Asking Millionaires to Paint THEIR Bedroom…

okay guys today we're going to be walking around this neighborhood asking millionaires if I can paint their bedroom my goal is to get three or four people to let me in their house and if they let me in their house I'm going to ask if I can either paint their walls or take an item from their house home paint it and then bring it back to them later oh hey how's it going um I'm doing a YouTube video where I'm walking around asking strangers if I can paint their bedroom uh the walls no this is weird this is like it's weird walking up to strangers houses with a camera in their face walking around the neighborhood asking everybody if I can paint their bedroom um right here did you read that oh no soliciting yes pleas let's do a different video I pretty quickly realized this is going to take a lot longer than I expected a lot of people weren't home or just not answering the door I figured my best shot was going to all the houses with the open garage cuz then I knew people would be home I paint things and I was offering strangers I just don't have oh it's free nothing selling not interested I can paint your car no I'm not interested but I'm sure you'll find somebody no thanks excuse me okay oh hey we're uh going around I was asking people if they want some art I can't hear you can we come over there yeah I can't hear you oh I was kind of going around this the is the door open yeah it's open down there I'll meet you down there all right cool artist come on here boys oh hey how's it going what's your name Marco Gian nice to meet you nice to meet you how's it going this is Amanda what are you guys filming I'm just uh I do YouTube videos where I make art and stuff and paint stuff and I was kind of going around offering people if they want like something painted or some like a wall in their house or a room or you know you let's see look at all the art in here oh cool come on in here hey you have a nice house so figure out there's are everywhere I'm trying to think of where the hell w we don't even have a wall anywhere huh I mean it doesn't have to be a wall it could be like an item you want to give me or something like that you got photos of what you do oh yeah I have Instagram if you let's pull it up I just painted this car and I just made that like it's interesting so I'll tell you something brother um I I love art as you can see yeah you got a I mean we can walk back here this is this is just this you know this is just my office setup here but I mean up I'll walk you up dude uh this is really cool yeah but I mean I got art everywhere bro like everything you know you buy a lot of heart I mean I got a goat sitting in my [ __ ] kitchen you know what I mean he ended up showing me all around his house which was already full of Art and he was weirdly okay with me just painting anything I wanted anything dude and I got a gym in here that we can get crazy on yeah I got a gym in here too we can get [ __ ] wild this oh wow you can do anything you want on this wall man dude I got so much [ __ ] [ __ ] on my mind right now but listen I'm I'm willing to think about it think about it I'll think about it bro have a good one guys text me whatever okay okay I feel like I was uh I don't even know I don't even know what to say that was kind of like perfect but also weird like weirdly perfect I don't know why he was so inviting to us all right well that was good hopefully um tomorrow we can go back there and hopefully they're not naked again just kidding I ended up going home and getting all my art supplies ready and then also planning out the wall so I could come back the next morning and get started you need that garage huh yeah yeah go down there oh just get started yeah bro just be thing yeah [Music] I don't know if you guys saw on my Instagram I did like a wood art piece I think it would look cool if I did the same kind of thing here she would call them and say we're done I honestly didn't really want to paint anything that would take up the whole wall I like the whole point of this video is something quick and on the spot and I still want to get a couple more people for this video so I can't spend too long on each person I pretty much sketched out the shape on the wall that I wanted with light blue and then started filling it all in WoW there you go how's it going good there we go this get started I pumped up how serendipit oh hey you know what by the way I absolutely love this color already just so you know oh really you like blue I you know I happen to like blue and I happen to like the lightness of this particular blue it's a good thing that he like the color but I also chose blue because his whole home gym is kind of all blue theme all the mattes and Equipment were blue so I figured it would look the best he was also wearing a blue shirt yesterday so after I had the shape done I slowly made the blue darker and darker as I got closer to the also when the sun started to go down I packed my bag up went home and then came back the next morning so I could finish the wall and when I got there he somehow convinced me to do a cold plunge with him oh no way yeah I'll let you do that on your own and I kind of wanted to figure out why he was so inviting of a stranger into not only his house but also his daily routine you know why were you so inviting of just a stranger into your house and you know what's your philosophy behind that cuz I wouldn't do that you know what thank you for asking and I and and I was actually thinking about it today as I was showering I was thinking about you no homo I was thinking about it relative to you because you asked a question and and I do have ethos behind it but but as it relates to you brother I can't imagine that you're not getting that same result anywhere you go I know that anywhere that you show up people people resonate with you because they see your heart and your soul that's what I concluded when I tell you you can tell dude just because I was trying to psychoanalyze it today I was like but what is it about the kid and then I was kind of self-reflecting it to myself as well and and the only thing that I came up with people just know dude all I had left to do is tape off each layer of blue and then spray a light fade of black with my airbrush just to kind of give each layer of blue some depth and then once I took off all the tape it was time to show him his new wall hello who is it it's Marco well come in here bro [ __ ] you