hello guys we're gonna start putting a 7010 shift valve housing back together we got a new housing we got new leaf springs we didn't get new rollers on it got all-new Springs we got a new ford neutral reverse shift spool and we got a new cooling valve anyway it's been quite an eventful past couple days here had a bad ECM on a ISL Cummins 310 and a hey squeeze that lost the injector driver chip four injectors four five and six and had an intermittent if misfire and then I had a mole 2016 Peterbilt with an is X Cummins in it that they called me and they said that the oh what'd he say there was multiple codes on his display there about the DES system and he didn't really understand what was going on and anyways went up there and plug this text a laptop into it and texted diagnostic systems in there and it had so many heater codes and stuff you know in complete circuit code or open circuit codes for the heater for the the EF pipe supply line and there were so many codes that you just knew there there's no way that that many things can happen at one time unless something got ripped out of it so first thing I did after I've just seen the code that just jumped underneath the truck and and saw that the the line coming from the DPF or the d EF module going across the underneath the cab over the you know across the truck there to the other side of the frame rail was ripped into and what happened is a the tie downs or whatever they had holding it up the ice and the snow got to hanging on it and ripped and ripped it down then it got in a drive line and the drive line ripped it in two so I pulled it out of there and I it was a well I'm not sure it was a one of those new repeater bullets with the fairings all down the side and everything you know and low-slung it was really hard getting underneath it and laying in the water to work on it and anyway I took the parson threw him out there on the ground there and told him what was wrong with it and of course it's a 2016 Peterbilt and had a pack heart tag on it but couldn't read the number and called around you know I called down a Peterbilt dealer in Redding California and that closest one they could find was in Las Vegas and it was three days out and I actually called the Pat Bay Kenworth up in Klamath Falls and I got the the Peterbilt the pack our part number from Peterbilt down in Redding and sure as hell the guy in the Klamath found that Pat bacon worth in Medford their sister store had one in Medford so I was this absolutely astounded and I said but you know what though that little plastic line was about probably three foot long I had two quick connect ends on it and they had a two wires coiled around it for the heater that that little plastic line retailed list price was four hundred and some odd dollars I got it for 255 but I drove all the way over there that and I got home at seven o'clock that night and talked the guy you know I told him I said I come back out here to do it tonight when I get back from Medford from getting your part it's it's gonna be time and a half and so he decided to wait till the next morning to get the line in it anyways I went out the next morning and they installed the line for him and I just wanted to do it I like to do a fourth region if even if I don't absolutely if the obstruction and the filter degree is normal I'll start one you know and then I'll I just want to I like to do those regions and it's a good way to check everything to make sure everything's functioning with the after treatment system and so anyway I had a couple codes in there that was not really wanting to go away one of them was like an inducement code for the BEF system and the other one was the dreg code wasn't wanting to go away and I did the fourth region and I went back in to those codes after about 20 minutes around the 4th region and the codes on the texting unit though the amber the triangles over by where the codes are in the fault codes when they're logged in there they'll go from there Green is cleared yellows and the memory and red is active well when I first started they were red and when I went back to them after the region they were yellow that means I can clear them so I cleared him and we let it run for a while longer on the region and they never came back so anyways just a little breakdown of just a couple of things I got going on I'm gonna make a video as well on a I got an M XM 175 case international tractor that the I thought I was gonna be splitting that tractor into that were not we're gonna be pulling the front end out from under that thing is kind of crazy how it's all set up I haven't really been into too many of those MXM 175 major problems like that haven't really even split one to be honest with you they really there's not very many round here and the guy that does have him around here he doesn't really do that hard of a work or something like that would happen or it would need to be split really all you do is pull a plastic baler with it anyway also you that video and got a get a John Deere 750 be in there as well I've done under 750 B had the operator told is that the hydrostatic system something was wrong with it and basically long story short I could we lo Boyd it to the shop there we unloaded it and I got it in the built in once everything and the oil warmed up everything was fine what was going on was it was really cold out you know we were getting well really cold for here we were getting you know 5 degrees 10 degree days and he was out there in the mornings and 500 thing I'm just trying to go full-bore with it until the oil got warmed up those Hydra stats those closed-loop systems what happens is the church pumps if if if