enough with the small talk i've got an elbow bending date with the buffet table yeah more like first second and third date at least with tyson around those chefs will be working overtime what is it i'm no expert in table manners but something tells me that's not how you're supposed to eat at a fancy restaurant unbelievable look at him go i'd rather not oh yeah for goodness sake tyson use a four the glitter dome has hosted some seriously fat grooves and tasty moves so far in this american tournament fat and tasties is a beyblade match or a cooking show have you seen tyson yet like always i know you think i got sick from eating too much yesterday but it's dragoon who's feeling under the weather he'll be fine soon he just needs to settle his stomach that's all he does or do you oh i just need to wash my hands that's all i told him that fifth trip to the buffet was a mistake he'll have that stomachache all day what's he planning on doing grossing out the other team with stomach noises we'll have to list tyson as an unhealthy scratch he can't compete but chief it's the semi-final match of the american tournament i know that i'm part of this team i can't just sit in the sidelines tyson you look like a zombie that'll scare our opponents the only thing scary is your desperation you can barely stand let alone fight tyson i may be a bit wobbly but i'm fine are you kidding me a light breeze could blow you over says you kai someone has to substitute for tyson in the third session it can't be either max or mean so i will kai you mean are you sure [Music] oh that was some quick thinking kai what other choice did we have kenny don't pretend that this is a chore for you you like to beyblade as much as we do you'll have fun filling in for tyson not against this team i won't spin tensity is one of those question mark teams you never know what they're going to do so kai is filling invitation this will certainly test their ability to adapt to a change in their extensively teaching underprivileged children how to solve the dance he's also a founding member of sequin clothes for a better [Music] he tomorrow good work i took some tap dancing lessons one time maybe that might come in handy now i saw a lambada movie once and i can dance the big beast boogie but none of that helps facing luis will be the quiet but determined mass max's mom judy went to work in the research facility where the all-stars train [Applause] funny how things like that work out come battle time max is anything but a mama's boy brad he's big on defense what a nice introduction mom she trains the all-stars and yet she still finds time to see me play huh max's mom must have divided loyalties well max doesn't his loyalty's always been to us [Applause] i'm getting worried about you judy coming to root for your son's team i'm strictly here to gather data emily on both of the teams hey i saw that twinkle of pride in your eye when the announcer said max's name you're wrong what i was beaming with pride emily i love to see max do well but don't think that i won't fulfill my obligations i was hired to develop cutting-edge technology for the all-stars to use and i've done that but we can't ignore the other teams point taken fans let's get this show on the road is that a hit as to what dish our teams will be using i'm in a new york state of mind brad whoa that's a surprise get ready to dance my friend did you say new york a.j try its closest neighboring state this dish reflects the maize-like highway that brings you into the big apple aptly named the new jersey turnpike where speed limits don't exist and traffic jamming is encouraged and not an off-ramp in sight wicked buckle your seat belts fans get ready for a wild ride of super speed action hey nice costumes you're just jealous they may be wearing orange but they're going for the gold yeah three two one [Music] the american tournament semi-final is underway right off the bat it's a drag race through the turns yeah there's no shoulder on this highway both competitors show blistering speed and pinpoint maneuvering but who has the strategy to gain advantage [Applause] [Music] oh boy wow he doesn't waste any time does he hey louise the fashion faux pas shop called they want their outfit back [Applause] [Music] the action is fast and furious so far no question luis is getting jiggy with it is it me aj or is luisa's beyblade actually responding to his moves good eye brad that's why they pay you the big bucks what do i do he's dancing circles around me you gotta like a guy who's not afraid to show his midriff no you don't that music has a real beat doesn't it it's moving it's grooving it's hip and it's happening much better than the elevator music you listen to this from a man the dj's at dance club admit it dickinson this gets your cane tapping doesn't it i dance like this in the elevator too louise has more dance moves than this dancing crap his dancing crash attack is taking him airborne is it ever our king's stride [Music] oh no he's trying to knock me off balance just steal evasive maneuvers louise is relentless it's a deadly dance of destruction nice alliteration dude you are way wicked with words the dancing crash is a lot like i am handsome feisty and it always hits the mud there must be some weakness in this attack but what it's like a big endless headbutt all that hitting is driving me into the ground like a jackhammer this dance crash attack is rhythmic isn't the it as clear as my liquid crystal display [Music] [Applause] look at the way louise dances max it's like a revolving door that turns at precise intervals knowing the exact time to move is the key to getting out of it unscathed i see it now is beyblade attacks in perfect rhythm rhythm is the answer welcome back to the glitter dome where our first session is nearing an end louise has been dominating max with his spicy samba strategy [Applause] dancing crash christie huh reverse dancing crash whoa don't write max off yet he's finally sprung to life and he's evading the attacks and man is louise evers that's impossible how can you ward up my superb dancing crowd it's all in the rhythm twinkle toes your attack is so rhythmical i just have to count the beats to know when to move so if you think i'm that predictable i'll show you dancing crash see you are predictable cecile go end this