hit the subscribe button i hope you enjoyed this video i'm filming a flat tour for you today or an apartment tour my last video was my flat transformation where i basically just made a few changes to the decor put some cool prints up and i got my new coffee table and i promised you a full apartment tour so that's what i'm going to film for you today i'm going to show you my whole flat not that it's very big so this video probably won't be that long i'm really hot today it's november but i'm actually quite hot i feel like i need to take this jumper off i hope you enjoyed this video i'm going to take you literally from start to finish from the front door and show you everything oh my hair i hope you enjoy i hope you like my outfit of the day i've got this wonderful primark jumper on it's so soft but not gonna lie i am burning up right now and then i've got my trusty primark pajamas on these are literally like five years old so they probably don't do them anymore but they always do similar ones and my primark slippers if you haven't watched my primark haul already i actually filmed two videos i filmed a primark come shop with me and a haul so if you haven't seen those already they're on my channel although none of us are going to primark anytime soon but hopefully it makes you excited for when we can go what i might do actually is take you out into the hallway so we can start from like the actual front door but i'm not going to speak out there because i don't want my neighbors to hear me okay so we're inside as soon as you come in you're greeted by this lovely washing basket i'm joking i know it's not lovely but we've got nowhere else to put it also in this video i'm going to show you some space saving tips because our flat isn't the biggest flat in the world we've literally got like one air uncovered so we had to declutter a huge amount of stuff when we left my mom's house and yeah we've literally got like one heiring cupboard so we're quite minimal people anyway um but obviously there was a few space saving tips that i picked up when we moved in like from youtube and there's like different products and stuff to help with storage that i'm going to show you as well in this video so if you have a small apartment and you don't know what to do or you're just curious then keep watching so anyway right we come through the front door and we've got our telecom entry system up here and then we've got the light for the hallway and then we've got this errand cupboard so this is our main errand cupboard basically in here we've got all the practical things so we've got our washing machine which i actually need to open because i just put it on a 90 degree wash with some flora to clean it and um yeah i just need to air it out we've got our water tank in here as well so these basically anything i mentioned i'm going to tag in the description box down below but if there's anything that i've missed out feel free to ask me in the comments so we've got this three tiered storage unit and basically we've just got all our random bits and bobs so we've got our bedding at the top here and a spare bath mat and then we've got like batteries tablets um just random stuff like candles screws blasters basically just random stuff a couple of chargers in here and then the bottom one is for carrier bags and we've also got all our important paperwork in there like passports and stuff so that's a really useful storage unit it was really really cheap i think it was something silly like 20 pounds but i will link it down below i can't remember exactly where it's from right now but it's actually a kids storage like a kids toy storage thing and it's actually quite thin like this way but it's deep so you can fit a lot in there these drawers are really useful and it just makes everything seem hidden away so that is definitely something that i would recommend if you've got a small apartment they've got some random things up there and then our washing powder and bits and then we've got a really useful space next to our washing machine here where george just keeps his motorbike boxes at the back there we've got our fan that obviously we're not using anytime soon um georgia skateboards some washing down here hoover mop this spray mop is literally the best thing ever it's the vileda or mum and i always argue i call it a valada mop and she calls it via leader she's probably right because mums always are but i just call it a valada um and then this i absolutely love this so they do this in ikea i think i bought mine off ebay or amazon so when we first moved here i was like where the hell are we gonna put our shoes obviously we've got this space in here but we didn't want to just have shoes like everywhere on the floor so i was thinking where can we have them so that they're not on the floor they're like up somewhere because it's kind of like there's only so much floor space that you have so i find that if you've got a small place then try and find storage solutions elsewhere so like up on the walls like i don't know near the ceiling like above here i've stored bits and pieces up there above the water tank so it's just about thinking outside the box and you basically just hook it on to your door one thing that i would definitely recommend is to measure the width of your door frame because i had something else hung up here and it didn't fully like reach the end of the door frame so it just kept falling off i can't remember what it was it wasn't a shoe storage it was something else i can't remember though so yes we just store all our shoes in here and it fits one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve pairs of shoes but then obviously like flip-flops and stuff i just double up so you can probably fit a few more pairs actually and then we hang some of our jackets and coats up here it's got like little hooks so multi-use so that's our utility cupboard and then we just popped this battery light on the wall as well but normally the lights from the hallway are enough to light this up don't really have anywhere else to put our washing basket so it's just chilling there for now but normally our bedroom doors open so you can't really see it when you walk through the door and then we've got our dressing gowns on our bedroom door i do think that looks a bit messy so i'm thinking maybe to put some hooks on the inside of the bathroom door and store them there perhaps but they're chilling there for now and then we come through from the hallway straight into the bedroom our bedroom is compact but i absolutely love what we've done