Bally's Hotel Las Vegas Review Tour, Resort Room, Blu Pool, Gold Bar Grand Bazaar Twilight Zone Golf

[Music] goodnight minds bob dingo hey today we're going to be taking a look at a real classic las vegas hotel this one has an interesting history when it was built it was the largest hotel in the entire world interesting it's not anymore but it held that record for a while it has a name it sounds like somebody's name but it's actually named after an industrial manufacturing company that's a weird one what could it be what could it be uh there was a fire here 40 years ago that caused a change to construction codes all over the world has quite a history the slogan is center of the action yeah which one i'm talking about mates that one right up there and right over there and right up there too that's right this is valleys [Music] so [Music] so [Music] and as i said before their slogan is center of the action and i think that's fairly accurate from right out front you've got a bridge across that way to that side of the strip another one on the far side to caesar's palace and another one over there going down that side of the strip so you can basically go anywhere without having to cross the blindly 30 lines of traffic [Music] anyway let's get started on the tour mates so we can start the valley's tour right out front this shopping area here they've got everything low and high end it's called the grand bazaar shops valleys actually has another big shopping area uh back in the basement so there's a lot of stuff to do here a lot of shopping they got low and high and all that they got subway they got a wall burgers over there you want to give a celebrity more money and fame you know mark wildwood doesn't have enough time and money already you want to throw them a couple extra bucks you can do it right here at valleys and back there can you see the neon lights that's the grand entrance and that's where we'll be going right now mates i can't show you all the shops there's a million but suffice it to say there's a lot to do mate here we go [Music] now just like flamingo valleys has three big entrances this main one here on the streets the nicest one you go through the neon lights and they've got another one on the side and they've got another one in the back but this one's the best neon lights classic has kind of a a 70s modern feel it's pretty cool mike unfortunately they put these barriers in he used to be able to look over to the parking we're walking right over the parking this is a breezeway but they put these barriers in here so you can't look up it's not quite as cool as it used to be see again there's the walkway and you should be able to look down but they've blocked it off that's unfortunate mates they've got to change that if you're watching this mr bowie check those things out we want to look down on the way in up there is the elevated walkway we came across a minute ago that goes right over the parking area and this is where you can go through the revolving door it's a little more of a grand entrance classic i guess i'd say oh the elevator one is cool though but i love these revolving doors mate [Music] the casino at bally's has more of kind of a modern classical look it's not like overtly themed like flamingo or something else like that was supposed to look like italy or france or paris or something just kind of a gilded large look i think it's pretty nice though i think it's pretty nice [Music] you see the main valley sign right over there so right down the street this is off the strip is grand entrance number two maybe semi-grand entrance uh number two for ballets they have a lot of entrances and this one goes right in to it's right next to the reception so if you're taking an uber this is probably where you'll be dropped off and it goes in right near the reception area and they should have these lights blinking or something make it a little more las vegas there's the galleon here we'll see reception we'll be right on the right here we go here's the reception area there's quite a lot of windows which is nice and a special side room for diamond and above caesar's members which is kind of nice it makes you feel exclusive anyway but i didn't have a ton of windows and a ton of automatic kiosks not too busy and they've got a really cool bar here too look at this it's so gilded i don't feel the gold mine [Music] these full lamps this bar is honestly one of the i think the most interesting pieces in the valley's casino right across from reception very tasteful right very tight right over there diamond reception the side room closed i'm going to show you that today mates [Music] now that balcony's not opening mike not opening i haven't done that in las vegas in a long time having uh opening doors in uh in hotels this place used to actually have balconies some rooms still have them but they've been closed uh they've been like screwed chat so i guess for safety reasons or whatever because people throw themselves out the window when they lose too much money they blocked all the balconies off look we've got a nice uh seating area here on the side and i don't know why they close these it's an okay view this hotel is such a labyrinth like the hallways go everywhere so you can go left to right you come out you're like which way is my room now and we go down here okay hallways aren't bad i like the decor of the carpet that's nice hello and uh got this uh recessed ceiling stuff here so here we go let's take a look hey what we got inside vlogging what do you think of the hotel here okay you just got here yeah yeah first time first time here i've been here when i was a guy when i was like five years old all right cool what do you think of the hotel like on your way in pretty nice so far it's starting good pretty good okay cool cool see how they experience it we'll see you around okay back to the room here so here we are there's mom hello mom so this is a standard room double queen and we got your bed there one with three pillows one with two i don't know i guess someone stole one the uh the maid is like hey why bother um got nice uh dark furniture that hasn't been used in a while and that's something interesting there's actually an hdmi port on the side of this uh credenza here along with like 20 usb ports so if you bring a blu-ray player with you there you go you can plug it into the tele at bali's that's a funny thing to have but what you might want to know in case you want to watch movies in your room but the carpet looks really yeah the carpet is nice really clean yeah i know sometimes you check into a hotel and uh the carpet can be scary right it'll be pretty scary but anyway so here we got a dark chair there lamp