doing door's open hey I don't know if you're busy I don't know dude I'm not busy man come in here bro I'm work this house kind of matches it I appreciate you it's good to meeting you everything all done I think it looks really good I think it's all done um I just made a new best friend I think I can't really tell honestly we're going to go find another stranger now I'm going to go find another person I want to find the next person to give me something I don't want to paint something in their house I want to switch it up I want them to you know give me like their fridge or a bike anything something from their house to give me that I can work on and then give it back to them oh hello hi how's it going hey probably one of the coolest houses I've ever been in she had so many cool decorations but she also had a bunch of baby stuff and I didn't really want to film it and I feel like she didn't want me to film it either but she did say she had a bunch of stuff outside that she would let me paint this is like a little dungeon I know this is scary um oh this is actually perfect this is great I was thinking about this yesterday and I was actually hoping somebody had a cornhole I'm excited so how long can I like take how long is it timeline we in no rush to play that game do whatever you need to do it I'm excited to see what's going to happen okay cool thank you when she opened the door I said hi I'm a stranger hello hi um oh hi I'm I'm a stranger I was just walking around this is actually perfect I feel like this is the best item I could have gotten she was so nice she was actually really nice yeah I think cuz you were there it helped out like you know she was a girl you're obviously a woman I hope I'm to paint these corn holes I feel like it's a perfect thing I can sand them all down repaint them I asked her what she wanted on them she said she just had a girl so she wants something pink that would be cool whatever you want maybe a little bit of pink since we have a baby girl let's get to painting I'm honestly not sure why there was vinyl that looked like wood on top of the wood I don't really understand but I peeled that off and they honestly looked way better I used my sander and kind of clean these up a bit I also filled up all those little gaps with some PL plastic wood which now that I'm just thinking about this right now while I'm watching this and editing it what the hell is that what is plastic wood which is it I think I want to make the theme of this whole video like the heat map design I did in the first guy's house I'm also going to do shading so it looks like a bunch of different heat maps on here and it looks 3D I'm going to start by painting the whole thing white I painted them all white to try to fill in all the little gaps and make it smooth as possible and then I kind of randomly penciled out some shapes that I wanted to fill in with more heat map design but with these ones I want to focus on making the layer of white look like the top layer and then making all the other colors look like they're below it almost like if you cut out a piece of paper and then set it on top of something else and you can kind of see the shadow under it that's what I wanted these to look [Music] like then I took him to the office so I could turn the heater on and I poured epoxy over everything which honestly I think makes the color look way better like the pink looks more bright and the black looks darker and the white looks whiter I don't know it just looks really good then I waited for those to drrive overnight and it was time to give them back to her today is delivery day we're about to go to her house right now and give her these two things I loaded them up in the car signed them and then I asked her if I could set them up in her backyard and then knock on her door and pretty much tell her when to come outside and see him this one I'm super excited about cuz the other guy he watched me do the whole thing so he saw the the whole process and the whole time but you know this is more of like a big reveal of [Music] surprise are you ready are we going to go see it yeah let's see no peeking I'm really happy with I don't know why I'm shaking I'm just very anxious to see what it looks like take a look look oh my gosh this is amazing you like oh my gosh I love it I love it you did the pinks you did the black and white wow this looks so cool I didn't even notice the bags I just looked straight here this is amazing you killed it it's almost like too nice to use we're just going to keep it out yeah do you ever play this game or not really no we do we do like when it's nice outside we'll play it but um this is amazing this turned out so freaking cool once my second person was all done I ended up going home and working on the sign that I got from the other lady Lacy this is where it got a little weird she ended up texting me and pretty much saying saying sorry for being so standoffish which I don't blame her I've never I don't think I've ever had anyone knock on my door in my life and I never would open the door she also said there was suspicious activity in the neighborhood like earlier with the neighbor so she didn't want to let me in now that I realized I think she was talking about me but apparently her husband and son watched me on the ring footage pretty much asking to come in but then the son was like Hey That's Marco I watch his videos so she told me if they were home they would have been super excited and let me in and pretty much gave me whatever I wanted so I ended up going back to their house hey hey we're back I'm back how's it going good good to see you again same here I'm so sorry about the first timeing no that's totally fine he was watching your videos before you were like 500,000 followers oh really and then instead of the sign I took one of his pair of shoes to customize he gave me these shoes you know I figured you guys like seeing shoe Customs content still he said he's been collecting shoes and he's been wanting me to do these for a long time apparently I'm going to get to work on these now I also asked him what he wanted on the shoes literally instantly was like Sons the Suns do you have any ideas of what you want like oh Phoenix Suns themed like oh look at his room yeah it's all Phoenix to Suns okay I took the shoes back home started working on him and he's 12 years old so I'm going to make these shoes like something I would freak out about when I was 12 years old so I cut out the