dizzy so let's get down to business i'm all yours chief i guess the best place to begin is at the beginning where it all started that way it can keep track of everything the blade breakers have learned and it's the only way we'll ever get any better makes sense to me i'll record every detail of everything we've ever done since we met tyson and uploaded into a special file we'll gather so much data that'll even make the all-stars head spin and once we've analyzed it all the blade breakers will be the next beyblading world champions now let me see when was the first time i met tyson oh yeah now i remember it was when that zero carlos was stealing all of our blades i've had it i've got to put a stop to you whatever just don't cry when i take your blade wait hang on a second i've got regional qualifying tournament it was mr dickinson's idea to enter us and i thought we'd win it no problem you didn't get out much then did you you want me to shut you down dizzy this one's for you dizzy do you remember the first time we set eyes on rey wasn't it tyson's first battle in the qualifying tournament bingo [Music] tiger claws at first i didn't know who the winner was but to my surprise tyson was batting a thousand in the tournament stop it chief you're giving me goosebumps just thinking about it and that was the first time i've ever witnessed tyson's dragoon phantom hurricane attack okay ladies and gentlemen strap yourselves in for the finals in the regional qualifying tournament with the winner moving on to the ancient tournament now let's meet our contestants the champion against the rookie so give it up for kai and tyson [Applause] wow no way [Music] but the beyblades have left the building what's going on i have no idea and here they come falling from the sky like a couple of meteors i don't care which blade is left spinning when this battle's over both of these guys are champions in my book hang on pal [Music] it all comes down to this moment oh okay dish this one is over the winner of the national beyblade championship tournament is titan all right [Applause] are you serious no way [Music] [Applause] you should see your faces i had to make the announcement after the match because i didn't want to spoil the surprise and risk distracting you from the battle and i'm really so proud to be a part of the team our beyblade team should be able to go the distance and maybe even become the champions of the world yes right on yokai i never in a million years thought we'd hook up put her there i agreed to lead the team but that doesn't mean we're going to be the best of chums now i'm here for one reason and that's to coach this team to victory at the world championships happy birthday tyson enjoy it because we're starting training first thing tomorrow morning he's a rather cheery fellow isn't he so what do you think of your grandson now i ain't playing around when i say i've never been more proud my little dude is sweet like candy and after tyson won that qualifying tournament it was really the start of the blade breakers it was the happiest day of my life chief will you quit joking around izzy i'm being serious well can't blame a girl for trying can you okay where was i oh yeah max had just had his first taste of playing with the big boys well tyson had just won his first tournament that was when mr dickinson decided to put together the team that included both rey and kai um aren't you forgetting about us the blade breakers had finally come together and before we knew it we were on a plane headed straight for the asian tournament but the question was could we all work together as a team [Music] we formed the blade breakers and we were off to the asian tournament in china but first we had a stopover in hong kong where we had little back alley running with rey's old team the white tigers so ray long time no see yeah so why don't you introduce your friends they seem to be nice enough that is for a bunch of amateurs what was that come on let's get out of here seriously mariah i'll always remember the awesome time we shared and no matter how far apart we are i promise that no one can ever cut that special bond we share [Music] thank you ray [Music] tiger claw attack [Music] [Applause] i'd be surprised if either beyblade is left standing of course we won't know till the dust starts to clear check it brad mariah's down oh but ray's still got it going on yay now we're tied with the white tigers at one apiece i guess i win then the time had finally come for rey to face off against leap from the white [Applause] [Music] claw tigers ray show his hand what will he counter with you know it's gonna be gonzo [Music] lee you have to stop this remember what our elders taught us go away they said spare me the lecture will ya is it now after ray let down the white tigers and his hometown i'm not finished making you sorry you ever left our little hometown that's true but you don't think people have the right to make their own choices in life moving away isn't a crime lee i did it so i could expand my horizons learn some new things i didn't forget the lessons i learned back home i just learned new ways to improve on those lessons i don't think so nothing can improve on if your mind wasn't so closely you'd understand you can always learn new things tiger squad no way what a blast that's going to take out a few satellites not to mention a certain white tiger beyblade and this tournament is over ah the blade breakers defeat the white tigers attaboy ray way to go buddy i can't believe my eyes [Applause] you were right i did have a closed mind next we headed for the american tournament and this would be our toughest test ever especially going up against the all-stars and all their data [Music] match point to me begin defensive maneuver just as i predicted the blade breakers are completely inferior max's mom was right or at least it looked that way at first the all-stars were the best laiders and what was worse their team had unlimited resources my name is steve and i'm eddie slam dunk master and foul shot specialist steve's got the strength and i've got the speed like they say aj only in america whoa check him out he sure knows how to put on a show the all-stars had everything the data the technology but they would have to wait no way first we had to make it to the finals and to get there we had our hands full with some of the wildest characters you could ever imagine ladies and gentlemen this is what you've been waiting for the finals of the american tournament featuring the all-stars and the blade breakers fighting for the whole enchilada my oh my that was one hum finger of a battle definitely a bold strategy on tyson's part pays off i did it come on trigger where else what vegas can you see a light show like this huh aj the beasts are loose in their desert and it's getting nasty what'd you think eddie's blade is all over ray and i need that literally is this some kind of submission move aj you called it brad my man eddie was too much for ray today no doubt about it no doubt at all we're behind you max besides you kind of promised your mom and max remember it's up to you [Music] i'll do it i can't guarantee a win guys but i promise you i'll try my best yeah i know you can do this max [Music] remember the final round of the american tournament dizzy that was a close call get ready for a blazing fastball coming up ah this is too sweet [Music] it's just a matter of time now okay max it all comes down to this i went around bragging that willpower was tougher than all the science and technology in the world but i guess i didn't totally believe it even with my teammates standing behind me and rooting for me all the way i still doubted my own skills but no more now i believe in myself and there's no greater power than that hey mom guess what i believe i can win how super cool is that oh man max should have been toast by now but he just keeps coming no matter how much power i throw at him cool looks like max is digging in and trying to get something going on what an intense battle between these two guns obese oh no way [Applause] this is it you're going down you sure don't look so tough now [Applause] but how it can't be ever sweet but dude how did max and the blade breakers ever pull off that wicked upset for the win i'd say it came right out of left field and the winner [Applause] [Music] [Applause] we need to focus less on the beyblades and concentrate more on the players themselves they alone are the real future of beyblading we did it the american championship is ours and we're only just getting started right guys oh yeah wow chief you've come a long way from playing with beyblades in the playground and to think i knew you and you were a nobody yeah when you think about it dizzy we were just a bunch of regular kids who'd love to blade and since then we've won two tournaments and the blade breakers have made a name for themselves which i never imagined would ever happen what's next a star on hollywood boulevard hey what did i say uh you just might be right so there you are tyson we've been looking for you all afternoon chief why did you disappear i had a little unfinished work yeah right chief let's go go where are we going got a ship to catch huh so what do you think chief