to it so if you saw my apartment transformation you would have seen us putting up these prints i absolutely love them our light fittings are from ebay i believe they were so cheap i feel like these light fittings are really in at the moment and i was struggling to find some cheap ones but these are really reasonable so again i'll link them down below our bed is from amazon if i can find it i'll link it and then we've got our dusk cushions okay so i'm going to go around and tell you kind of bit by bit so basically you come in i wasn't sure about this carpet when we first came because i thought it's not really gonna go with anything but to be honest i really love it it is like a brownie gray color but it's not even that bad like yeah and it saved us put a new carpet down we're renting anyway so i don't even know if that would have been possible but it's fine i like it so we've got our wardrobe here this is the i think it's called brimney's wardrobe from ikea again this was such a tiny tiny space so we had to find a small wardrobe to fit but you can actually fit like quite a lot in there because you've got the hanging rail up there and then down here you've got a couple of shelves and then on the top of our wardrobe because we've got really nice high ceilings i've got two storage boxes from ikea and then just decorated it with georgia's camera chanel shopping bag and this light that my mum got me i'm really sorry i have no idea where that's from but it's really cute it lights up it's just battery operated so yeah i've got a little setup on the top of the wardrobe there again if you've got space in between your wardrobe and your ceilings i would definitely recommend to get some storage boxes just to hide things away even if you put like your shoes up there or something in the boxes it just makes it look a lot neater also another thing that i discovered when i moved out is vacuum packing i had never done it before until we moved in it's just really helped to save space like i put some coats in there when it was the summer time things i just didn't have space on my hanging rail in the wardrobe to hang up so i just vacuum packed it popped it at the bottom of the wardrobe and then now it's the winter time i'm bringing them out and i'll probably vacuum pack some summer clothes to put in the bottom of the wardrobe just to swap it around because i wish i was molly mae or ellie darby and had a walk-in wardrobe but i'm not there yet one day i will be we've just gotta make do with the space we've got girls don't we vacuum packing is an essential storage tip these prints and frames are from descenio we've got these beautiful cushions and cushion covers from dusk our pillows are from i can't remember amazon or ebay is a bit of a mixture i probably won't link those to be honest bedding is from primark this throw i can't remember where it's from it's just a really cute like brushed pinky beigey color really soft and then these trusty ikea drawers again you've probably seen them in basically every youtuber and influencers house you can get this size but you also can get a really tall one and it's crazy how much you can fit in here so i've just got like hair dryer things like that in there and then i've got some stationery and books and then some random bits like sunglasses lip roller hand cream just random bedside table stuff and using a bedside table for storage is such a good idea you can so easily get like a pretty bedside table with just legs and a top or just one drawer but i find that this is really nice it's the perfect height to be next to my bed and you can fit so much stuff in there so it is multifunctional like it looks pretty it's white it's plain it's really cheap and yeah you can store things in it it's really useful so i'll link that down below and at ikea you can get taller ones as well i love this live i don't know where it's from i'm really sorry and then my body shop french lavender pillow mist which is literally an essential for me right now i sleep so much better when i've sprayed that on my bedding and then we've got some ugly af scaffolding outside but there you go these white wooden blinds were already here when we moved in i've got some reed diffusers here this one is a gorgeous vanilla one from b m absolutely love it i can't remember where this is from i think this is tesco's actually it's like a fresh linen or it might be the vanilla one but any old reed diffuser i like just something to make the room smell nice i've got some hair products here in a basket just random stuff hair curlers hair bubbles combs actually that's a lie my hair balls aren't in there my hair bubbles are down here and then some more hair care bits down there this desk oh my god i absolutely love it so when we moved here i had the really long thin glass top desk the mom one from ikea and it was just too big and i didn't need all the space so my cousin had this one and i was like i love that so i bought it from ikea and it's really cool because you've got this storage here so this top lifts up and you've got mirror and then some storage bits in there you've got a drawer here as well so again it's multifunctional and then i've got this mirror here this is from wilkinson's it's actually not very good it doesn't really light up that much makeup brush holder this is from primark so obviously can't link that but yeah i do really like it you can fit a lot of makeup brushes in there and then we have this little plastic trolley from ikea again this is such a random little space it's quite dusty as well so excuse that but this is a really random little space i was like i don't know what to put there but it'll be useful if i could fit something in there to store some more makeup products because i don't like it when they're all like completely on show i wouldn't want to have everything up on my chest of drawers here or up on my desk i like things when they're low down or just put away so i got this trolley but it's not on wheels and i just store my other skincare bits that i haven't already gotten here i've already got some moisturizers and stuff in there but yeah i just store the rest of my skincare bits my body moisturizers and then down here i've got some other bits i've got my hair bubbles actually i can probably put that in there and then my japanese camellia cream from the body shop and then i've got the beautiful and ever popular white mom drawers from ikea we actually use these as well so they're like these like draw separators they're from ikea and i started doing the marie kondo folding method and