in this video i will show how to install tomcat 10 in windows 10 machine so let's start by browsing this url and then you have to download tomcat 10 from here scroll down and download and go to download folder copy this zip file okay now unzip this zip file okay now you can delete this file and you can rename it okay okay now set java home so edit system environment variables from control panel now go to system variable section and click on new and then here type java home and variable value will be your java jdk path copy this and paste here and then click on ok like this okay and now click on path and then click on edit and do like this java home slash bin okay now click on ok and again click on environment variable and then click on new and type catalina home and go to c drive navigate to apache tomcat 10 and copy this path and paste here then click on ok now add the catalina home variable to path so edit path and click on new and type catalina home slash min click on ok ok ok and now open a new command prompt now navigate to tomcat 10 root directory with cd command and navigate to bin okay now you can start tomcat server with this command startup and hit enter okay open the web browser and browse this url localhost clone 8080 port and this is in the default folder for tomcat web server okay if you are seeing this you have successfully installed tomcat now click on server status okay now copy this and go to apache tomcat root directory then click on config and open tomcat users dot xml with any text editor okay scroll down and face here and username password okay now to access admin funnel admin graphical user interface and password okay admin gui and save this file and restart tomcat server so shut down and now you start off now you will be able to access manager and admin graphical user interface now click on manager app okay now enter username tomcat m for manager and password click on sign in okay you can access host manager enter username tomcat admin and password if you like this video give a like for this video and share your feelings by comments thank you so much for watching this video
