Beast Gohan vs Ultra Instinct Goku FULL Fight Breakdown

some people involving the Goku versus Gohan fight from Dragon Ball super Manga chapter 103 now I did do a full review on this chapter a few days ago so check that out if you haven't it's more of a you know critical eye and sort of my the things I liked about the chapter and didn't like I did like it a lot um there were a couple of nitpicks but overall I enjoyed it up in the upper right corner of the screen right now you should have a card there and uh so you can check out that review but this is going to be more so of a breakdown analysis of this fight because I didn't even know this till I streamed the other day on Wednesday uh I didn't even know that there was a misunderstanding about what actually happened here so I'm going to uh answer those questions for you and explain to you what like who where they stand as far as power goes and speed between the two and how this actually works so we're going to go right into the manga we're going to go right into chapter 103 so picking up with chapter 103 Goku and Gohan are fighting Goku is an ultra Instinct with the silver hair Gohan's and Gohan Beast now notice right off the Hop and if you really pay attention to this fight and look at it like panel for panel Gohan is the aggressor Gohan Beast is a very powerful form we all know this but Gohan in this fight is aggressive Gohan in this fight is the aggressor Goku is is playing defense Gohan's on offense Goku is on defense Ultra Instinct of course is the best Godly technique for defense because it moves your body at a rate where it's moving instinctually not uh you know it's not moving by your hands and and and like you're not thinking right so Gohan's the aggressor Goku's playing defense notice again Gohan's going in Goku is is is taking punishment but coming back Goku doing the pose right here now he's going to Counterattack I'm going to get to that in a moment and here you know Goku even acknowledges Gohan's late potential he's always had this going back to the beginning of Dragon Ball Z right Gohan's always had that secret potential so now Goku says this time you've molded into something through training you've changed something you guys have to remember is that yes Dragon Ball super superhero The Arc the ending of it was in December Gohan killed cell we saw this back in 2022 in the movie Gohan killed Cell Max but there is a Time skip because Gohan was training under Piccolo and learn how to master Gohan beast at will and learn how to really use the technique as best it could so this is not the same Gohan that FX C Max this is that Gohan plus training stacked on top of it so and this and right here Gohan even is I have pick a little thank for that so now Goku is respecting Gohan now again this is a martial arts fight so now Goku is about to tap into more of that UI power he does this and then he counterattacks once again using his speed to get behind Gohan and nail him here Goku's coming in for the offense hits a Counterattack at this point it's Goku and Gohan trading blows and it's still Gohan a bit more on the offensive as you can see here is Goku kind of moving his head to dodge the kick Goku counterattacking Goku is more so the counter attacker he's this reminds me a little bit of sort of like if you're an MMA fan and you watch guys like Anderson Silva these great counter punchers or if you're a boxing fan if you like guys like Pernell sweet P Whitaker phenomenal at Angles phenomenal technique ique remember guys Gohan may be physically listen to what I'm saying he may be physically stronger than Goku based on the power of Beast does that bother some people it does I get it super say too Gohan was stronger than Goku as well like during that time during the Cell games so like I get Goku fans feeling like Gohan got this unearned but this is all part of Gohan's Sayan human hybrid blood and his anger and his rage mixed with him now training which makes him a very potent fighter so I'm saying that to say this Gohan may be stronger physically Goku is the better technician and the more experienced fighter if Gohan were to spar with Goku like this every day for two weeks he would be even stronger and to be honest I hope we do see that whenever super comes back in the manga I hope we do see more of that so again back to my point y'all hear we see Gohan being the aggressor um and even Vegeta acknowledges that the UI is Shifting the battle in his favor and basically Goku is allowing Gohan to kind of punch himself out right but the problem is Gohan has a lot of energy we're going to get to that so Goku kicks him away um and here is where Goku says you can't land a hit on me and then Goku is like okay this is or I'm sorry Gohan's like okay this is the real Ultra instin in inct let me really show you the full power of Beast and so what he does here and I talked about this both in the Stream in the review but I'll go into more detail for you he is gathering up energy around him it's very similar to what jiren did remember how even though Goku was an ultra Instinct Omen and at one time in full silver-haired UI jiren was was still able to block and Counterattack him that's because UI is not the only way to get that strong in that fast I know that it's probably the best way especially for Goku but it's not the only way so what Gohan does here is he's Gathering the energy around him and he's using the energy he's harnessing this energy what he's doing here is this energy and and if you've watched Dragon Ball which everyone who's watching this has you know that when somebody gathers energy it's either to connect with a big Punch or a big hit or a kick or something something physical or a key blast it is not not to gain speed not