all right y'all one box of vanilla cake mix we making a simple easy cake y'all are going to love all right so we're using milk instead of water same amount uh we're using butter instead of oil I'm using um like a tablespoon more than it calls for all right we add in one extra egg so I have four eggs here instead of three and then we also going to add one box of instant vanilla pudding all right powder right on here in we making this cake tastes Bakery fresh um I'm also adding a little extra vanilla like a teaspoon or so there we go all right y'all we're going to give this a little mixy mixy all right y'all so once that's mixed up real good we're going to put this in whatever uh cake pan you want all right and um I'm going to put this in here we're going to the directions on the box save for a bunt pan 36 to 41 minutes I'm going to check it at about 32 all right y'all I'm so excited y'all are going to love this easy cake hack all right y'all so here we have that uh uh vanilla cake hack we made so remember we used butter instead of oil we used an extra egg we used milk instead of water and we added some vanilla pudding all right so uh I'm really excited y'all this is this the texture of this cake seems amazing so we going to try it easy cake hack and you know what y'all can put whatever toppings you want but I'm just trying to show the cake um y'all it smells so good and it's so moist I think I put some vanilla extract in here too now that I remember but let's try this I'm excited oh my goodness y'all y'all this cake is so good it tastes like it's from a restaurant or something y'all have to try it all right y'all we taking one box of cake mix any kind I want some chocolate today so we doing this y'all I'm just showing y'all the best way to make box cake use milk instead of water use butter instead of oil and then y'all whatever however many eggs it calls for you add an extra so this this package called for three eggs I'm adding four all right so I'm going to give this a little mix all right y'all then when that's all mix you can pour it in whatever kind of uh pan you want for your cake I'm using this silicone bunt pan cuz it's my favorite and we just going to bake it according to the directions on the package um so this is going in the oven at 350 for about 35 minutes all right y'all so we cooked this chocolate cake in our bunt pan we used an extra egg we used butter instead of oil milk instead of water and I cooked it for a few minutes less than the direction said okay so the best moist Boxed Cake hack use this for any cake you ever make um y'all are going to love it that's it I'm going to have a big old bite M y'all it's so moist so good all right y'all I'm showing youall how to Mak make the best brownies using a boxed mix all right so whatever kind of brownies you'd like we're going to use heavy whipping cream instead of water all right and we're going to use butter instead of oil so whatever amount it calls for you just use butter instead of oil all right we also going to double the eggs but only use the yolks all right so uh I'm using two egg yolks here basically two kind of um all right we also going to add I have some uh bacon cocoa powder we're going to add about a teaspoon of this all right and oops I just spilled something but that's okay we have some instant coffee I'm going to add about half a teaspoon of this all right um it's not going to taste like coffee but it's going to bring out the flavor of the chocolate and then we also need a little salt little sea salt with the chocolate all right y'all I'm going to give this a good little mixy Mixie all right y'all so once you have this mix real well um I have a parchment line 8 by8 here so I'm going to put my brownie mix at the bottom of that all right so I spray the bottom of the glass bacon dish and then I put my parchment paper in um so the brownie mix is going to be real thick remember we have an extra egg yolk butter instead of oil heavy cream instead of uh water so I'm going this uh the directions on the package say for an 8 by8 33 to 38 minutes I'm going to start checking it at about 30 and uh y'all are going to love this easy brownie hack all right y'all so I took this out of the oven a while ago but this was the brownie hack I made all right so we used box brownie mix we used butter instead of oil we used heavy cream instead of um water and then we doubled the eggs but yolks only so this called for one egg so I used two egg yolks I also added a little bit of cocoa powder and a little bit of instant coffee what else did I put in here bridg did I forget something that's it I think that's it so it's just a brownie hat to make box brownies taste better let's see y'all M okay y'all I'm speechless that never happens y'all these are so good all right y'all one box bag whatever package of angel food cake mix this is an easiest dessert hack ever all right and then we using one can of fruit pie filling um y'all can use whatever you