hello everyone asslam alaikum welcome back hope you guys are doing great today I am making salmon with lemon herbs and asparagus this is the most easiest tastiest and the healthiest recipe that you can follow along please do let me know how it turns out for you let's do that so here's what you need to make this tasty recipe you need salmon so I've got a big fillet of wild salmon in front of me I've got asparagus I've got rosemary thyme parsley some garlic cayenne pepper lemon zest fresh lemon minced garlic melted butter sea salt and black peppers so what I am going to do is I am going to add the garlic minced garlic let's do that in the butter and some lemon zest no plan except where you don't have to necessarily add you can skip that but I really liked it it's not too much but I like the taste of it so I do add that there we go if you can see this is like a thick paste that I've created here in butter so this is honestly the like a basically a fish spice that you can call that what I'm going to do is my spinach now what I'm going to do is I am going to put my salmon in a foil trade that I've already got it ready so to say it is ready up lined up the foil paper enough so I'm able to wrap the salmon and asparagus in that so I'm gonna play right in the center and I am going to add this piece that I just created right on top of the salmon this is gonna taste so amazing I've had this many times and this is a really really favorite recipe at any gathering that I've tried it tastes amazing and of course the easy to make not to mention you don't want to follow the really complicated recipe this is easy and best you put it in the oven and cooked on the bone pretty much once you put the spice on okay so that's that so now what I'm gonna do is I've got some fresh parsley that I'm going to sprinkle on top there you go not too much I guess enough that sort of covers and break the pieces okay there we go [Music] okay lemme grab a knife and chop actually let me do this first this is time so fresh thyme just sprinkle that on top right there we go let's do same thing with rosemary okay then put some rosemary on top there you go that's that and I am going to place fresh lemon slices on top of this and there you go now let's place farragut right and I've got some butter that's left over I'm gonna glaze it over the spirit whatever is left I'm just going to put it on top and it's going to have the nice garlicky buttery taste on asparagus rice know that I'm sure your asparagus it's good for you but I'm gonna place some fresh branches of time that I've got left over right on top asparagus same thing some rosemary and goes on top what else alright some parsley why not let's add some parsley and asparagus to there we go alright so the fish is ready take a look see ya so you can see all all the herbs and spices whatever I added butter garlic and the black pepper you can see they are sort of glazed over the fish right now this size salmon will roughly take me 25 minutes in the oven [Music] like that [Music] okay there you have it that is nicely wrapped and I am going to put this tray in the oven and bake it at 350 for 25 minutes once I take it out of course I'll show you how it looks and you can see for yourself and judge the fish is actually really really moist and of course tasty all right so the fish is ready I'm just going to take the foil off the front okay follow me so moist it's Baroness and everything else is nicely cooked and you spin the glaze a bit garlic and all the other spices it's really nice and moist thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed today's recipe please do let me know how your salmon turns out till next time take care and stay safe
