Beverly Grove's Newest Modern Home with Unique Interior Details!

foreign [Music] what is going on you guys welcome back to another luxury home tour today we are in the Heart of Los Angeles here in Beverly Grove about to tour this brand new construction modern home right here I mean the curb appeal of this brand new modern looks incredible this home has five bedrooms six bathrooms and is priced just under 5.5 million dollars and thank you so much to Sasha and the listing agents for letting me tour their incredible listing now let's get started thank you [Music] so as I walk through this pedestrian gate we have arrived into the front yard of your beautiful Modern Property I mean the curb appeal of this modern house is not like your typical modern build that you'll see out here in Beverly Grove or in West Hollywood we do have the concrete slab and turf pattern here in your driveway as well as on the stair walkway leading up to the front very Sleek modern garage door that you can actually see yourself in it almost looks like a mirror right there in the two-car garage door and then looking at the exterior we see the white stucco up above on the second level and the dark wood beams throughout on the lower half as well we also do have a motor gate right next to your driveway of course so it's got to be secured out here in Los Angeles I also do love all the foliage the plant life here and on the right side we've got this nice little bonsai tree as well with a couple of stones leading to this pathway all the way to the side yard gate with access into the pool in the backyard but that was everything here for the front now we got to go check out the inside guys so let's do it so we've made our way inside through this massive dark tinted glass pivot door and here we are in this beautiful brand new construction modern home in the heart of let's take a turn to the left this is where we have our two-car garage brand new epoxy flooring and look at how beautiful the flooring is I mean no see floors look like that very often at all with a nice white detail throughout the Sleek dark modern garage door as well but as we go to the opposite side we have this little Nook that separates the first bedroom we are showing you guys that is currently being used as an office staged as an office storage space with the dark wood doors the Sleek matte black handles down beneath and motion sensored lights with LED light strips underneath some of those wood shelving in there and then there is a full bathroom but let's head out of this room right across the way we have the powder room so much countertop space in this single floating dark piece of stone with the nice bronze tones and the veins throughout and I do like how there is a little little wall right here so that if you have anything standing on the countertops they won't really tip over but you have the same Stone in the integrated sink and the bronze faucet right there up into the wall nice beige wallpaper throughout that does match all of the tile that we see throughout the home and you've got two modern Stone light fixtures up in the corner hanging down from the ceiling as well as a picture window looking out to The Ficus trees in your side yard but let's get out of this powder room and show you the rest right across floating staircase in front of me and underneath you do have oversized Windows looking out too the side yard on the opposite side of the property with several range droplets of Life fixtures hanging down from those High ceilings and there is three stories to this home a rooftop deck and that's where those those light fixtures are hanging down from which is phenomenal lots of space beneath the stairs as well to maybe put a couple seats and hang out in a separate area of the home to my left side we've got lots of built-in floating shelf space right here this could be your library in the very center of the home goes all the way up to the ceiling on the opposite side we have dark wood storage space with the motion sensored LED lights once again that's going to be a theme throughout the house and something that might surprise you is that if you open up this middle one right here check it out it's a secret room you walk into here secret room slash actually it is the pantry with the same dark wood finishes throughout so much storage space in here you might have not even been able to tell that the panther room was through that Center door it probably just looked like the same storage space that you see on the left side but now here we are this is your open floor plan dining kitchen living area where do we even start honestly we'll start in the dining room you can probably see eight to ten people at this dining table and you have three oversized circular Stone Light features hanging down from what looked like belts left sides of the same look that we saw in that storage space right next to it with the mirrored backsplash behind and you have some more storage space down here beneath but it's always nice to have a wine wall right next to your dining area but then on the other side this is where we're going to see your beautiful modern Chef's kitchen starting off with this Center Island you have elevated Island drop down wood breakfast table right here you can see five six people at this breakfast table and you have a one life fixture hanging down right above it two more in the same look right above your Island but if we start over here if you look at all of the Cabinetry throughout it's just of the dark tinted finish in the glass doors and then this is where your push to open fridge and freezer is Mila appliances brand new you still have the tags on that's how you know how new these are right next to it Mila espresso machine we've got your dualed Miele ovens and then your steamer slash microwave everything's just right in the center convenient location so that you can take things right off the countertop boom there's just so much storage