foreign [Music] what is up everybody it is pilot 83 here back again with another tutorial on the pmdg 737 we are in the beautiful 800 version this is my video on putting your sim brief plan manually into the FMC now I will tell y'all right now from the get-go that using the same brief for this plane is way better than doing the other way I showed you earlier with the nav log just because just because this place more realistic than what the cinema offers so those flight plans can get a little weird a little crazy where you have to adjust accordingly in your flight but let's go ahead and do this so I'll show you how to put in your flight plan from Sam brief into this plane all right now if you're not familiar with using Sim brief I haven't made a video before I can make a better one that's more easier and user friendly to do so just let me know guys so let's go ahead and get to it so we were going from Pensacola Airport again we're gonna be going to Hartfield Jackson so let's get this started so we're going to click on FMC all right we're going to go to position initialization now I've already started this plane and I did this step but you're gonna if you have the boxes right here they're iffy that says put in your position you just click this right here and then click right here and that would go into that box and you'll be set to do all of that okay all right now let's go to route we need to put where we are at okay so we are at Pensacola on Runway 26. k p n s oquila Papa November Sierra put that as your origin destination we are going to kila Alpha Tango Lima now I do have a flight number on Sim brief but uh you do not have to have a real flight number with Sam brief you can make one and you can even make one according to your Livery different airlines have different flight numbers now since we're on console and we don't have any more deliveries at the moment for this plane I'm gonna make this up so I was going to put uh I was gonna put like I did earlier so I put p either way this this is not important with what we're doing this okay put that right there everyone do that guys you go click next page okay so we now got this right here route we got our via which is where we'd put our uh SIDS or stars all that good information two is where you'll be putting in all your waypoints okay but before we do that we need to go to departures and arrivals and we need to put where we are departing we're departing you see right there kpns for Pensacola this airport does not have a standard instrument departure some airports don't okay so in a situation where there's not a sid you would check to see if there is a matching Waypoint with the same name as that and you would choose that if there's not which in my case there is not with this situation you would just fly The Heading of the runaway you get to say four or five thousand feet uh until you get to your next Waypoint and that's where your flight would actually start so we're only 26 okay we got that there and we go back to route okay now if we look at my screen right here we can see our route okay we see where it says direct to Murray that it says direct to Peyton direct to Shire and then Gand off would be our star all the way to cattle zero eight left so we're going to type that in so we need to start with Murray and I spelled that wrong okay you'll see Direct okay and then we got Peyton then Shire all right so that's our waypoints for Our Stars let's go back to departures and our rivals let's go to our approach cattle so we got our Stars right here our runways so we need to click next page got gunned off to there we're doing ILS so we left I'm gonna click that all right so here we have a trans um you could use if you have one yeah I know that's my plan it is Larry so we click Larry click route again okay then you're gonna have activate pop-up click activate then we'll click execute okay so now if we go we need to go to legs we need to clean up our flight plan so we notice there is a flight continuity between Shire and gundah this is because in real life ATC would give you information directions on what they want you to do next between here and here okay this is roll console we're not really going to be trusting ATC so in this simple situation we could just click gundalk and then click and above the route the security and we're going to move it up to the real click execute all right if we look right here uh we can see our flight plan and it's taking shape you can come up here we can go and change our range okay now I do notice something so let's go to next page okay so I noticed after we land we have we got that there but after that we have these two waypoints now I sure maybe y'all will know better than me at this this this is what I would would see as a go around they should be blue though but these are not blue purple um actually let me double check that uh they were purple earlier when I when I did this so what we can do is we could delete these and this will make your flight plane just a little bit easier in the SIM release that hit execute okay so we're cleaning this on up all right let's go back to previous page zero f okay let's go back one more time to the next page all right guys so we are good to go there okay so from that point there guys we need to go two in at reference we need to put in our feel all right and some of this we can find right here from the Sim now you can hold this right here performing in it request you can hold that and you can fill these in we're gonna do this Optimum brief so our zero fuel weight guys we could just click right here click it again we'll get that and we'll also get our gross weight all right now Reserves so our reserves we could get that off of our flight plan and it'll be under pin rest and Alternate so minus two nine five sevens was around that up it'd be 3.0 cost index we do get one in our assembly flight plan but I always do 65 from what I've seen from a lot of other people since pop it seems to be the best number for this plane as far as climbing and the fuel consumption is doing so I just keep that 65. makes things easier for you our cruise altitude that would be what you put in Free Cruise out to the simbrief so I made mine 32 000 so I'm gonna put thirty two thousand that'll be something that you'll create yourself in some brief Cruise wins that's going to be towards the top of your flight plan to be under average wins which you see right here it is 277 -468 and 277 at zero four six all right all right I'm going to execute on that now let's go to in one limit now this page right here we're not going to mess with like I said earlier we're not gonna mess with this page we don't have a tablet plane yet this is a lot of math uh we're just gonna leave it as it is okay now we can go to take off so go to take off flats for this plane most of the time are always going to be at five degrees those are some special situation we're not going to worry about that this is the Sim so just put flap system that's going to be at uh your center of gravity guys so you can cheat this by just clicking this click it again we have our center of gravity okay now we need to put in our B1 b r B2 speech we can just click here rb2 will be with one engine all right so we don't have that set go back to my legs here uh let's go ahead and cut this on down some there we go so we go ahead now set our heading for our takeoff which would be the direction of our Runway we're heading 2 6 that'd be two six zero let me go ahead and set our cruising altitude which would be 32 000 feet we also need to set our cabin pressure altitude make sure you have that on Aldo by default it is 32 000 feet got that set up okay we will set our is mock off of our V2 speed this would be 155 all right go ahead and set your barometer or your ultimate your altimeter and uh that can be set right here we don't want to press B on your keyboard set that there be sure you have Auto thought already armed have turn on your captain first officer flight directors okay and from that point there guys you're ready to go and you are ready to start tracking your flight plan that you just keyed in from SIM brief this is a easy tutorial on how to do this without going too much in detail of all these things let me know how it works for you and if you need any help so you can go to your legs to see all this right here and I couldn't even go to the next big next page next page and you would be good to go guys as always I am pilot 83 thank you guys so much for your
