Baby Girl NURSERY TRANSFORMATION & ENTIRE PROCESS *Start to Finish*

hi guys welcome back to my channel my name is Arlene Salinas today's video is the whole process of putting the nursery together I am 27 and a half weeks pregnant I know that's pretty early to have the entire nursery done but we basically WestEd a time on the camera we were in quarantine people what else that you want us to do we so we put it all together and I'm not mad about it I have the energy to do it and everything yeah now we're ready to go now we're ready to go oh we need to focus on is getting the essentials for the baby and then we're gonna be set so I think it turned out so good this is gonna be kind of like a two-part video so it's gonna be the whole process today and then I will show you guys the nursery tour in a few weeks but you guys will obviously be able to see the entire nursery and I'm just going to give you guys kind of like my thoughts behind why I chose things and putting everything together so if you guys end up enjoying it and give it a thumbs up subscribe if RS mad I never know that I could feel this way sorry guys nurse trick is looking good got a pretty decent job the key is you take a book from really your future daughter's book ha ha and use it to fight now because we can't find our little yeah we used to have a little tool that we use well that was made for this yeah okay that's working good 45 minutes later we got one panel up literally that's it that you stick look so good we are 95% done you see it cut up that outlet down there how long did it take us I don't know I don't know it was like two and a half hours huh maybe even close to three yeah I definitely had that first panel not giving us so much trouble I think we would have finished in like two hours but we tackled on an entire hour because of all the little issues we had I think that's just a lot of people on wall paper both papers hard on to the next best part the chandelier yeah and once again normally chandelier would go like smack-dab in the middle like over the creek cuz the cribs gonna go right here but this is the only spot that we have a light source so instead it's gonna go just kind of centered like over the window and then probably have the rocking chair maybe kind of no we're gonna put something right here in the middle I forgot what I already ordered everything okay but I forgot what's gonna go right here so it's just gonna be I think it's gonna look really pretty anyways yeah like nobody would know that it was fussy around the room yeah that it was supposed to technically be like over the crib but I think it'll look really pretty and this is the picture everyone with you guys will touch it oh my god so the see it when it's all set up let you stay another night [Music] here's the progress on the nursery you could totally see the wallpaper now with this lighting you got super dark last night how good does that look we did get a handful of air bubbles like I show you guys but honestly once the crib is in here once everything is in here and when you just walk in nobody would know unless I pointed out which I obviously just did here's the little chandelier let me get it from this side it's so cute I love it was super affordable to actually went with this one because it was affordable we're gonna put up the curtains today and I feel like that's gonna make a huge difference I need to empty that out today and then we're bringing up the rocking chair they coming to build the crib today and I think that's Oh and lay down the rug we do have a rug already also I will leak everything because I got everything online pretty much [Music] [Music] okay we're opening up the rocking chair now we love the color okay yeah so I had a good there was another one that I really wanted and then we stopped this is good where's this from everything I got is from wafer I had to order everything weight fair yeah that's nice pretty good this weight fair no no no so listen so the other rocking chair that I wanted was sold out a lot of the ones that I wanted were sold out and everyone's having babies so anyways that I I wanted like a beige color this was a super light grey oh my god I am really really liking this color I think it's gonna go well with a lot it's gonna go very well I'm actually kind of glad that the other ones are sold out and it feels super soft so I'll link this one down below we haven't sat on it but it feels it feels like that material like the linen I don't know whatever it is [Music] [Music] Oh [Music] [Applause] when I next [Applause] I feel like yeah yeah this corner and the 5x7 knows where it is gonna be too small but this room is pretty small oh wow yeah once we flip it out yeah oh it is super cute actually I really like it yeah I think I like it kind of smack dab in the middle of the room I guess we'll see when it comes but yeah okay I really like this onto the curtains these are the curtains that I got these are different than the ones that I use in my master bedroom so if you guys remember those rooms are not like a hundred percent walk out these ones I realize that there's like a rating for black out and these ones had like the most max black out so hopefully they are true black out because if we want her to like nap in here and stuff yeah you know I feel like these might come in handy so hopefully they're a true black out but they look really pretty look it comes with this and they were super affordable and then it comes with