Pretty excited about this one. Didn't listen to it yet but do they talk about peptides and/or nootropics?
Great choice! This guy has a really informative/educational Instagram account. Bite size mini lectures on very cool Neuro/Brain stuff!
I could listen to this guy talk for hours, hell I have. He explains this stuff so eloquently, such a wealth of knowledge, what a great guest. Lex does a great job of leading these conversations with such minimal input, this is quickly becoming most listened podcast as of late.
Andrew had a really interesting podcast with Rich Roll a few months back that I really enjoyed. I cant wait to listen to this one and see the difference between the two.
I loved the JRE one
Beautiful, a topic I desperately need to dig into. Can't wait to listen.
The comments and Lex's introduction mention that he has gotten a lot of criticism for one particular thing he said in this episode. In neither place is it mentioned what exactly it was that he said.
What did he say that so infuriated some?
The paper he mentioned about the Animal experiment observing the lines going up and in random directions blew my mind
I am 28 hr day person too. Slow to get started and sweet spot hits when I should go to sleep. Those hours are too productive to give up.
