wading through lonely [Music] I really look really good the meats  starting to pull off the vine it looks really   delicious amazing original looking board but we've  taken a bit of a risk with the lemon thyme and   honey on the lamb today it's all about the taste  and I'm just hoping that our meat dishes taste   good enough to save us from going into elimination  yellow team's food here we got sticky ribs the   meat looks nice good color nice bark on the ribs  beautiful smoke ring on Gary's River look at that let's tie sensationally [Music] it is full  contact sport it's a sticky sweet glice trip   it's big on the smoke it's very clean we got a  bite away from the bone a little bit of tongue   maybe a touch under but it's closed right  rest of it going right into the lamb right yeah limbs beautiful that is delicious oats  so you get the smoke you get that nice sing   from the lemon you get the herbs in there  it's really got a great balance it's cooked   perfectly lemon song is such a clever  I'll be pretty beautiful elegant wide   or you have a flavor the smoke beyond the favored  lamb alright let's taste the Apostle [Music] [Music] crunchy have a little bit that lamb with  that whole school and the two are made in   heaven fresh and light and pungent just really  nice yeah this is sophisticated BBQ the Lambs   a star for me Jerry the Lannisters I thought  they'd yell Oh really beautifully cook tonight [Music] I don't know by what miracle it made this  happen but it's actually working the chicken looks   really nice the sides look beautiful and yeah  the food's absolutely flying out of our kids   oh thank you I'm worried about my land ideally  I would have given it a bit more time in this   welcome but hopefully we'll be perfect just  get this tray ready for you I have literally   maybe not blood but there's definitely sweat  and tears going to the but everything that I   have into them and I pretty much yeah it's  gorgeous and I can already smell the coffee   in the rub and just great question is really are  they cooked enough that is the question I don't   think we are then treated I let let's play into  one of these two ribs because they look brilliant [Music] Mandy there's that fool your pop your chance  out just comes clean when you bite this this   is really nice it's super soft but it's still  hanging on to the bug that's exactly what you   want you have to tell the whole story in one  bite and it did well balanced with the smoke   not too much heat not too much sweet just a  little mix of everything really nice do we   have to move on can we just a trip stale  George is still going buddy sit still go   what's next map will show you then let's just  go with this some common you know what I like   about it it's just this lovely this pink is  smoke line around the outside that mustards   sweet sort of honey glaze I've got on there  is really delicious prefer like the chicken [Music] i Lemoine them I think they're really delicious  and I've got this lovely kind of paprika you know   speckled flesh that's cooked beautifully it's  got a lovely texture timing that chicken and   those ribs the combination the two really  really strong because it's beaver juice   shall we taste the vegetable dish that  watermelon salad I can't wait to taste them whatever we that summer and the balance of the  plastic is addressing that the Swedish is the   watermelon the piglet on the right and then also  lays radishes it's a beautifully balanced salad   that goes so well with the chicken especially  clintons now on you you feel refreshed I'm   ready to tuck in a go the blue team's groups were  fantastic because the meat was falling off the   bow and they were spicy and they were very very  tender chicken drumsticks right lovely spot see   [Music] there's someone said thank you very much  thank you judging by the amount of people that   are still waiting I'm really concerned for us as a  team oh my god we'll go alone it feels like we've   been putting up all these plates of food but we  are just not getting anywhere and it looks like   we haven't even hit the surface oh no there's a  fire I have been cooking chicken wings for ages   [Music] there's a fire they're really on fire I can't  believe that it turns so pear-shaped a blob a situation of the chicken wing the barbecue is a lot I don't even know  what to do I'm just gonna focus on the   chicken wings that aren't on fire  and make sure they cook perfectly our customers are waiting for our food I just  hope I can salvage some of this chicken I hate well here we are the red tapes efforts but I  believe these are spicy wings to mangle Georgia it's a dirty smoky yeah there's a little bit  of burnt char absolutely and you can taste it concerning cook but um tell  by the coffee here by Georges   brigade there's a lot of chili and I'll  interpret it's still covered still Phil   yeah there's so much spice in there  that is absolutely killed my palate they're reboosts quite interesting  they've smoked that with hickory   smoke and the charity the question is  really are they cooked because they it   is the question they struggled in though  interesting to see what it tastes like [Music] that is seriously salty yeah mine's salty  and taffy yeah it's it's got a tongue little   under this meat plate demonstrates to  me they haven't really thought about   temperature and they're just the balance  of spice so dishes some went through them [Music] unlike that blue cheese and corn  hoodoos sweet potato with bourbon maple   I'm thinkin oh yeah mister missus since  Bugsy is sweet tastes like pine filling   the Bourbon adds another layer of smokiness  to the sweet potato and then the pecans on   top just give you that nice little bit  of a sweet whether it's really nice the thing is we had a  bouncer to me is frankly they   with my surveillance of salt and sweet and  sour and he is it's as if the red team from   the board just to do and barbecue  sides it's the wrong way around [Music] well there's no doubt about it  the essence of today was a low and slow   barbecue but can I tell you it was a  marathon in the kitchen and you guys   had to push you guys did a phenomenal  job every team had a standout dish today   unfortunately the bottom two teams will go  through to an elimination tomorrow [Music] for one team they really struggled although  two of your vegetarian sides were absolute   pits your ribs your chicken lack the  finesse and the balance of a truly   great glow in slow parbat and that's why  the first team into tomorrow's elimination   is director so yellow blue comes down  to you two teams one of you'll be safe yellow team we loved that lamp with the  perfect wave elegantly bringing out those   flavors not just to the lamb but also for  smoke and that slaw fresh crunchy perfect   balance of freshness of Sanus sweetness Blue team  those chicken drumsticks were perfectly cooked super succulent lips smacking me good and  that watermelon salad beautifully balanced but our decision came down to this there  was one rib they would stand up even in   a Kansas City barbecue competition I  think his and he is the pitmaster here   he should let you know whose rib that was  and which team is one Andy the winning team   [Music] is the blue team so proud of  Jessica I know how much this meant to   her blue team that rib told the whole story  in one bite we loved it oh just so happy to   have won this challenge there was such a slim  chance today and these comments just amazing