like a sheer panel to put it like over it and I think it's gonna look whimsical and pretty and they're serious baby don't leave oh it is getting way darker in here I think these might actually be true black out huh yeah Dean these crane rods are super cool we need to cover those little stickers finally curtains are up they look so good but we have a slight problem I didn't realize they frickin sent me the wrong side or the wrong this shear one is the correct size it goes onto the floor so 96 inch one and for some reason this is their mistake these ones are 84 inches because I looked at these that came together and this was like a set like it came together so I didn't pick one or the other I know I picked 96 inches which is why this year when is that big so I'm gonna have to talk to their customer service which I have done in the past and their customer service was really good at fixing the issue quickly so I need to call them and they'll send me the correct ones but did I mention that they're true blackout look close it the note in general that's the way it looks if it just came down to the floor they look really good yeah this is pretty true black Alva yeah the room is like 50% done now actually maybe even a little more I need to put this crib together we just brought up all the pieces you guys I'm so excited for this I literally went back and forth with so many different cribs there was the standard like really pretty cribs that I feel like a super trendy without a lot of people have right now and it's super affordable actually but I went with this one instead that I felt was a little different it reminds me of like a toddler bed you guys will see it when it's put together and you actually could convert it into a toddler bed um I feel like by the time she becomes a toddler I'll play the over and like redesign the whole room but either way I thought it was super cute I thought it was a little different and I don't know I thought it would look cute in here so I went with this one you guys will see it when I put it all together and then the only thing we need to do after that is the dresser right here that's pretty much all the big stuff and then the other things will just be like little decor pieces so let's get to assembling this okay so here she is in all her glory my camera ended up dying so I didn't get to like finish filming just the basically putting it together but here it is all assembled it's so cute it's very different from everything that I saw I've never seen anybody like use a crib like this but I thought it was really cute so I got it so here's an overview of what we got so far I feel like most things are pretty set and ready to go that right there I want to paint white and probably put it up right here possibly with like a mirror that's gonna go basically like on top of the dresser which is what we're gonna similar right now and then I got a few other things from home goods before everything shut down so I'm pretty glad that I got them pretty early that obviously needs a plant which I still need to get and I'm putting enough the way until HomeGoods opens up again or I'm not sure where else to get maybe I guess Target might have something so about that I got this basket from world market so I'm assuming I'll probably put like toys I don't know what I'll put in here swaddles blankets stuffed animals I guess we'll see then oh my gosh this little thing that I got from home goods as well I'm so glad I got this also before everything shut down I don't know exactly where I want to put things I'm not to rearrange everything and kind of just play with it and see where I want things so crazy [Music] and you know crazy [Music] well next [Music] tonight I don't know how long did that take us no that was a good two hours at least higher than that maybe see three hours say that took us a long time holy cow there's a lot of pieces but it looks really good and now we just need to figure out exactly where it's gonna go because we need to anchor it to the wall so I just got these prints I bought them on Etsy and then I just sent them to Walgreens and they're pretty affordable and then the frames are from Michaels which I will link below which are also super affordable and now Weston is bringing them up with little monkey hooks oh it's so cute one now for the second one that's the harder part yeah there they are I think they look adorable and then right here we need to hang up that chair that's on the floor I need to get a plant for that and then that'll complete this entire wall in this entire side of the room but then I still need to work on this side which is totally bare we do have that piece I will go up and then I ordered shelves also that are coming and then I think I'll put those like right there Oh there'll be a perfect spot then we can grab one and read to her while we sit on the rocking chair okay I know there's nothing in here but it's called a swag hook it's nothing my god this make things so much easier and now we just screw you screw this way I'm gonna hook on we went with white there's different colors there's black copper but that was pretty easy holds up to 50 pounds is just perfect obviously for a baby if you're doing like a grown-up swing this wouldn't work oh wow that's cool he covers the whole perfectly moment of truth let's see if we got the length and everything correct the excess I think it looks good there oh it's so cute okay so that completes everything go for this video
