oh now what guess back to scrolling i'm tired though i should probably just go to bed such a bummer about my eyebrows though maybe there's something i can do huh wait a second what if i yes i think up some aloe then i'll add some honey honey and aloe both have great healing properties time to use a pestle to combine them it's pretty satisfying to do gotta get all that good stuff out of the aloe now it's ready to rub on my hands wow my hands are so much smoother now now you can have my hand again i'm delighted wait one more thing oh my gosh is this it it's in here somewhere yeah i was getting pretty hot well i'm glad we're both feeling better looks like another school picture day is upon us come on the more we wait the more nervous we're gonna get sophia you're up yikes didn't you get any sleep last night lily i don't know how i'm gonna stay awake for this i look okay to take my picture right um have you not looked in a mirror yet today lily oh no these bags under my eyes are atrocious i have concealer but i'm not sure it's the right color for you but this lipstick ought to do the trick this stuff's gonna save the day trust me [Music] what lipstick for my eye bags i'll give anything a try at this point if you have dark bags under your eyes red lipstick can be used to cancel out the color simply dab it on lightly just like this once that's done use a blending brush to smooth things out yep just like that pretty soon the colors will start to cancel each other out but to combat that leftover color dab some concealer on top once you've dabbed that stuff on blend it in with your brush [Music] looking good hey your bags are gone lily that's one awesome trick hey looks like they're ready for you vicki saved your butt today lily but next year try to get some sleep before the big day ready to start the day gotta brush my teeth first wait a second i'm missing something huh where's the toothpaste it's not in the drawer either where did it go how does toothpaste just vanish it's not here not here either this is getting ridiculous honestly i'm actually relieved it's not in here oh that's it mom where is the toothpaste did you check the drawer did i check the drawer that was the first place i checked still empty it's not in there well i don't know what to tell you then mom it's not in here anywhere that is it if i find the toothpaste in there you're gonna get it oh no i made a terrible mistake okay where have you looked i looked everywhere it's missing toothpaste doesn't just vanish into thin air surprise surprise it's right where i said it was what but i promise i looked everywhere yeah sure you did oh it's just not fair oh i just got a genius idea first i'll just take my toothbrush and i'll just snap off the handle and i'll get my handy glue gun and put some glue on the break just like that now i'll need my tube of toothpaste and i'll stick my toothbrush on the cap perfect now i'll never lose the toothpaste again time to brush my teeth hello toothpaste i've missed you scrub my teeth until they're nice and shiny yeah i'm so good at brushing my teeth done and spit and rinse and now my toothbrush goes right back with the toothpaste cap now i'm ready to start the day right oh a brand new set of colored pencils are just the best okay blue are you up for the challenge art is all about passion and done dusting this spot yes this may be my masterpiece oh no i've used up so much of my pencils already how can i make great art if i've run out of great materials hold on a second what's madison got there a colored pencil in her hair jackpot ugh what ava you stole my pencil i was using that to keep my hair up i'm trying to clean the house in case you haven't noticed and i'm trying to make great art but i need your pencil no way my hair is more important than your art the madison wait i just came up with a brilliant idea just wait until you see what i'm going to do with these first i'll need a pencil sharpener and i'll sharpen both ends of the pencil perfect just like that now i'll need a barrette this pink one will do nicely time to bring out my trusty glue gun for this next step i'll need some glue on the pencil a little dab will work just fine time to glue the pencil onto the barrette a beautiful rainbow though any color combination would work look madison now you can be part of the art world too ah i love it it's so colorful thank you so much ava can i see your art okay voila my masterpiece that's what you used all those colored pencils for i know it's great sure great [Music] oh looks like it's time for class to start you're so beautiful you're like a goddess here i brought you a gift my favorite stapler i brought you a gift too look at all the gear she's getting from those cute boys why can't my hair be like that so i can get gifts too maybe i can give my hair some volume with my comb this is totally gonna work i just know it done this will get me some attention wait why does my hair feel like that oh no i'm like the bride of frankenstein i'll have to hide behind this book all right boys that's enough on your way i can't believe how much attention my hair gets me huh what's that behind the book oh she definitely needs some hair help hey what you got going on over here oh nothing i was just uh trying something new listen don't worry i can help you out with that all we need is some hairspray and this clip this is really all it takes are you sure [Music] first you're gonna take the clip and clip the hair at the top of your head then you're going to start spraying with the hairspray now you're going to use the blow dryer to dry it perfect just like that now it's time to take out the clip look at all that volume and it was so easy to do wow my hair is so much poofier than usual i feel like a supermodel thank you so much for your hair help you're welcome use your new hair powers wisely hi boys okay i think this is the next shade i need to use it's almost there but it needs something else hmm what color should i choose blue it's definitely a blue day yep this will definitely make my look pop just a little bit though not too much oh no i got it all over my hair oh what a dumb mistake i've just ruined my entire look wait a second i think i'm getting an idea this could totally work okay i'll need a cup or bowl and then i'll need some styling gel i'll just put a bunch of the gel in the bowl that should be a good amount now it's time for the next step the glitter i'll just dump all this glitter into the bowl with the gel it's so pretty i love it and now i'm going to use this stick to mix the glitter and the gel oh it's so sparkly and jelly pink orange and blue they'll look great i'll start with the orange i'll need a paintbrush now i'll just paint it on my hair like this it's so sparkly this is turning out great now it's time for some blue look how pretty it is i'll just make colored stripes all on the side of my hair done this looks amazing look at how it glitters and shines [Music] i'm a genius this is my best idea ever i can't get over how gorgeous this is i definitely need to instagram this look hi oh her hair is a total mess [Music] i feel bad i bet people will laugh at her oh that would be so hard to deal with stop you know what i'm gonna help you out