want I'm using strawberry today because I want to but do it makes you happy you can use blueberry Apple Cherry pineapple pineapple is real good I've made that before lemon uh what else is there orange I don't know grape I'm just kidding grape all right simplest easyest hack so two ingredients easy two ingredient dessert right here y'all one can of cherry cherry strawberry it's 21 Oz one box of angel food cake mix and we're going to give this some mixy Mixie with our Fork Fork trusty Fork this uh it kind of matches my shirt it's red did y'all see my shirt once in a while someone amazing comes along here I am it's me y'all you're welcome I should get a mini shirt like this for Kevin and Frankie foof foo's cuz I know they're the real stars y'all not me it's them look how pretty this looks this looks so great all right I'm excited y'all I love dessert all right y'all so I'm uh once this is mixed up I'm pouring this into a bunt pan um I am using my silicone bunt pan for something else right now so we just using a regular bunt pan I ain't going to lie y'all I can't talk I ain't going to lie y'all but these always make me nervous like stuff is going to stick but I greased it real well so we're going to cook this in the oven at 350 for about 35 minutes all right y'all so we have our angel food cake um that we mix with uh strawberry pillon and we trying to get out of this bunt pan but y'all this is why okay all right all right yep we got it okay I was about to say this is why I only use my silicone bump pan but um all right that looks great y'all right so uh yeah uh if you yall want to put something on it you can but it's just an easy dessert hack use whatever kind of pan you want any kind of fruit pilling and one box of angel food cake this stuff is like a sponge it's so weird I just I just don't know y'all okay now we going to try but look at that that looks so cute don't it with the uh strawberries inside here we go M y'all oh my goodness y'all this is so good M all right y'all we making a delicious dessert just in time for spring or summer so we have one box of lemon Supreme cake mix we're using butter instead of oil so uh one stick of but butter all right um now we also add in one box of lemon pudding lemon instant pudding is this instant yep it sure is good I was about to be like uhoh did I mess this up one box of instant lemon pudding all right we also adding four eggs so it calls for three we add in four all right so this is like again the cake hack I make over and over make sure you crack them real weird like I just did too but um we going to do something a little bit different with this one though y'all just a little bit all right so this this calls for one cup of water but what we going to do here is we going to add um about 2/3 of a cup of water and A3 a cup of lemon juice all right so uh we going to squeeze this right on in and I'm just going to look and measure oh yep and I'm going to make sure I get it all over myself oh y'all it's like a what's that stuff called when we were kids that we put in our hair that made it turn orange Sun inie did you ever use that no I used here all right y'all so we put I need to cut another lemon but before we cut a lemon cuz I'm going to cut this one let me bring this back we're going to put some lemon zest in here too oops yep we going to try not to shave our hand with this thing is this the right way to use it y'all I forgot I feel like it is right bridie I think so I think so too it's working so it must be the right way all right we're going to put some lemon zest in there just eyeball it and then uh we got to finish filling our we need a cup of liquid so we got to put some more lemon juice lemon juice juice yum yum all right this is y'all me and Fred are thinking about getting a lemon tree I'm excited that's all right now we have well we have some olive trees on our property we have we have quite I think we have like five maybe four I don't know but all right that's good one cup of liquid um right on in all right I think I added everything I was supposed to so now we got to give this a little mixy mixy oh no y'all we have one more thing y'all are going to love mix um let's see I'm eyeballing it I think that's about a cup and now we going to fold this foldy fold foldy fold I need to get a spatula but I'm just going to use this thing instead it's fine okay all right y'all we're just going to gently mix in the blueberries all right oh if you want to add more you can do what makes you happy that's all do what makes you happy get some cats and seam that's it feeling a little loopy today my favorite bump pan all right so we're going to put this mixture in my favorite bump Pan the lemon cake mix pudding blueberry yum all right um so I'm going to finish filling this up y'all have to see it full though because it looks pretty that's why so y'all just have to bear with me for like 10 more seconds till this is full cuz I got to get a spatula too we got a spatel