he puts too much demand or too much you know throttle and tries to move too quick with it the oil so cold that it's too thick that the church pumps can't move the oil fast enough to keep up with the demand of the main pumps so then the pumps will cavity and you'll get low pressure and which will make the warning lights come on once the oil thinned out warmed up it was fine after that and I knew that when I got in the shop there no ill warmed up in all the warning lights and the pressures came back to normal it was just fine so anyways there's some pretty good leaks back there we're going to be fixing on that dozer and I wanted to just video going back in there and I kind of wanted to explain some of that hydro set stuff to for some of those guys that would like to know that sort of information okay so what to take okay there's the springs one of them I should see that is one continuous long spring hopefully that one's in this I am seeing it there it is I think that's it yeah it's a little bit shorter or today I'd have to look at the porch diagram see what actually what is the part number on that that's a that's our 299 to 63 the only thing I see that's remotely close to what I'm into the parts diagram yeah they've changed that spring they've changed that spring to this number it's a little bit different it's got larger diameter of wire in it and it's a little shorter and the other one was so I'm glad I looked at that they changed it the axle parts books got a better display out of the valves then then the dam service manual does it really does the picture is way better I might just use it yeah way better so I actually stick that rot inside of there oh never in quite all the way I don't looks good and I saw these used Springs over here so we don't get them all mixed up what the hell we're doing here and I'm probably gonna run out or emboss or arrange to put all of all these plugs I need another kit guess I'll have to call Albert until i'ma get me another kit set aside one of these leaks I'll have to come back and change it yeah I'm only gonna have one more this size it's all I got it is what it is be honest with you half the time I don't change them anyway [Music] up here on the top okay pull the clip out they just come up here I one of them Kubota 135s they got down there just this morning I guess a little roll pin and no you know the roll pin holds the front driveline together guess the roll pin broke on there's another thing I think the chicken [ __ ] deal on them Kabuto guess the Kubota guys that's a safety thing so something else doesn't break I said no a little bitty spring in here okay a little goody there which would be this one I believe right here that are in there can be something like this kid maybe huh yeah you work just fine is your malfunction here buddy damn tie it on there wasn't rolling over now and then just so he doesn't decide to go to China there goes tight sure I didn't do something right there somebody to excuse me what a no-good bastard I am I in Chains all them over rings that son of a [ __ ] is gonna film both a transmission up yeah change out one Oh ring Oh all these changed over quit recording because I got a feeling by the time I changed over you had a room on that card and be able to record actually operating the tractor by now you would think that people will trust me when I say I fix something I Drive it around and I fix it but I have to show it because all the haters out there in it I don't know what it is they don't believe you're what the hell the deal is [Music] Tainan that's always tight that one's got an o-ring in the end of it we definitely need to see if we can find one to fit that and change that end plugs no big deal I can just change it on the tractor if it leaks with one internally we we got to find something for that one I didn't see that in the first thing when I was ordering part so I should have one somewhere yeah I do I don't know if you can see anything there in a row okay labor to bolts with copper washers in one I got my forward neutral reverse lever in Reverse and the other one and forth so they're both straight now so that's gonna go right there to the envision I see how what those stools probably thinking like that okay okay I'm gonna have to sit up here do something a little different I see [ __ ] I'm sure about this valve please doesn't seem right to me good luck there's a dowel missing on this thing all right destroy it well guys that are all back together except for the front drive line I just had my head up my butt they called me yesterday yesterday to to pick it up but things out so chaotic with that truck on the highway breaking down I forgot all about it went to put it in out here's this [ __ ] I didn't pick it up since Peters and she moves good thing huh have you gifted there Hale for speeds are working go park it back in the hole barn is spittin snow again [ __ ] on the reverse you're a good old tractors you know what hey it's a drive on we're tomorrow come back out here I got to go back out and put that ECM and that Roadrunner hey squeeze within is l3 ten in it I've picked it up in Medford I got something going on with the full drive at at any hell are man there's a cap off this video let's just go down the escalator real quick ba make sure I got in the weeks after driving it looks good it looks good looks good looks good okay all right that's ruled it isn't mud hole getting out of here this pressure wash my truck I'll have to do it again come on all over on down truck I got new cuss boy look out buddy they're gonna give her hell partner I got the diff lock in we're gonna give her hell so damn muddy don't even go down hill okay