dance now [Applause] louise's beyblade just dancing crashed which makes max the winner yeah unbelievable wouldn't you say aj you better do smash you've got some solid moves max if you ever want to take up the samba give me a call ciao i must have made an impression mom's been putting data about my victory and why shouldn't she i was good now don't go anywhere because session two is about to get underway next is ray from the plane breakers race perceived as being a pretty cool customer just don't back him into a corner or his trigger will treat you like a scratching post and from spin density we have frankie now this is a girl who loves the ocean she's practically a mermaid without a tail with her sea smart she reels in all kinds of opponents hey frankie we're fighting in a highway-themed dish not a trout pond i'm well aware of that i don't get it why would someone bring a fishing rod to a beyblade match why did the big beast cross the dish to get a jump on the competition chief frankie's fishing rod is actually a custom-made shooter it kick-starts her attack with a huge long-distance throw our competitors are ready to hit the dish three two one let it rip [Applause] don't tell me you're afraid to face me head-on now you can run all you like but you'll have to face my attack sometime you think i'm scared huh well think again go trigger whoa that's fast you've already caught up to me oh need a rest stop already the only stopping around here will be done by you you want speed i'll give you speed is that all you got let's go ah now you're up to speed and you're about to get a free fishing lesson am i to catch a fish sometimes you need more than one lure say what check out my decoy attack [Music] i'm not impressed oh they're much more impressive in action look so who's the tough one now you're looking at him what what you're not scared scared of an optical illusion why should i be i kept my eyes on the real one the whole time aren't you a genius magic tricks don't tyson are you feeling better sure no he's not he's what's causing the gas when i was a fresh face i used to hurl hot rod racers round a circuit like this i'd lay down patches of rubber like it was going out of style so that explains your driving back in the parking lot gray and frankie continue vying for position down the treacherous turnpike there's a whole lot going on oh frankie just dropped behind it's all part of my plan my decoy attack on the ground didn't work but i'm a girl from the seas member i've got a marine decoy attack just for you ray an entire school of beyblade eating piranha and they're hungry wow she's taking the disguise of the flying fish assault it's a question of eat or be eaten in this match you're done like dinner waiter check please check your attack for holes you mean it's got a huge one and i'm driving right through trigger gun i blinked and he vanished where'd he go is this a magic show ray waved his hand and pooped his face on what a move trigger's not gone frankie i just gave him a turbocharge that's all so where is he then right behind you wow no one's ever left their opponent on the turnpike before it's my turn to be unimpressed showing off your speed won't win the game no but it puts me in place to open up a big can of bit beast trigger rush [Music] may not be in the match you guys but i can coach look out the tiger is loose and it's on the prowl it's closing in on its oh i still have a chance if i can keep it moving when it lands not likely if it's even possible rey's beyblade is going faster around the turnpike he's ripping down the road trying to last frankie again before she lands oh and he does it oh that's gonna hurt for once frankie i won't argue with you and that's it the second session's over and ray's the winner [Music] all right all right yeah i think our coach here needs a tummy rub winning two out of three moves the play breakers into the finals their team's gone a lot farther than we thought as i told you emily max is talented and he surrounded himself with capable teammates yeah but how do you feel judy your son's team will be facing us in the finals well it'll be interesting for the first time the all-stars might have their work cut out for them you don't believe that for a second doom time judy huh i threw everything at him and i still lost so do you feel bad funny enough i don't competitors never feel bad when they give it their best shot hmm that's so true frankie yeah just so you know your decoy attacks did scare me a bit you're the real deal ray you didn't have to admit that to me but i'm glad you did good i look forward to meeting you again me too so you guys won without me yeah but it wasn't the same we really missed you out there maybe the next time you'll think before you eat or at the very least avoid the buffet what is it what's wrong my mom left the arena already well what are you standing around for she may still be here but kai still has to play his session just go this session's meaningless can i we've already won by taking two out of three sessions the last one is merely a formality great thank you spin density hopes to save face by winning the final session their last players murray this must be a joke i bladed with the blade breakers in that charity match and i know exactly how they play when it actually counts we'll win this session no way is he gonna sweep us one thing about mario he's never afraid to show his pride must be a mondo drag for him knowing his teammates already circled the bowl and representing the bladebreakers is kind steady solid a bit stiff some might say kai's a serious player with a capital s will he bring his biffy stronzer to the party i'd rather go with them than do this competitor prepare for battle all right bronzer bring it on this victory in nanoseconds the winner of the final session is kai the play breakers score a perfect three in this semi-final uh it's pretty obvious you guys are the same team i played with in the charity match you're right we've improved there's only one match left in this american tournament the final round to determine the champions what an exciting tournament it's been aj heated rivalry's surprising twist eye-popping action it's been sweet and the best is yet to come in the final round stay tuned we're gonna win this yes no buffet dinner tonight [Music] you
