Beach Metal Detecting, DETECTED AN EVEN BIGGER CUT!

[Music] good morning good morning fate hello hey okay so we've come down to this beach where everything has been eroded they've put um seaweed everywhere to stop the sand from nicking off hey but yeah it does stink but take a look at the wall this wall sand is normally up to about here all right that's up to courtney's shoulders so as you can see all right you can see this how marketing yeah so we decided to come down here and detect right at the base of it okay pretty smart eh okay [Music] and courtney's got 10 11 10 11 right there didn't even ask oh listen to this listen to this ready ready off it and sort of spread it because that wouldn't have come out of someone's pocket not spread out like that as they fell over oh yeah i suppose like oh yeah there's something quite big down there connie what is that probably a dog stick oh it's going to go like this [Laughter] is it just seaweed okay it's just seaweed that's fine so that's where they bury their seaweed [Laughter] i guess that's a smart option too get rid of their seaweed so um hey do you guys get seaweed over in the u.s and canada and what i mean i suppose you would i suppose everybody does but anyway um well done me thank you courtney you missed a bit anyway yep i gotta keep swinging well courtney's found herself a rock i found a meteorite so we always do these rocks you know we always do them because what happens is people sit on them and they lose their stuff down all around the rocks now i've found rings twice actually i think where is this thing corny it's a bloody rock how am i supposed to dig a rock well i'll dig the sand out from under the rock i'm not going to break the scoop not for any target oh wow totally didn't expect that so it's not a rock courtney there you go you're welcome 15 17 detecting over something like this always make sure you do around the rocks and look on the rocks too i found money just sitting on top of a rock um that was a while ago it was a long time ago so so yeah um yeah always keep your eyes open around the rocks pays out [Laughter] couldn't shut up [Music] um oh no i hate digging into seaweed uh this was a straight 17 i didn't look to see how deep it everything so um i did have a couple of high targets that had high tone targets that i tried to have a look at but they were just too deep for my fingies um because we don't have bob but anyway um out um yeah that was an interesting one so um let's just get stuck straight into this because i've got to go out um junk lots of it i do enjoy finding these things i mean can you imagine standing on that i mean that is insanely sharp uh very sharp uh i found that out the hard way um so that's a squid jig actually it's exactly the same size what i use i use a pink one um yeah please don't give me too much about the color then i use a pink one i find the pink ones work really good so um but exactly the same size as what i used that would actually still catch a squid believe it or not uh looks like it's been munched on a few a few times but anyway um yeah just normal stock standard junk you know you've got to dig that stuff let's have a look at the good stuff all right uh we got one ten cent piece one twenty cent piece we got three fifty cent pieces look at that pool bugger um we ended up getting five bucks in one dollar coins and eight bucks and two dollar coins overall what a great hunt that's a good little hole there and then this guy here that's a 20p um and i know you call it 20p so um yeah 20 pence nice um what does that say 2011 uh yeah anyway um it's got the queen's head on the back of it so that's how i knew it was a uh english coin so um yeah nice i love finding coins like this looks like they're made out of good quality stuff too so anyway that's what we got so overall uh the haul on on uh spendies i like to call them spendies but some people call them clad um or money whatever you want to call them i like to call them spendies that's just because i'm weird but anyway um quite a lot of spending there so yeah very happy with that so um yeah um just came back from a uh from an another hunt this is like a week ago this guy um been flat out with work weather's been same old story so um had yeah managed to go out with courtney again today so i've got another wrap up to do and um and yep and she totally walked me but again so um yeah if you like
