Almost dying in the massive Vault - Noita+ [Part 3]

wand whatever it's fine hollow knight path of pain is a basket full of acid it can be challenging yes but it's fun i enjoyed it a lot because it it makes you get into the zone and it's like a big speed run type of thing fact i never did speedrun that i was going to now i would have to practice it again but it would just be like a personal personal achievement type of thing i don't think anyone cares about path of pain speed runs hey stop that it's mine it's mine and those are good stats it's a shuffle but whatever it can shuffle all at once now this thing's not even gonna shoot uh we have favorite things to do in any game is explore i never did take that sip i will and so exploring this game again for the first time it's so cool because i have you know the regular map completely memorized obviously except for the nightmare map and i guess new game plus there's still a lot of things to explore in that but it's all good more hydration i have to take a quick bathroom break as soon as we get out of here yeah all right good we finally made our way back out and there's a gigantic wand that looks cool always cast poison trail how nice i don't know maybe wait anything else on there we don't need anything else for now i what i need is teleport that would be great and faster movement would be incredible have you ever tried modding noita knowing that you used to mod doom a lot no i don't know how to program see modding doom was different i made custom maps for doom so i was a mapper and i you know using the tools the modding tools in doom was different like there was very minimal programming that i did uh it was mostly i did a little bit of graphics and textures but mostly maps and i'm gonna keep this one for now mostly maps and sound effects and stuff like that yes you are a programmer you should make mods for this we finished the everything run completed the final part of it is gonna be uploaded to the second youtube channel tomorrow see here now we got quite well going very well playing noita plus a mod that adds a new map that's more and more of like a metroidvania type of thing and it's amazing as somebody who loves this game very much and loves exploring being able to explore this whole game again an entirely new world is just incredible yeah i mean there is kind of like a bullet hell aspect to the final boss in this especially if you collect a lot of orbs but if you have this it kind of doesn't matter because this just repels all of the attacks anyway or all of the bullet hell all right lava blood give me that we're gonna need that probably for this because we're gonna be exploring a lot is that uh six spells [Music] wait no this one i'm looking at sometimes i can't think and can't talk a whole new world yes i want some already been through an area so we started here that's the lava lake we might be able to cut through that i don't know but anyway so we went down here and we went this way there's a room here we didn't look in i don't think we did we started going up here this little i want to go here so then we went through this we went through this somewhat went through that so yeah let's work our way back up this way and then go like that and then like we're gonna have to go back all the way over here geez all right uh let's do it oh that's great good thing i have a digging wand time for tentacles oh my god i'm gonna slow down the game to a crawl oh that's true you can teleport to different areas that is true all right yeah we're gonna do that we'll come back i forget that we can actually fast travel thank you because i'm just so not used to that in this game you know yeah tentacle with timer can be pretty hilarious all right i should probably collect all the gold but it's fine we have a tail now just get this chest yeah give me that nugget i'm glad i didn't slice it my permanent tentacle kind of kind of brings the boys to the yard nah it kind of brings the that was a reference by the way brings all the noises to the yard uh brings the gold along with me a little bit drags things around we could use it to steal things so all right we're here and then we want to go i don't know tentacle nice we're gonna go explore the lake it's probably i mean next time i play this we must absolutely must use the more enemies and bosses mod so that as we explore we fight bosses in these different places that that would just turn this into like a completely different game hopefully they're compatible they might not be but we'll try it yeah there's a lot of multicast ones around crap no no i forgot i wasn't immune to all right we almost died i keep forgetting i don't have melee immunity yet i usually melee immunity in a run in a longer exploration run is usually one of the first very very cool whoops i meant to do that ugh crap hang on i'm trying to read and play at the same time uh what's your favorite type of donut my favorite type of donut is uh the well either i don't eat them very often but if i want a donut i like krispy kreme regular glazed fresh out of the oven those things are like amazing hot and gooey or i like the ones with the chocolate glaze and sprinkles or jelly those are my top three but i don't the last time i ate a donut was like probably like six months ago um how you make those staffs like what is your thought process um i mean it's something that you learn over time you know you gotta you this game has a lot of very complex mechanics like the wand crafting is extremely complex and you just gotta kind of learn things i don't i'm not a professional at it at all there are people like alias and nymphs who are just way better at the uh one crafting i just haven't spent as much time on it yet eventually i will but so i know how to make some things and i know like you know i would say