was laying in bed for an hour listening in a space with yes and donica and Corey T was hosting I don't know man I'm just kind of um I think of our if were circumstantially happier in life I think I'd be inclined to host spaces regularly but I just kind of go in and out of this mild depression I would say I have since since my folks passed away and I'm still kind of in limbo not doing [ __ ] with my life which is kind of depressing because I just turned 53 what on October 11th I don't really care about the number but I need to get my [ __ ] together and start doing what I enjoyed you know what I mean drumming using my 10 $1,000 garage gy I'm I'm I'm just not using it man maybe I need to get back on testosterone replacement therapy I have been off of it for three years and although I only did it for about nine months um rather I did three months on one month off and I did four cycles of that so three on you add that up three on one off four Cycles like that that's basically 9 months on and 3 months off so that covered a year and I was was about 50 years old when I did that um and I need to get back on man because middleaged kind of malays you know loss of energy is real I didn't feel like typing so that's why I'm doing the voice memo here and don't share these details man I mean nobody needs to know other people know me on uh Twitter and [ __ ] but we all have our own issues demons right I just need to [ __ ] start enjoying my life again maybe start dating dating a chick that I'm actually into instead of some you know American Born Chinese chick that's just uh a distraction my dog is great he's always by my side little Oreo Oreo come here baby I bring him in the backyard five times a day and we hang out but unlike you there are plenty of days where man I don't even I wake up and I just get on Twitter and have my coffee and I do that three times a day and I don't even and um leave the house I go shopping maybe twice maybe three times a week but even
