hi what's up everyone in this video I will show you an easy way to make awesome morph animation videos like this this video is made from a stable diffusion model and here I will show you a step-by-step tutorial in a short concise and hopefully easy to understand manner okay no need for linger let's get to tutorial in this tutorial I don't use web UI automatic 1111 I still use comfy UI because when I made this video KF UI still performed better and was better for making animations with a stable diffusion model for that you need to install and have comu UI first on your PC or laptop if you don't have it yet you can see the easy comfy UI installation tutorial the video link of which I embedded in the description of this video if you have installed K UI so the next requirement is that you must install FFM Peg on your PC or laptop in the description I have included a link to a video tutorial on how to easily install FFM Peg on a windows-based PC okay next step we will install several extensions into comfy UI open the folder where you installed comfy UI then open the custom nodes folder next click in Explorer and type CMD to bring up the terminal prompt then you open the Articles page ci.com webbsite the link of which I have placed in the video description and scroll down copy the extension links one by one like this then paste it in CMD and press enter to install when you have copied another link then paste it in CMD and press enter to [Music] install do the same thing with the other links until all the extensions we need are installed in comfy UI when finished make sure all the extensions have been installed in comfy UI like this then next open comfy UI we will install several custom nodes so that the animated diff extension and several other extensions that we have installed can run on comfy UI to do this click manager select install custom nodes in the search keyword input type auxiliary then auxiliary pre-processor will appear then click install wait until until the custom nodes have finished installing still installing custom nodes type Fizz nodes when it appears select Fizz nodes and install wait for the process to complete the next step is that we need a checkpoint model actually you can use whatever model you like here I use the aniverse model you can downloaded at citi.com webbsite I have included the model Link in the Google Drive document in the video description deson you can download the model directly then save it in the comfy UI folder models checkpoint folder don't forget to download the vae files from the model usually the download link for the vae files is also available on the checkpoint model page click to download and save in comfy UI folder models vae folder next we will download the control net model but this is optional we will not use the control net model in this tutorial but we need this control net model mod to use animate diff in a video toide scenario for which I will make a tutorial next to download the control net model I have put the link in the video description and when you have downloaded it save it in the comfy UI folder models control net folder then what is mandatory here is the animated diff model you can download it on the hugging face website check the link in the video description click download then save in comfy UI folders custom nodes comfy UI animate diff evolved models then if needed you can also download another animate diff model namely temporal diff download and save in the comfy UI animate diff models folder next make sure all the animate diff models have been downloaded and are in the animate diff models folder then we can restart and reopen comfy UI on our PC to make the setting process easier you can download the Json files in the video description which I have arranged to make it easier then drag and drop the Json files into comfy UI like this then a ready to use workflow like this will appear we will use this workflow to generate video animations with animate diff okay let's immediately practice how to make an animated [Music] video in the number of frames we fill in the value according to our preferences the smaller the value value the faster the generation process will be and vice versa here I enter 150 then in weight and height enter the resolution of the video image that we want to generate here I will create a standard size namely 512 to 768 then on the load checkpoint click and select the model we will use also make sure that when loading vae we have selected the vae model here we use Emma pruned vae like this then on the animate diff loader select model name mmor sdor v15 V2 like this and leave the other settings at default now let's get to the prompt in the max frame section we set it to the same as the number of frames that we input at the beginning here I enter 150 then in the prompt section I have provided several prompts in the Google Drive document which you can copy as practice material here the numbers 0 25 50 and 75 indicate the frames and in the marked frame the image will render according to the prompt we entered here in frame zero we will create the character Asuka Langley from Evangelion then at frame 25 we will change it to a cute girl with mechanical arms Cyborg and so on you can change the frame number according to what you want but don't let the number of frames exceed the maximum frames you entered we continue to the pretext section here we enter the prompt media which we usually write at the beginning of the prompt for more details you can see here I entered the prompt best quality Masterpiece and so on then in the negative prompt box you can enter embeddings or prompts that you don't want to appear in the generated image later this is the same as when we use the negative prompt in automatic 1111 next on Cass Samplers here we set how many steps we will use here I set it to 25 next we set the sampler name to DPM SD in the Schuler I select Caris then in the after generate control we set it to randomize next we go to animate diff combine here the frame rate is set between 10 and 16 here I set it to 15 then in the output format we select video webm when everything is ready we press the Q prompt then the process will run the PC I am using has the following specifications on this PC to generate a morphing video with animated if with a number of frames of 150 takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes and when finished we can see the results in the comfy UI output folder like this next we will convert the output video in the form of a web video into MP4 we can convert it online by using the free covert .c website we drag and drop the webm file like this set to MP4 then click convert when finished we can download the results and this is how it turned out because this video is only generated at 15 FPS it still looks like there is shuttering and it is not smooth you can convert it so that the FPS become 60 FPS or more with a program like topaz AI this software has complete featur and is very easy to use unfortunately it's not free we need to purchase a license for $250 but we can still use the trial version it's just that the results will have a watermark like this but don't worry because in the next video I will show you how to convert AI generated videos so they can be better for free for that subscribe to this Channel and turn on the Bell so you can update the latest videos on this channel so that's it for this video I hope it's useful and you like it see you in next video and bye-bye