normally usually a power up is followed by a keyi blast but in this case Gohan's Now using it to boost his speed up and with this speed boost look right here boom he is able to land a shot well first he misses Goku is still faster remember Goku at this point is still faster Gohan's coming at him with Fury energy and here you see him going and again Goku is dodging doing dodging dodging dodging dodging Gohan goes Goku blocks but he's still dodging he's still moving Goku starting to say okay he's catching up to me's catching up to catching up to me then boom Gohan hits him with a shot this was this was the moment where Goku realized that Gohan's gotten so strong that he can now match speed with ultra Instinct even though Goku is using way less energy than him because he knows how to make his body move instinctually and Ultra Instinct even though using UI especially several arcs before is can take a toll on your body we've seen that at this point this Goku has used Ultra Instinct so often that it's not even that big of a deal anymore so um basically and it says right here Ultra in EV Ultra Instinct evasion couldn't keep up with the speed and then Goku was like oh how'd you pull that off and then Gohan hit him with a clean hit it wasn't like you know it wasn't like dirty hit it wasn't like he caught him off guard like with some kind of trickery he just connected with a shot now that's a big deal and it says here I boosted my chi which is key just up to the point where I might snap while still maintaining control that's how I describe it now this is enough Goku so here Goku Powers up he's about to go in again they're talking um there's a little bit more brawling here and there but at this point Goku notices Broly and at this this point Goku sends Gohan away he doesn't this is not an attack he didn't hit Gohan he used his energy to send Gohan Gohan away and then he's like wait a minute let's have him FIB broli now what can we analyze about this it's not that Gohan beat Goku or that Goku beat Gohan that is not what happened here sometimes anime fans think too simplistically number one people have asked were they going all out of course not would you really go all out against your father or your son they're not trying to kill each other it's not like Gohan sees Goku as Cell Max or Goku sees Gohan as like Frieza maybe not current Frieza but Frieza back in the day or like Buu an enemy that Goku had to defeat that's not what this is this is Goku seeing just how good Gohan's gotten and it's not just physical power it's also the power of speed with of course ultr ultr I'm sorry Gohan Beast channeling it so this fight it you can't really say Goku won that's why in my review I was like I guess Goku won not or Gohan won I'm sorry Gohan did land a shot on him that did happen but if I'm fighting a guy and we're going back and forth and we can't connect and he lands a shot on me that doesn't mean that he won the fight he didn't knock Goku out he didn't knock Goku to the ground he didn't do anything really he did sort of knock him out of UI let's go back because I think he he did knock him out of UI for like a second yeah see he hit him now that is a big deal because at that point at that point Goku being knocked out of UI Gohan could have because I forgot that did happen there you go Gohan could have straight up killed him right here so that is a semblance of a victory for Gohan however Goku was still in the fight he wasn't knocked out it's almost like Gohan won that round as far as did Gohan surpass Goku physically through Power and through his in Ingenuity he has really really made Goku proud but the uh he didn't defeat Goku and now what I found strange is in the chat they were telling me that there were reviewers that said that Gohan lost to Goku that didn't happen I don't know what manga they read I don't know if they read a fan manga and got confused and thought it was super maybe they there there was a fake image that was going around uh a few weeks ago that maybe they got confused about that you know what I mean uh but no in the actual chapter which we're looking at right here no Gohan did not lose that fight bro go Goku was so impressed he's like fight this guy now Gohan still had enough energy in him to keep fighting bro this fight was going to continue so I don't understand anybody who says that Gohan lost the fight that didn't happen Goku just pushed him away for a sec to talk to him and he wants Ultra in or I'm sorry Ultra Instinct Goku wants Broly to fight him that's what happened so Goku Gohan proved that he can hit Ultra Instinct levels of power and Goku basically was impressed by him but it doesn't mean that he like quote lost the fight Gohan may have won the round when he hit him with that shot but that does not mean that Gohan could have actually 100% beating Goku however as far as physical strength goes Gohan probably is the strongest I'm confident enough saying that physically not experience not technique not even fighting intelligence physically Gohan is strong all he has to do now is the strongest all he has to do now is keep training with Goku and them from time to time and and sharpening his skills I hope this video really did I really hope that this video helped you and send it to anybody out there who might be confused it's right there in the manga dude you can't nobody got knocked out nobody got beaten Goku didn't give up he just said here fight Broly next I want to see that I've seen what you you have and that's it Goku is not going to try and kill his own son bro or vice versa like that they're not going to go all out they're not really all out their family you know when an enemy comes along then we'll see them both go all out have a good one y'all take care