space throughout then like I said push to open fridge on the right side there it is Boom it's very symmetrical you can see the same dark tinted glass shelving on both sides with the LED lights surrounding us and then this entire wall all the Cabinetry here is of that same dark tint going up to the ceiling then we've got the light gray stone countertops we see the same Stone on the backsplash integrated sink and a little handheld faucet as well right here next to that large one which is pretty different and then also so many outlets you got to have the outlets on the backsplash but let me know what you guys think of these specific stove tops because we see these pretty often now in these new construction modern homes here in La we've got the integrated burners on the countertops directly and then that was everything for the kitchen follow me before we go to the backyard let's check out this living space lots of space here here in this living room you can easily fit a couple of L-shaped sofas and then we've got a fireplace surrounded by this beautiful marble Stone which is very similar to what we're going to be seeing in the primary bedroom just wait till we go upstairs it's also a crazy rooftop deck I don't know I think I've mentioned that maybe a couple times already but I just can't wait for you guys to see the views from up there large flat screen TV up on the wall above the marble fireplace built-in speakers and recessed lighting just lace this entire floor but now we're going to step to the backyard so as we step to the backyard we have the sliding pocket glass doors into the wall completely and they do meat in this corner right here but when they're open you can just tell that this living situation with the SoCal Vibe the indoor outdoor flow just feels phenomenal with a large covered patio section right here with a few built-in heat lamps above more built-in speakers on the outside as well and I do love the wood paneled beams going from floor to ceiling behind another flat screen TV up on that wall and then as we look into the backyard this is your pool this is a classic West Hollywood center of La backyard and pool space with a Baja shelf over in the left corner jacuzzi can easily fit four five maybe six people here in the corner and then we are just surrounded by so many ficus trees it's very private right here even though a lot of people might say oh I don't want to be that close to my neighbors you are still feeling like this is your own Serene tranquil space I mean the Sun on is just hitting us right here in the side I mean this is what you're getting the location wise we are close to all of the best restaurants and shops that La really has to offer guys in the heart of the city as well but that was everything for out here in this backyard now we got to go upstairs and show you some of those bedrooms so as we head up to the second level up the wood floating staircase you can see all of the light fixtures hanging down from those High ceilings to my left and there are several bedrooms up on this second floor so we're going to start going behind me I mean look at all this storage space the shelving the clear glass doors that lead into all of these tinted floating glass shelves as well LED lights to both sides and more storage space with the wood doors to both sides motion sensored lights as you open that up as well but take a turn to the left with me this is one of the guest bedrooms up here and just look at the size of this bedroom this is one of the most spacious guest bedrooms that you'll see in a classic brand new construction modern home here in the heart Beverly Grove built-in speakers around here recessed lighting and you have two light fixtures hanging down from both sides of the bed that kind of look like flying saucers around this nice Bronze finish right there but behind me we have large sliding glass doors right in the middle is where you enter here and I'm just going to open this up for a second get some fresh air and you can see the glass railing plenty of space here this balcony extends quite a bit of space and you have the dark tinted glass railing overlooking the driveway right down beneath us but as You Follow Me This Way lots of closet space with these wood doors to my left side motion sensor with the LED lights and you have the Sleek matte black handle to open those up more closet space you have also a walk-in closet in here more LED lights dark wood finishes throughout same as what we see on the wall closet storage space and then this bathroom is pretty similar to a lot of the other bathrooms we'll be seeing floating vanity more LED motion sensored lights behind the smart mirror and then we have beautiful stone countertops with the integrated sink matte black fixture and the full showers got the matte black shower head handheld one and the same stone tile we see all throughout as well as on the floors down beneath us but let's get out of this bedroom I mean this bedroom takes on a pretty large L shape so let's see how the other ones differ from this back down the hallway take a turn to the right side another guest bedroom this one's a little bit smaller but you have the same you have a walk-in closet once again and a full bathroom it is ensuite we are facing the side but a lot of natural sunlight is coming into this room as you can see right now same Stone finishes in that bathroom that we saw in the next one but let's get out of this right across the hall and you can see how wide the staircase is as well can't wait till we go up and see that rooftop deck because that's one of my favorite parts of any home especially here in the Heart of the City to the right this is your laundry room good amount of space in this laundry room you've got the elevated stone countertops surrounding us as well you've got the Chrome sink you've got a nice Sleek modern finish throughout with the dark gray tones and floating Cabinetry surrounding us thin Q LG washer