If you are one of those who think that to prepare a soft and delicious fluffy bread you need an oven, let me tell you that you are wrong. Hello everyone! Welcome to Es con Acento I am Dámaris and I am very happy that you are accompanying me once more in this channel. Many of you have been asking me for a bread recipe without an oven and today we have this recipe and it is not only just a recipe, it is the most incredible bread without an oven: the most delicious and soft that you are going to try in your lives. We are going to prepare a traditional Turkish bread called Bazlama that is perfect to be eaten simply with butter on top and a little salt or to accompany stews such as beans, lentils, any type of red meat, chicken... You're gonna see that whatever you put on top of this bread will be great. because it is a real delight, so without Let's start with this. For this recipe we are going to need 500 grams of all purpose flour, 10 grams of dry yeast, 10 grams of salt, 10 grams of sugar, 190 grams of water and 180 grams of natural yogurt We start mixing the dry ingredients we put the yeast, sugar and salt and mix at low speed, add the water little by little and then the yogurt. We increase the speed a little and knead for approximately 15 minutes until the dough is elastic and manageable You can knead this dough by hand, so If you do not have a mixer, start kneading about 20 to 25 minutes until you get the consistency as shown in the video and you already know the trick: Measure all the ingredients accurately and don't add more flour even if you feel that the dough is sticky and difficult to handle at the beginning, do not add more flour because it would ruin the texture as we work the dough it will take consistency and approximately 20 minutes later once the dough has a soft, manageable and elastic texture we stop kneading we put a little oil in our hands so that it is easier to handle and we are going to form a small ball which we are also going to cover with a little oil and put oil also in the bottom of the bowl to prevent it from sticking, cover the dough with a little oil to prevent it from drying out and place it at the bottom of the bowl, cover and let it rest until the dough rises. Once our dough is fluffy and increased its size, about an hour and a half, depending on the room temperature, we're gonna deflate it. and we are going to divide into 4 pieces we form balls in this way put a little more flour to prevent sticking and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes now that have increased in size and are softer and fluffy, we start shaping them and once the dough begins to resist the rolling pin and gets a bit harder to stretch it, because it begins to shrink, we let it rest. rest for 5 or 10 minutes and continue with the last part of the stretching. The point of letting the dough rest and stretching again is to allow the dough to relax and take a little softness again, as the yeast works and makes it easier to handle. And once these minutes have passed we will see that our dough pieces have inflated a little and are soft again, so we are going to give them the last stretch. and we are going to stretch the dough until our loaves have a thickness of approximately 3 millimeters and see how beautiful our buns look, we are going to cover them for a moment while we heat the pan. Turn on the stove on high heat and heat the pan heat up for 5 minutes and in five minutes Once the pan is very hot, lower the temperature to medium heat We begin to cook our breads. Once we start to see bubbles on the surface we flip them around and we are going to cook on the other side for approximately 30 seconds After that, we flip again and we begin to see the magic... we remove from the pan and we observe how fluffy and delicious our bread is, and repeat the procedure with the rest of our buns. Look at that texture I don't know if it can be seen on the screen but it is incredible, it is incredible, really. And now, of course, comes my favorite part we are going to take a bite of this delicious and fluffy bread... YUM You can fill it with whatever you want! and without the need for an oven so go ahead and try this recipe you will not regret it! Enjoy with different stews, chicken meat, HUMMUS, or lentils whatever ANY type of food... simply with butter on top are a real delight I cannot stop eating...
