ARMADILLO OUT NOW In Minecraft 1.21! (new armor and more too)

ah yes Minecraft 1.21 the first suit update hey how you doing besties is me Waddles and welcome to Minecraft preview 1.20 60. 7.0.3 1723 the very final one of the Year all right I'm going to be honest I don't know if it really actually has all those numbers but it definitely has some numbers oh and it also as armadillo I cannot believe it I'm actually in shock and oh this thing is actually here the armadillo has made it into Minecraft before the end of the year Minecraft 1.21 is basically finished Lads this is insane also insanely adorable look at this thing so when we got its initial reveal trailer like months and months ago it was kind of like oh wa the baby llama is Tiny on Minecraft Bedrock what on the Fire Seed one and what feels like it has already been a million years ago Jeb in a moment that I kind of envisioned like this in real life was sailing through the savan slammed into an arillo and it was like sitting there as a block it was like kind of afraid and everything then Jeb was afraid all of a sudden guys I can't believe it I can't believe this is the reality that we're in right now but the armadillo has already made it into Minecraft and I can't stop laughing out of like pure amazement and joy if we move too quick by this thing it blocks up and then sure enough it's kind of like an entity in the world that is like you know an entity in the world I'm sorry I didn't mean to hit it so the armadillo It's a Brand New Minecraft 1.21 mob out of the two that we know about it's the second one I can't believe that we already have it here the mob vot winner 2023 this thing is way more adorable than you could have ever dreamed of in game however at first I kind of loved it but now I can't un see it are the eyes kind of like cursed right there right throwing it back to the concept art I kind of think it's fascinating that the eyes have been shifted from the top of the head over to the side of the head I definitely think they look maybe a little bit better un like the side of the head almost like that new bat just like how it went when it was announced you'll be able to find the arm Millo inside of the Savannah Biome and actually when I sent myself over to the Savannah Biome at first randomly inside of this world I found him right away it seems like they going to be relatively common I also seem to find these two in a group of two which is kind of perfect because spider eye inside of this update spider eye is more useful than ever the armadillo the sweet brand new armadillo spider ey spider eye if you want to breed these things and make baby armadillo I need to see how small it is oh no way no way the mobs just get smaller and smaller and smaller all right so if we want to breed the armadillo it's spider and then same thing if I want to try and like speed the armadillo growth up it's spider eye as well if I use this a fermented spider eye on the armadillo nothing's going to happen they don't care about it spider eye at first I thought that was the weirdest thing in the world until they realiz them I apparently it's on Max here with this one because our millas I guess they eat insects like termites beetles and grubs and stuff they also carry a lot of diseases so I wonder if that'll get at it but I I I think we should roll it back a little bit no Pawn intended at all because was earlier this morning before the preview had even dropped they announced that the armadillo is rolling out and would be coming to this exact preview we're watching a video on together they also mentioned that it will be coming to Java Edition snapshot of this holiday season however a little bit of sad news on that one if you just come with me I will talk about it a little bit later on so they announced that the armadillo is coming to snapshots and some other cool things we got these first initial shots of the armadillo absolutely adorable it's beautiful looking an adventure a little bit of love making a romantic Sunset gaze everything we love to see armadillo armadillo you're wondering about the smalla egg it is like a weird purpley small egg is interesting now the armadillo from time to time doesn't look like one has done it over here so it can't be too often but from time to time the armadillo will walk around and drop a scoop upon learning this information I had to for science only the armadillo has like almost no Health at all look at this thing that's a one hit with the netherite sword this is so sad this is so tragic and you should never do that this is definitely not how you get SC yeah so from time to time allegedly the armadillo will walk around and just kind of shed its scoop drop it on the floor then you can pick it up alternatively there is a brand new use for the brush too so check this out this is amazing as soon as I saw this on the change doog I fell in love even more we take the brush and we literally brush the armadillo it uses up quite a bit of durability as you can see in the brush there but we literally brush the armadillo and a piece of a scoot falls off if I do it immediately after more scoot do it again more scoot there's no cool down at all I wonder if they're going to implement one or something like that it seems like with a single brush you can get up to five scoot then you're going to need to craft another one oh his genius is so cool if it's in Shell mode you can also brush it as well so it like literally doesn't matter if it's like just existing and chilling or if it's startled because maybe you moved around way too close next to it I do kind of think it would be cool to maybe see like we have to hold the brush down and like keep it on the mob for a second maybe something like that instead of just like literally hitting the armadillo and boom it pops out feel like it be got it cool to like Chase the armadillo you know and like brush it for 3 