and dryer down there beneath directly across one more bedroom before we hit the master this one's a little bit larger than the one next door all of the closet spaces to my left you don't have the walk-in closet in this one but the same dark wood finishes in all of this storage space with the Sleek handles I mean the motion sensor lights that's that's probably my favorite part about all these closets because as you open the doors everything just brightens up you can see your clothes at least without having a flick or a button on and off and there's also some drawer space down here in a matte black finish right there soft closing so plenty of room you don't have to have your own dresser in here for your closet bathroom is the same as the last two that we've seen when it comes to the finishes in here but you do have a bathtub built in with the same clad on Stone and it's also on the floors the walls everywhere throughout smart mirror once again but now we gotta show you the primary bedroom right next to it so as we walk through these double doors I mean this is it you can already tell how extravagant this primary bedroom is first off this is a completely smart house so you can control the iPad right next to the entrance if you want to control the lights the speakers and all that good stuff then you've got Stone light fixtures in this corner that is pretty unique space to have and I like the staging because you can chill right here read a book hang out drink your morning coffee and directly in front of that this is where we have dark stone countertops different from what we've been seeing if you look down here built-in Zephyr mini fridge with the dark interior same dark stone so much storage space down here I mean shoot must be nice to have this in your own bedroom we're still in the bedroom we haven't even touched on anything yet really to the right side this is it California king size bed with two Modern Life fixtures two both sides that you can easily control from the bedside right there which is always a good convenience Gallery wall to my left put your favorite piece of artwork up there opposite side we have a nice private balcony surrounded by some plants some Greenery large flat screen TV up on the wall above that marble but if we take a turn to the right side there is no door that leads into the bathroom and we've just made it we've made it in just a nice open concept floor plan here for your own primary Suite dual vanity floating vanity has lots of countertop space between both sinks as well as on this left side we also do have the same Stone light fixtures in this corner that we saw right as we entered the bedroom freestanding deep soaking tub right here and this is a pretty unique detail there is a completely floating ledge right here that leads all the way into your shower this is your shower bench but it's also a tub bench and there's an LED light strip underneath to add nice depth to the lighting in here this is something that we've really never seen in a home it's a very unique detail shower is large through this matte black handle in the glass door we've entered into the shower with two matte black shower heads like I said that shower bench is crazy it just goes right through it cuts through this large glass wall all the way to the opposite end of the bathroom I mean look at that that is just a unique feature I already talked about it but I can't get over it because that's a good touch a good thing to add to a house when you're not just trying to copy everyone else honestly but let's get out of here right next to that shower that's where your water closet is and then it just flows all the way once again there's not a door to enter into your walk-in closet the finishes are super modern in here and we see some of the same stone work that we saw outside such as on the backsplash behind find this closet space the floating glass shelves the floating wood shelves you put your shoes down here beneath and you have that dark stone but the same dark wood finishes throughout on both sides you've got tinted glass doors LED lights right here in the center we've got the glass countertop for your accessory tray here on the island so much storage space down beneath with the dark finishes on the exterior and the Sleek modern handle look at that soft closing of course you gotta always have those little details but that was everything here in your primary suite and now there's one more thing to check out guys and this might be the best part of the house but we'll see we'll see what it looks like from up there we got to go to the rooftop deck so as we make our way up to the rooftop deck this is kind of a nice little area surrounded by glass entirely floor to ceiling as well before we enter so you can already see the views once you get up here before you step outside of that door and this is it the entire rooftop is completely made up of your deck with the paneled wood on the floors and the dark tinted glass surrounding us entirely so much space up here for activities guys I mean what more is there to say we've got tons of outdoor sofa seating you can look out to the Hollywood Hills just a great day in La as always we can also see Century City the palm trees surrounding us downtown LA in the distance you've got it all up here I mean maybe put a hot tub up here that would also be a great feature imagine just chilling in a hot tub at night looking at the views of the Hollywood Hills we're in one of the best areas in the entire city of Los Angeles smack dab in the middle right next to West Hollywood Beverly Hills in Beverly Grove here outdoor dining and then up on this wall you can either install a TV a projector screen as you see they have couple built-in speakers to both sides of the outlet and then these nice circular modern light fixtures up here against these stucco walls but that was everything guys thank you so much for watching till the very end of this video if you made