it kind of started well like it's all really nice and neat in there but i didn't have enough room for everything so i've had to pop things on top and kind of ruin the vibe and i feel it makes everything look neater i used to have all my bras and knickers and socks all in one drawer like all kind of scrambled together and this makes everything easier to find and on top we have got this really lovely jewelry box from primark i don't know where that's from i'm really sorry this trinket tray my lovely friend laura got for me it's in a really lovely cat shape not sure where that's from um sorry about that but i'm sure you can find a similar one i love trinket trays as you can probably tell and then we've got perfumes aftershaves deodorants here and then we've got this space here which we just put like random bits into like my handbags there sometimes we have like the washing basket there this is the bedroom i love how plain it is i do eventually want to get a round mirror but either above our chest of drawers or above our dressing table and then some sheer long draped curtains in white in front of the window but for now i'm really happy with how we've made it our own it's lovely and neutral on to the bathroom which is in here now when we were looking for a place the bathroom and the kitchen were just essentials i feel like a bedroom not essentials to have but like a nice bathroom and kitchen were essential to have i feel like a bedroom you can make your own as long as it's kind of plain you can just do it up with your own furniture but nice decor in the bathroom and the kitchen were really essential for us and we just love this flat and i just know that i manifested it i had it in my head what i wanted i knew i wanted to live in this building i would drive past it multiple times a day on my way into and home from work and i just knew that i wanted to live here so yeah i truly feel like i manifested living in this flat and the perfect one came up at the right time and i just love it so i love our bathroom we've got a heated towel rail here so we do put towels on there to dry but when they're all clean and dry we roll them up and put them in this basket rather than having to use space in the air and cupboard before we moved in i was looking up like a decor inspo as you do on pinterest and i saw a basket like this and we went to ikea and i was like george look out for a basket that looks like this and i showed him a picture and we found the exact one oh i don't know it's just weird i get pleasure out of a toilet roll holder it is actually like a paper bin yeah we're using it as a toilet roll holder so i love the black it's kind of matte black which i absolutely love this bin is from ikea actually is it yeah i think it's from ikea toilet roll holder and toilet brush already here but they're just like plain metal this mat which i am obsessed with i absolutely love it is from urban outfitters but i fully feel like i got ripped off because it was really expensive and i found cheaper ones since but this is the pink and white one and they also have like a cream and black one which is lovely as well shower gel etc holder is from ikea it just hooks on the top of the shower screen there and you can get other ones as well that hook to the actual like shower head holder up there so that's really useful and then we've just got other bits around the bar because obviously not everything fits up there and then we've got our mirror which was already here we've got a really deep storage drawer underneath our sinks we've just got bits and pieces in there and it's really nice to just have it out of the way rather than everything looking cluttered like multi-colored goodbye bathroom so that's the bathroom so then we come through through the hallway we've got a little plug in here which makes the whole flat smell amazing we only need this one plug-in and it's literally set on low and it makes the whole flat smell insane so i'm really sad because if you saw my flat transformation video you'll see i put a print up here but it's falling down for the second time i give up i need to find a lighter frame because that one's just not gonna hang up so we've got our fridge freezer in here i absolutely love this because it's like built in so fridge freezer is in there and it's really sleek whenever people come here they're like where's your fridge freezer because you just can't see it it's really hidden away and then we've got this space up here where we just keep our dustpan and brush but i think eventually we'll get some boxes for up there again just for some storage i feel like in smaller apartments you need to make the use of every tiny little nook and cranny see i think eventually we'll get some boxes for up there i just realized i was always thinking if we get a christmas tree like where are we going to put the decorations in like january ready for next year but we can put them up there that'll be such a handy space to put them we just put them in boxes as long as it's not too big which we can't fit a massive tree in here anyway so it should be fine we come through now to the kitchen dining area so we have our bin here of course your bin needs to be in keeping with the rest of the decor so it's gray and black and then we've got our kitchen here which isn't the biggest kitchen in the world but it's just perfect for us i absolutely love the high gloss white cupboards and the like glittery surfaces we've got all our knives here some wine our chopping board toaster microwave kettle the kettle and toaster actually in like a set so that they look neat and similar to each other and then we've got a black what do you call this like tray basket for the top of the drainer these two i think were from dunnell and then i can't remember where that is from maybe done elm as well or like b m or something but you'll be able to find them literally anywhere like the range or any of those places and then we've got our sink and these tea sugar and coffee pots are from dunelm as well and i love them so much because they're gray so they go really well with the rest of the kitchen decor and then they've just got the wooden tops we've got all our cleaning products down there i say our cleaning products my cleaning products and then something which is really cool that i didn't realize we had until we had literally been in here for like three months is this extra drawer under here so we just keep like kitchen roll bin bags random bits in there this is like a little spice drawer which i absolutely love we don't actually keep our spices