twitch as well some in hindsight I'm happy that I got that experience that it forced me into improving myself right if that makes sense it forced me into including of course I had to cut expenses in terms of how to invest into spin one more better equipment and such but it also forced me into better habits and I think that's something I'm happy about their bore up at their knees the energy