this is a hair intervention we'll start by taking out this hair binder okay but now my hair's messy that's because i'm still working you need some color first we'll need some markers i'll cut the end right off and take out the ink it's a little inky straw which means i can blow through it i'm just gonna put it in my mouth and voila all the color is coming out okay now that i have the color i need the cream i'll just add a little dollop and start mixing it into the color okay we're ready for the next step i've got a plastic glove so time to dig in [Music] i'm going to layer this on the strand of your hair now to wrap it with aluminum foil good it's purple time are you sure this is really a good idea yes you'll see when it's all done boil for this one too now we've just gotta wait [Music] okay time to check your hair just unwrap the foil and voila [Music] oh i think i'm too scared to look [Music] wait is that my hair it's green and purple wow it's so cute i love it i think you need one more thing to really sell the look we'll just take off these glasses you can see without them right you know what take the car to get off too [Applause] we'll just put it right over there where it belongs yep definitely keep that button undone i do feel pretty well pretty come on let's get to class all right time to give your new look a try whoa do you see purple and green like i do oh my gosh no one's laughing thank you so much [Music] and side bend to the right and side bend to the left ugh my hair keeps getting in my face [Music] touch the ground [Music] ew my hair is filthy from the floor so gross i need to take a shower oh i'm falling behind on my workout ow what the heck that guy just walked on my hair ugh oh looks like annie's having hair trouble again hey annie i've got a solution for you just put your hair back like this [Music] that's super cute but i don't know how to do that will you teach me please sure first pull your hair back then separate a small section like this and what is she even doing back there and then i'll twist it back over like this and then one more time so it's tight and done now to just smooth it out just tighten it a little and you're ready to go oh my gosh thank you so much ava yes my hair isn't in the way anymore is it ready for the big test i think so and touch the ground with only my hands not my hair [Music] thanks ava let's do this time to go back to straight hair huh where did this curl come from [Music] oh look at all these dumb waves and [Music] curls get straight darn you is the straightener even working huh maybe it's not hot i should test it what it's not hot at all no wonder my hair's not getting straighter oh hey my aloe plant that gives me an idea i'll just need a stock of your aloe plant i'll cut off the end and now i'll carefully slice it in half lengthwise slow and steady don't want to accidentally cut myself okay i've reached the end i'll just take these two pieces apart okay i need the knife again for the next step i'm gonna make cuts all the way down the stalk i wanna be careful not to cut all the way through though done now i've got my two pieces and they're ready to go okay my two pieces of aloe are gonna be my straightener i'll just slowly slide them down to the ends of my hair wow look at all that aloe gel it's good for healing burns too hair flip i can't believe i banged my head okay let's try this again hair flip now that it's dry look at how straight it is take that broken straightener i didn't even need you me and the aloe did a great job together towel drying your hair is simple in theory but when it comes down to it it never looks quite right [Music] and once you do get it on it's a delicate dance getting it to stay there so far so good it just came off didn't it it's clearly feeling the force [Music] yep these buns look whoa look at that hair that gives me a brilliant idea for this drying technique wrap your hair in your towel just like this like little hair burritos see [Music] once they're all wrapped twist them all up like princess leia's hair tuck in the ends is that a secure towel or what hey vicky check out my new drying trick [Music] i see what you did there [Music] vicky is singing which only means one thing it's shower time let's get this party started shall we yeah that's scalding hot okay this freezing water isn't much better why can't i ever get the temperature right with this thing but if i twist it this way at just the right angle okay i got it [Music] yep that water's just right why does it always take so long that should do it but i don't want to forget this sweet spot [Music] i'll mark it with this this way i'll always have the perfect temp just a little mark perfect now instead of fiddling with a nozzle you can get it right the very first time [Music] for most girls doing makeup can feel like second nature that is of course until it's time to draw in your eyebrows it's okay lily you got this or uh maybe you don't got this with all this outlining and shading you often end up with eyebrows a little more intense than you intended see what i mean [Music] lose this vicky before you give those tweezers back try something new did you know if you put some of the pencil onto the metal part of the tweezers you can use them to trace on your brows more easily okay here's how it's done start at the inside end of your brow and move to the other end without lifting the tool pinch it off at the end using a brush you can help keep the hairs in line plus it smooths out the harshness of the lines you just drew nice okay you can have this back now hey maybe i should give that trick a try oh man i'm so tired i just had such a long night look how cool this club was wow that place is awesome but as most girls know the end of the night means it's time to take off all that makeup and seeing what vicky has on this is gonna be a process at least she has a lot to talk to lily about in the meantime do you know how to get this sparkly stuff off me oh i think i could snag a piece of that tape thank you looks like vicky is creating her own makeup removal tool can i get a snip okay hopefully this will work a little better and it looks like the glitter is actually sticking to the tape very nice i wonder what else this stuff can do these braids are perfect where are my elastics i could have sworn they were in here ugh none of these will work i don't want to take out my cute braids i know i always have an elastic or two under here [Music] yes this one's on its last leg why just forget it i'll just have boring hair forever [Music] i can't believe alex brought me flowers they're pretty huh hey why the tears it'll be okay i wish i could help you that ribbon you can totally tie hair with that this is a lot prettier than a hair elastic anyway i'll show you simply take two strands from near your face and tie them behind like this now tie it into a knot like this then take two more strands and tie them in just use the hanging string for another knot but don't make a bow we're not done yet repeat the pattern one more time yep tie it into another knot but this time you can finish it off with a bow [Music] there isn't it gorgeous take a picture so i can see it see long hair definitely has its perks check it out