spatel this okay y'all yeah I'm using the dumbest tool for this right now anyways all right we're going to put this in the oven at 350 for about 40 minutes um y'all are going to love this easy cake Haack and then I'm going to show y'all what I like to decorate it with all right y'all someone wanted to say hi I got to talk real quiet cuz he doesn't like when I talk loud look at this little baby does he need a face wash friend yeah yeah his eyes get so goopy we got to give him several face washes a day you're such a good boy I love you so much my little baby all right y'all here we have that lemon blueberry cake hack um so here we here we go my favorite part this is it this is it Fred it's what we've been waiting for all right y'all let's see let's see um all right all right let's do some powdered sugar to cover up the burnt Spots I'm just kidding uh maybe I left it in the oven a few minutes too much but it's okay it's still going to be good and we covering this up but we doing something else too y'all we doing something else fun powdered sugar okay that looks great that looks better right Fred y okay great now we have some whipped cream in this popping bag this has been real fun lately y'all so this is what we doing and Fred Said Fred said don't drag he said make buttons is this a button Fred is this what you're talking about all right y'all look at me I'm a fancy pastry chef just like Fred right Fred mhm I'm surprised he agreed y'all he's always trying to tell me what to do but this is so fun y'all I like using these these are real cheap on Amazon too so just so you know Lam and blueberry yum yum that's what it is okay this is this is a lot of work Fred y'all you know what else I think we're going to do something real fun y'all real fun as soon as I finish this okay it looks it looks good here though with those blueberries don't it look good Fred Fred yeah looks really nice okay Fred are you just saying that no I was thinking of something else house with a cake oh my goodness y'all look at this blueberry lemon cake this is going to be amazing look how moist it it looks Fred Fred you like my cake hacks don't you love yeah see something something I do right okay y'all I'm excited let's try this m y'all okay sorry I got so excited this is so good y'all you want to know what I think um I'm going to keep eating this this is so good Fred you want some uhm all right y'all so I know y'all have been asking me how I make my homemade whipped cream so I'm going to show y'all today here we go we have one quart of heavy whipping cream all right I usually I usually make it in these big batches cuz I like to all right I also like to add one teaspoon of vanilla extract about you know y'all know how I do I just eyeball it I'm adding 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and I have a vanilla instant pudding so y'all I honestly never measure this um I'm going to see how much I add not the whole box I add probably about a third third to a four of the box of instant vanilla pudding it's a small box all right so now we got to let me see we got to roll this thing up I still don't know how to work this that way we going to turn it on so I'm going to put it on like eight and I'm going to let y'all know how long I mix it for because it takes a few minutes all right y'all so I just want to oop nope I just want to show y'all this real quick you can see it's getting a little thicker um this has been mixing on level six for about 2 and 1/2 minutes but once it starts getting thicker you need to keep an eye on it because if you over whip it you ain't going to be happy so it should be done pretty fast and once it gets to this point A lot of times I put it on a little bit lower um let's see I'll leave it on four now and I'm going to watch it cuz it's almost done all right y'all so uh this is done um you just got to keep an eye on it and hold on sometimes I don't know how to work this thing still okay so I'm going to take this out right y'all I'm going to move this thing to the side but um you can see when it starts to get firm when it forms these like kind of Peaks okay so again once it starts getting thicker as you're mixing it you just got to keep an eye on it because if you overbeat it and I've done it before it gets kind of like Curly and it's gross and you can't save it so at this point y'all you can put this in a container and put it in the fridge and it'll actually set up a little bit more that's why I like to use the pudding in there um yeah and it'll stay in the fridge for a few days um but I'm going to put this in a popping bag I'm going to put some of it in there so um y'all can get these on Amazon if you want and this this is a nice little trick you just put it in a cup and roll it over and then we can put some of this in here all right y'all so that's what I'm going to do and I'm going to put it in the fridge to set up but I just want to show youall how I make my amazing homemade whipped cream m
