vlad but the thing about it is that I know that what that those entrepreneurs Birdman Jay-Z in particular noticed a certain business approach that Devin was doing at at 17 along with me that that we were now starting to upload these videos on YouTube and um and content was going to be the new king and you know being in sports I think that uh both Jay-Z and Birdman have have always you know put maybe a you know a small pinky toe in into sports into just taking a look you know what I mean and I'm happy to say maybe at some point in time both of them have taken a look at at Devon and appreciated what uh you know his work ethic and what we've accomplished in the sport what was it like to go to Jay-Z's house amazing um amazing not just not just to go to his house because you know and I mean his house has gotten bigger than the one that I actually went to um so but the one that I went to was amazing within itself but the conversation with Jay is is everything that they that people question and wonder um would you take uh the 500,000 or would you take a conversation with him and for me um you know I would take the conversation over and over again uh one thing that he told me um was that you know you can be in heaven one minute and then if you can't when he can't find his daughter or he can't you know what I mean or she's whatever going through something you can end up in Hell or you can feel like hell you know what I mean and to know that a man of his stature and his Fame and Fortune could just feel that way about his kid is the same way that I know that I feel about both uh my sons and my daughters um and you know that that will never change based on your ZIP code
