Baldur's Gate 3 - Why you should do this ONE thing with Astarion (Rare Dialogue)

there are loads of unique dialogue scenes between you and your companions in Baldur's Gate 3. and one of my absolute favorites when it comes to very specific scenes is one concerning our favorite vampire esterion now before I proceed be warned that this video contains spoilers for the mountain pass act so if you haven't caught up to that part yet then you should probably wait before watching this one with that out of the way upon reaching the end of the GIF Yankee crash storyline you'll most likely find yourself in the chambers continue the legendary maze known as the blood of lathander a maze that supposedly infused with the well blood of the god of the sun lethander now if you decide to skip out on finding a certain Crest to remove the maze safely and instead just yank the weapon from its pedestal you'll activate a Fail-Safe weapon system that will quite literally annihilate the entire Cathedral and if you for some reason fail to get your team out in time before the sun Cannon activates they'll be caught in the blast now if you happen to have a Starion in your team he has a couple of words for you if you decide to resurrect him afterwards in the sweet house were you thinking activating that loss I was right there guns do you have any idea how much that hurt Time new new next time I'll be the one aiming the all-powerful weapon thank you although I do appreciate you trying to fix your mistake just don't do it again now shall we go or do you have any other chaos you need to unleash here what's on your mind excuse me that was the least you could do after dropping a building on me next time just warn me before you do something stupid at least then I can get out of the blast radius now shall we go or do you have any other chaos you need to unleash here well apparently there's a limit a nice summer stay and the full concentrated power of the Sun and I think I was safer with the Mind flares now esterion apparently only has this dialogue if you let Withers resurrect him and he won't start this conversation if you used a scroll also none of your other companions seem to comment on having an entire Cathedral fall down on them but I think the reason for this is that since hysterian is a vampire him getting absolutely blasted by the full force of the sun probably resulted in more pain for him than the other companions in any case this is just one of the small but incredibly cool details that are hidden in Baldur's Gate 3 and it's definitely one of my favorite specific dialogue scenes simply because of asterisk absolutely hilarious reaction but that's it for today and thank you for watching and have a great day Mr Olden signing out