seconds even then you get the scoop sounds we're curious about the sounds listen out of 10 how will give that an adorable an absolutely adorable out of 10 now armadillos they're a timid mob if I walk around near them jump near them they don't really care but as soon as I start sprinting around near them they all get scared and go into this like shell mode after they're in their shell mode they're going to continuously check for anything around them that might scare them if I keep sprinting around them they're going to stay in a shell and they're not going to move however if I stop sprinting and just go back to walking or something after 3 seconds or so they're all going to pop out of the shell mode and go back to living if you were curious in Shell mode Unfortunately they do not have more health or nothing like that they're just like sitting there with their feet sticking up in the air heyo side note this might be kind of gross but that's a big toe and that's a big toe that's all I can see so I me myself the player is terrifying to the Army arillo if I move around around it too quickly however maybe something like a pig it doesn't care about it the pig is fine it can run around it can move around near the armadillo doesn't matter at all instead what is going to matter to this armadillo is going to be Undead mobs we have something like the skeleton horse or a plain old skeleton maybe the husk nearby this thing a baby absolutely terrifying yeah it's like at least decently smart here as we can see doesn't like any Undead mobs at all now non Undead mobs maybe just weird disgusting ones a piglin doesn't care oh maybe I take it back are you dead no pun intended again let's roll that one more time you you don't care about it at all pin brw I think it's cuz maybe I was flying and moving around yeah it doesn't care about it maybe a shulker doesn't care about it at all like you would also probably expect this mob can be put on a lead and if you run around near it with a lead in your hand it's not ever going to go in the Shell mode in fact it's forced out of its hold like shell scaredy hold thing as soon as you put a lead on it it can also go in boats the brush thing the brush thing is so so beautiful so after a little bit of time we'll go ahead and maybe use our brush get another brush and continue getting a ton of scoop after that well it's time for a segue look guy I hate to be that guy I hate to do it to you but if you haven't yet tap that like button and also look at this beautiful amazing thing on the menu this is brand new right here it's a bell icon if I go ahead and tap on that then we have news we have invites I have no friends and then we have Realms right here I have no realm if I went into here I would have you know like Realm stuff going on this would be friend invites other invites like that and then finally news which I really really love right here it's like your inbox right here we got the other beta we got this current beta if I go ahead and tap on that boom it slides over to like you know that popup that pops up for a second I feel like this definitely needs to be worked on it kind of just chops off right there but then over here we got a link if I tap it it's over to the change loog not this thing this is something else so for you and there has already been an update on this apparently all of that stuff on Playstation has been removed from the site again it wasn't there a few days ago than it was and it wasn't this is probably a little leak and upcoming thing that'll come to the game maybe early next year we'll have to wait and see another fascinating thing that has finally made it to the game kind of is the world edits screen if I slide into this thing and they go to settings right here it's ancient maybe I have to go over to the main menu here if I tap on edit right here then I slide into this and it's ancient well that is it's ancient until I tap try new design go ahead and go over to the new design without saving and boom it looks just like the new creative world screen or not really new at this point but yeah this is how it looks if I want to edit my world that I'm inside of right now currently all this is what I'm looking at basically it looks just like that new menu so this is one that I thought was really interesting but with that whole armadillo stuff if I go into experiments instead of it all being an update 1.21 has actually slid into its own toggle right here which means if you want to check out the armadillo inside of your world it's not the 1.21 stuff you actually have to turn this other one on two I sure hope it's not like that on Java for the sake of my hardcore series because uhoh D but next up I feel like we should Safeway back over to the armadillo because there was definitely a little bit more right ah yes right So eventually we're going to collect up a bunch of armadillo scoop that's what it's technically called in game not just plain old scoop yeah if you were curious if I look up scoot in here this item is still just called scoot that definitely should be renamed to Turtle scoot now or something because that's a little weird anyways the day is here I can't believe it I've lived to see the day that fur suits have been fully added to Minecraft inside of the crafting table just like this almost like a like you're drawing a dog inside of the square fur suit has been added to Minecraft let's go ahead and take it so as an item itself this icon is clean looking it looks really really good it looks like a miniature dog or something maybe you could use that in like an like an item frame too as like a finger it looks like it's pointing right like pointing straight off like hey look over there type thing right like inside of the frame it's a clearly a finger pointing over there so that's pretty cool but maybe a little bit more useful for this thing a baby puppy I don't think you will