in here we keep them up here we keep our squash and other non-refrigerated drinks and also clean tea towels in there and then we've got glasses and plates and bits up here and then here we have this beautiful mirror that i'm still unsure as to whether we should hang it up higher or keep it here because at the moment it is quite low yeah i'm not 100 sure what i want to do about mirror yet but i love it because it's white and pretty and clean and neat and then this rug which you've probably seen everywhere is a faux sheepskin rug it's really soft although quite hard to keep clean you literally have to hoover it like every other day it's really annoying that is from ikea and that was so cheap it's literally like 8 or 12 pounds or something ridiculous and then our beautiful lounge which i love so so much we've got this little space here where our era is just folded up actually folds up quite small so it fits in small places which is great our tv unit is from ikea we've got this little set up here so we've got a traveling book this cactus is from urban outfitters and i love it because the plant pot is kind of matte marble and then we've got a primark rage diffuser and this candle i'm sorry you can't buy it anywhere because my auntie made it for me we have a primark candle this side of the tv it's a vanilla one this beautiful marble effect coaster with gold edging is from sheen if you've watched my sheen haul i talked about it there what else do we have so we've got an oil burner just here a succulent plant here that i bought a really long time ago i think mum might have bought it for me actually and then this really soft long rug is from dunnell they had a smaller one as well and i think they had different colors and we just loved it because it's really soft we wanted a long one for the lounge and we love this one as well so we thought a short one and a long one will go really nicely and again if you saw my apartment transformation you would have seen me create this little setup but if you haven't seen that video the coffee table is from brand alley these two trays came in a set for 10 pounds from primark this reed diffuser is from primark it's the madagascar vanilla reed diffuser and i've also got a madagascan vanilla candle i love these so much because primark have recently changed their branding for the madagascar vanilla range and i feel like they've seriously upped their game like how sophisticated does that look i feel like they look so good and then we've got the winter spice candle also from primark this bars is from home sense lovely big oversized bars and then we've got dried pampas grass which is from etsy and the company is called the pampas collective our sofa is from facebook i don't know where it's from but i don't love it i really want a cream or a gray sofa i've got my eye on one i just can't decide which color i want to get and i'm not ready to invest in it yet it's not too expensive but i feel like what's the point in buying it this sofa is like fine at the moment anyway we've got this throw here i think it's probably from primark because we always buy our throws from primark but i'll have a look at the label and if it's from anywhere else i'll try and link it these pink and green cushion covers are from sheen and these cushion covers i can't tell you where these are from i literally bought them so long ago there's so many things that we bought here to our flat that we already had in our bedroom at my mum's house and we've had for like the longest time so i'm really sorry but some of the things i just can't remember where they're from and the actual cushions inside the pink and green cushion covers i think they're from amazon or ebay but i'll tag them and then these gorgeous prints are from desenio the frames are from desenio as well and i just love how tall our ceilings are in here this is actually a converted office block so i always think like oh did this used to be like someone's own office or was it like a little call center perhaps like i never know i always think like what was someone doing in this exact room like 10 years ago um but yeah i love how tall the ceilings are and like these beams here they obviously have a purpose like they're obviously hiding something up there or it's some sort of structural requirement but i just feel like they add some character to our lounge we've got one in the bedroom as well i think this is south here and this is west so we've got south west facing windows which let me tell you in the summertime it was not fun it was so hot in here in lockdown in like may i was sweltering there was points where i was literally laying on my sofa with no clothes on where i was so hot because the sun just basically it rises over there and then it so it's over there the whole day and then it sets over there so we do get really beautiful sunsets but it's just so hot it's really nice in the winter time because when it's cold outside if we keep our blinds open the sun is obviously still there so the sun's light and warmth beams through and it does warm the flap which is good we've got these led lights which are under our windowsill and then they light up so although i haven't really found a neat way to have them up they're literally just sellotaped because otherwise if you take the sellotape off because this is really heavy it pulls on the lights and they come all on stuck um see i've just got a cello taped up on the wall but it doesn't look awful you can change the color i think that is pretty much everything really give you one last voice around i'm wearing my slippers i love the fact that when i make videos i don't have to always put like a real trousers on i can just dress up my top half and then put some like trackies or pajamas or something on on the bottom half so guys that is everything in our humble abode i really hope you enjoyed this flat tour as i said there's still bits and pieces that we want to do to the flat but i love it so much i feel like these three prints and the bedroom prints and this whole coffee table set up has just made such a huge difference i'm just really happy with how everything is looking so far obviously we're renting so there's only so much we can do we can't go as far as like knocking blooming walls down and changing the bathroom not that we'd want to do that anyway because it's really nice yeah there's obviously a limit because we're renting i love watching flat tours i'm so nosy like ellie darby's house tours i just like looking inside people's houses and just picking up little tips i hope the space saving