there's the view in las vegas it's always roulette about what the view is going to be you could be looking at a wall you could be looking at something great you never know here we got this oh we got half a strip view we got a partial strip that's a strip it is the strip over there that's the strip and and and caesar's palace there's a strip right there uh caesar's palace obviously over there and that's bellagio back in there we'll be able to see the fountain just a little bit just a little bit it's not as dumb and then we've got the telly decent size don't watch this telly anymore interesting this one was on when we came in they're usually not and uh up there we got a fridge hmm seems like it's cold right on that oh what do you got here okay got that standard there's a mirror hello mike's and what have we got here closet with a safe and then let's take a look at the bathroom here not bad this is what i mean about like caesars hotels even the lower price ones are still pretty nice uh this is like korean countertop i think maybe it actually might be quartz i'm not sure accent there the bathroom is a little it's small but this hotel was originally built in the 70s so it's the way they did it but they definitely updated it let's look at the shower here see we've got our lights oh there we go now yeah you can see what's going on got the shower there man not bad it's very tight there's not a bad bathroom actually small but uh well equipped a bunch of goodies over there i never use those anywhere might so anyway and it has it has the ubc or uv what is the porch a usb port oh we've got usb there and electric and power that's something that's sadly missing at paris they don't have usb but harris had like 10 usbs yeah that's true but uh i guess eventually they replace the lamps with those well paris is supposed to be old-fashioned there you go it's classic yeah they got uh horses and carriages there now they're down anyway so that is a standard room at the ballets las vegas lighter mites [Music] and then it's kind of cool at this bar here they have live entertainment on the weekend they're set up they apply a couple of strums on the guitar it's kind of fun and then of course one of the best things about ballets is it's got the burqa with the cheapest breakfast party on the strip might right downstairs under the burqa is the mall shopping area and there's a lot down here too there's really a lot of stuff to do generally at valleys and down here in the basement there's a lot of entertainment type stuff to do they got the real bodies exhibit that's kind of a big one they got that i got some kind of an escape room thing over there they've got a lot of shops and then they've got a there's a lot of fun they got a themed i think i'm gonna do a separate video on this they've got a twilight zone themed goofy golf wise this is a lot of fun i'll give you a quick look here [Music] so halfway down the shops in the basement you get to the second food court not as big as the grand bazaar shop out front but you've got your basic beer you've got hamburgers uh noodles chinese noodles hot dogs subways tomorrow something somebody down here and then a really big sports betting area i know they hate it when i film these but let's go take a look at it real fast i don't actually know what these are but it looks really cool with all these desks and televisions fun fun [Music] what the hell it's closed for the season went for that long walk down here in the right hand for nothing but at the end of the hallway here that's where you find the valley's blue pool which you can see right over there the doors are closed for the season unfortunately i tried sneaking in i couldn't get in for you my sorry about that but the blue pool has a unique characteristic for las vegas it actually has a deep end 12 foot deep which uh there must be another one that's deep in las vegas but i haven't heard of it so one of only a handful if maybe the only pool in las vegas with a deep air that 1970s uh characteristic there of the building they don't do them deep anymore anything built like 90s and lighter no deep end with a blue pool gotta deep then right you can go for a draw a dive [Music] and right next to the blue pool valleys also has a monorail interconnect and just like the blue pool it's a very long walk from from the main part of the hotel you're gonna get your exercise in and see there's the blue pool over there and here's the monorail which unfortunately is still closed because of corona but if it was open you get to it right here from ballet's mites now now is this open it's not over there so i was doing some exploring at this giant hotel here for you guys i noticed there was this button in the elevator it doesn't have a number well it does have a number but it's live all sky did sky here you know where that is here we go i don't actually know what this is but the decor is entirely different the rest of the hotel and there's never anyone up here i think it's i think it's the convention spice [Music] but i'm not sure but it has like an entirely different feel from the hotel it feels like an old ship you see what i mean got like the grand hallways and it's got a great view out the window i don't know if the girlfriend will pick this up there's paris outside how cool is this it's like completely different from everywhere else and it feels like an old big ship and a big chandeliers classic seating it even smells different doesn't smell like the hotel i think it's a convention area but it's very chill up here i just wanted to show you mates i thought it was pretty cool [Music] and i just saw this on my way back from the blue pool the bally's fitness center something you've never seen by being a go-to before that's interesting let's go and take a quick look i'll probably get kicked out because i never had this give me room key mike here we go not too heavily used that's a good thing all the equipment here looks fairly man that's also a good thing all the equipment here is also purple purple workout gear that doesn't match the theme of the hotel that's pretty good you got all this you got all that there you go you can look at all this in the video in slow motion at your leisure figure out what you like because i don't know what all this means but it looks pretty good it's all in fantastic condition in here [Music] and then one of the really cool things is valleys is attached entirely indoors to the paris hotel so while you're here you can go on if it's cold in the winter or super hot in the summer more likely the ladder you can walk right over to paris and enjoy everything that hotel has to offers which is pretty cool look at this rotunda [Music] [Laughter] you