work this dog armor it'll be able to go on fully grown grown-up adult puppies so here I have my dear friend ran to Bone so made it all the way over to this world with this dog armor right here I can go ahead and walk up to it and use it and then just like that the armor goes on the dog it is kind of beautiful looking follow me buddy follow me right over this way let's show it off come on come on don't be so shy yay yeah look at that thing wow so now next up it's time to diee if I use dye on this thing it's unfortunately only going to really dye the color there is no way to color the dog armor which is such a huge sad let down I hope maybe like later in the future it kind of almost looks like leather like maybe they let you recolor it or something somehow I find that a dog with a collar that is dyed white kind of makes the collar invisible so it looks pretty cool with the armor now when it comes to this armor oh boy this is good armor the tail is the health indicator only for science remember mhm mhm yeah the tail is like not really even moving a health is like nice and healthy and strong the dog armor is going to be just as good as Diamond horse armor it's good you know me the perfect example of ethics and morals uh this is is only for science but with a dog with full health like R was doing really good and I accidentally went ahead and lit off some explosives next to it oh very tragic well don't oh okay never mind oh gosh I didn't think that would happen well if the dog blows up somehow in a strange mishap unfortunately you will get the dog armor fortunately you get it back so no big deal all righty so what I meant to show you here is that when this mob blows up next to a dog it could actually withstand quite a few explosions it's pretty great now let's say I wanted to get this dog armored bag like after it's on the dog if I interact with it it still stands and sits everything like that instead I'm going to need a pair of shears I go ahead and Shear the dog I kind of like shave it and then I get the armor back and check this out the armor is never going to take any durability damage at all which means you make it once and it's going to be on that dog forever for its whole life of course unless you take it off the armor situation thing is really really good here like that amount of protection that it's going to give it it's going to make it like decently useful in a lot of different combat situations I mean it still seems to I kind of take quite a bit of damage so maybe something else needs to happen here but I mean it's nice I can't complain all in all the new scoot the dog armor everything like that I would say it's a quite beautiful addition of Minecraft what do you think about it should it be different should it be exactly how it is call it down below and let's move on we got a brand new command slash HUD if I type slash HUD in then I got to put a Target in then I have to pick something hide or reset we're going to go ahead and hide something after that I need to pick one of the things with this new HUD command you can hide any of these different things that have to do with like your main screen popup everything like that let's say I wanted to go ahead and hide I don't know like health I don't want to see the health anymore I go ahead and run that make sure I'm in survival which I am and look at that sure enough I can't see any of the the health but also I guess I can't see anything else as well so maybe the command's a little broken I guess I don't know after that I can go ahead and run reset and boom magically it's all back if you're looking to check out this brand new Command right here then you're going to have to actually enable upcoming Creator Fe features toggle this is probably going to be good for like map makers and Vib Setters curators you know everything like that locate to structure trial Chambers I haven't seen it in this world this is new oh no no not still no the trial chamber seems to be so strangely like located on Minecraft Bedrock this is a brand new world full preview full everything like that and I literally just cannot find it from a different spot we'll go ahead and try it again and yeah yikes it seems like generation is still completely different oh no anyways like a million blocks away and finally I've done it somewhere underneath the ground over here nearby there should be a trial chamber structure inside of this week's preview we still had the missing poison skeleton and we also seem to have every single light thing being fully oxidized well correction I guess I should say like almost all of the light things being really oxidized not necessarily every single one of them but most of them it's really weird for the rest of this preview aside from some small bug fixes and other minor adjust adjustments that's going to be just about it other than all the technical stuff Minecraft snapshot this with heavy sad sorrowful heart that I've revealed that there is no snapshot today however with bright heart very very happiness I I guess there's going to be at least one more snapshot before the end of the year we let it back to the very beginning of this video when we took a look at the big armadillo reveal they did say that it's coming at Java snapshot this holiday season so I assume probably like either later this week or sometime next week we're going to get a snapshot maybe next Wednesday with the Armadillo in the game before the end of the year and I cannot wait I need it on Minecraft ja Java this is beautiful very interestingly I've been watching the bug tracker and it looks like a total of about 52 bugs have currently been fixed for this next Minecraft version a lot of them have to do with like things maybe not showing up right or tags or something like that but still 52 bugs is 52 bugs the devs are definitely busy I guess snapshot season is still here I'm going know are your
