Attempted Insurance Fraud / Assaulted by Cop / Dash Cam saves the day!

a man calls the police on me he claims I hit his car he told the police it was a hit-and-run thankfully I had a dash camera this was the intersection where he claimed I hit him you [Music] did you see me hit anyone a few minutes after going through the intersection I noticed a man following me I thought he had road rage and ignored him then I see police lights and get pulled over here's where the story gets interesting I am a private investigator I was following someone so when I was pulled over I wanted to quickly identify myself as a P I figure out why I was being pulled over and resolve it quickly that's how most P is react when they are pulled over while following someone so I exited my van with my PI credentials clearly visible and past experience police immediately de-escalate however that did not happen this time meet sergeant James Harkins the following video is captured with a body worn camera it starts after I am ordered back into my view why I mean I mean I'm doing the moving automobile surveillance you just screwed that up completely yeah you just got to an accident I don't care what I screwed up I did not get into an act honestly I don't give a [ __ ] what surveillance you're doing this is a motor vehicle stuff I don't care if you're in a red light I don't care what you did it doesn't give you the right to do it he's clamming you hit his [ __ ] okay I did not hit well that's not my problem I am the desk in okay that's great there's no jump out of a town when you're on a cast-off this is an easy way to wind up dead buddy think about brilliant push it door wait you just hit me you just hit me you just hit me with this door you're being video and audio recorded he slammed the door on my foot and it really hurt I waited for a few minutes and then he came back did not okay whatever he's claiming that you cut him off causing him to drive into a sign post it has significant damage on his car because you you're an errata cooperate I did not weigh in to work okay but you realize how close you came to a serious incident by just jumping on the account acosta no normal person does that I'm a private investigator I'm on pursuit you're doing I'm doing now you're in a traffic stop from my perspective that guy had serious road rage I did not I did not where did your surveillance initiate it initiated in different town you do realize you have to follow all traffic laws regardless of your friend investigates - I did I followed all traffic laws hey very good good it was my area where this happens the officer what happened I was I'm a private investigator I'm following somebody what happened with the car and everything nothing I just was following all traffic laws and he claimed I was following all traffic laws and then all of a sudden this guy was road-raging on me all right I just we got two conflicting stories so he's saying you cut him off which caused him to swerve when he hit the fence some object but that's between him and whatever he hit I did not see anything like that okay I waited a bit longer and then was sent on my way thanks a lot no problem YouTube Thanks this was clearly attempted insurance fraud on the part of the other driver he previously smashed his car and tried to get my insurance company to pay for it he was not counting on me having a dash camera since this incident I have added a rear-facing dash camera I filed a complaint about getting my foot smashed in the door with Captain Scott Richards captain Richards determined that sergeant Harkins did nothing wrong what do you think about this incident please leave your comments in the comment section below thank you for watching

Man tries to commit insurance fraud. His story changes once he knows about the dash camera. Police slams my foot in door. Dash cam saved me from lengthy litigation and possible criminal charges of reckless driving and whatever else they were planning on making up.