shapes of tape and then sprayed it light orange and slowly made the orange get darker and darker as I peeled the tape off I also didn't do any shading cuz I wanted to keep the whole shoe Bright Like the Sun I sprayed the Nike Swoosh light orange painted the two back panels with a darker orange to match the look logo and then cut out some stencils of the logo sprayed those with a lighter orange on top of that and I also feel like purple and orange on a shoe would just be the worst looking shoe in the world so I only did a very subtle piece of purple just so you know it's a sun steam shoe I did the back tab and the side rubber piece on the bottom and then I laced those back up so I could give him his shoes check out the shoes I got them all done you know super clean pair of shoes I got like the heat map kind of pattern on the side there Sun's logos you know pink or what the hell it's yellow very clean very wearable pair of shoes I was going to block the kid and keep him but they're not my size which sucks otherwise I totally would have blocked him it's F if I was 12 and like the Suns I'll freak out how's it going good to see you guys again I'm excited I really like these shoes I'm sure we're going to be excited trust me we we're just stoked that you did it it was fun to do actually oh my gosh been so excited is that your car or her car that's mine you have the sun shirt on right now so all right just take it away all yours oh dude these are sick yeah dude these are insane oh my God these are insane thank you that is crazy I never these are so cool yeah of course in the time period you did it too was even more oppressive because you didn't have much time to work with it the whole video do you sleep literally no he doesn't enjoy yeah thank you we we have a gift for you he has a gift really he has a gift oh wow you got a real gift for me and everything yeah just a little something it's actually for you and S wow yeah we're making friends out here I did go back out on the street the next day to find my fourth and final person what what can I do for you uh I can't even see where you are um I don't open the door to strangers luckily enough while I was walking around knocking on more people's doors the guy who I talked to 2 days ago I'm sure I have something he ended up texting me and saying he had an item for me and I can come back whenever I wanted which obviously I was excited about cuz that means I don't have to knock on any more doors hey Marco how you doing how's it going hey good thanks how are you you formerly good yeah right on cool that's Mr wles and that's Daisy Mr wles and Daisy I got a a little fishing Auto of some art myself I'll show you nice piece of pop art here oh wo yeah he does uh he does big murals in Miami what do you uh what do you want me to do yeah well you you're welcome to to I got a drum set upstairs and we guess when I come up take a look oh yeah do you play the drums I do he's a lot of Art in there this is the perfect house this is insane you got so much art stuff this is an artist by name Marco grai bugs Bonnie's girlfriend I guess big boobs is that the drum set you were thinking of that would be the coolest item i' I've gotten really yeah are interested in painting it you have any uh no that sounds really cool yeah it's like I just like pastels you know like like pastel colors lavender this is honestly The Perfect final item for this video that is awesome this is the coolest thing I could have gotten I took him to the warehouse and spent the night cleaning them and then in the morning I sprayed them all white at first I was going to take them apart so I could paint each piece and then put it back together later but then I didn't want to mess with his Tunes or something I don't know I didn't know if it was like a guitar so you tune it and the last thing I wanted was to take it apart and maybe like mess it up or something or break it so I just started by painting the whole thing in one piece and he did say his favorite color was lavender so I'm going to do a purple heat map on this whole thing also I'm kind of surprised everyone was so nice in this video when I was starting this video I kind of thought everyone was going to be meaner because I'm going to nicer houses I just assumed they were going to be like snobby like get out of here but it's actually been the opposite which was interesting but if you guys want to see a part two I feel like it'd be cool if I go to like the trenches asking people in the hood to paint their room I feel like that'd be cool 65,000 likes on the video I will go to Compton and knock on Strangers doors and ask him to paint the room please please don't like the video I don't want to do that [ __ ] I spent the whole day finishing up the heat mat pattern and then as I was working on this I had the idea to make certain pieces white and certain pieces black and that would kind of be impossible without taking the thing apart I sprayed all the screws and bolts and stuff white and then I sprayed all the rims and trims [Music] black now all I have to do is put them all together this should be really satisfying this is probably going to be the best part of the whole video watching it all come together it's all like black and white [Music] trim all right this is the clear coat final clear coat and then uh you know we can take it all this house surprising with them oh I can't wait to put it back together when I put it back together it should look really cool cuz I have a black bars for up here against the white part and then those will stick up should look [Music] cool once I got all the tape off put it all back together it was all done I honestly love the way this looks I feel like I could have done any design with that black and white trim and it would just look so clean the whole thing also looks brand new like it doesn't look like it was used at all now it's time to pack them up go to his house and deliver them perfect timing he what's happening how's it going good all the kids are here too oh cool right on hey how are you so I was thinking maybe you know if you're down I could bring it up there without you seeing it sure set it back up and then have you look come in and look sure yeah whatever you think is that fine yeah that's fine with me however doesn't even look like the the same thing it kind of looks newer what that is so cool we found these at like a thrift store the whole drum set yeah oh really yeah that's so awesome man that's ride