i'm like an intermediate probably i'm not a master at the wand crafting or anything but you know you just got to look at different spells also have hidden modifiers and such so you got to learn about the hidden stuff too i'll probably make a video on that at some point there's a lot of little hidden things in all of noita like the slime blood perk has a hidden 30 percent uh projectile resistance on it stuff like that different spells have different hidden things but you know you got to learn the basics like non-shuffle is the best for actually making more complex things uh and then you just kind of experiment they're adding a a wand laboratory into the game that will allow you to just experiment without fear of killing yourself so that will help a lot of people that will help everyone even the masters you know help us all come up with like really really interesting things much more easily all right so we're trying to find our way out of here which is going to be up someplace it's not up there all right i feel like that was sarcasm no not at all not even a little bit it will help everyone tremendously if that's the part you meant you thought was sarcasm nah not being sarcastic at all i just i need a i need some coffee my throat's a little dry too so i need to hydrate a little bit more well it's just you know also i've been playing this game for 800 hours just about uh and so i've had a lot of time to learn things and uh because i love this game i love everything about this game i love playing it in a very slow manner i love the mods i've experienced so far i love speedrunning it i love the wand crafting i love the alchemy which i hope they add more alchemy once again i'll just spam that in all my videos and all of my streams i'll just talk about how much i want more alchemy until they add more [Laughter] uh what he said before about your joke okay so i didn't see if there was a way up over there yeah the lightsabers do destroy gold [Music] they destroy everything see goodbye gold or they destroy all solids i should say and there's spells like flamethrower that destroy the liquids so if you have polymorphine in a giant area and you want to get rid of it and you don't have purifying powder because purifying powder is very hard to get you can spray flamethrower into it and dissolve all the polymorphine or flamoxium any of the liquids you just dissolve them man our frames again crushed they can get rid of cursed rock yes but cursed rock also has it's not just the rock that damages you it's the area like you know when you leave a uh holy mountain or you trigger the collapse in a holy mountain and then it has those red or red uh not projectiles but red particles and they damage you cursed rock has those red particles in it so just being in the vicinity of the cursed rock damages you too it's not just contact damage like this is just contact damage oh yeah i needed a teleport now we gotta teleport all right let's just try to get out of here uh is this gonna explode in my face whoa watch out oh wait is that a well shuffle yes aha all right so i don't want to worm around in this because of the fact that it's like a metroidvania i don't want to cheese the world too much i just i want my frame rate to come back so we're here we're headed to the lake and then whatever is over here adventure all right so these are very cheap it doesn't go away the uh cursed rock aura it's still there after you turn the world to gold because doing really long runs sometimes that's the way i kill myself to end the run is by using the cursed rock aura all right what we need is uh boomerang here hang on let me start from the beginning [Music] i need boomerang two of them and two reduced lifetimes we have one already probably not going to find it here these are more basic ones all right in the cursed rock that has been destroyed does it go away in there i mean i haven't ever tested that and destroyed all of the cursed rock no it doesn't because when you go to parallel worlds it still damages you in there not even touching the the floor or anything because i go back and forth between like i was just doing that a lot and it still damages you just moving through it so i was just i did a 33 hour run and we're going back and forth through the parallel worlds a lot oops well we have too many heals anyway all right so let's go so i wanna we have immunity to explosions now that's nice uh this isn't gonna work oh we don't have fire immunity though help this is we're gonna never mind we don't need the teleport really i'll just put it on here because we're not really gonna use that one much maybe it changed maybe i'm just wrong could be wrong let's drink all this actually all right i want to spend much time in here i'm going to work our way through stick to the out left wall aha oh now we have no all right we have no water but we're about to find a lot of water never too many heals i mean that's true but then also we have healthium and i have all these i'm gonna make a always cast heel projectile well i'm not always cast a permanent heel projectile wand we just need two boomerangs and two of these and we'll have it someplace and just like it'll stay on us most of the time permanently heal us i should actually look at these wands then because i need stuff from them whatever we do have three orbs also so we're gonna need a pretty powerful wand eventually because i might just pick up any orb i find oh crap don't want to be over there ow what the hell i just got like crushed sort of uh yeah if you feel like testing that that would be awesome so we all know for sure what do you need the tentacles for i don't really need them i'm just keeping that one there's like a backpack wand i just don't really need anything else that we found so far so it's just i still have the tentacles and it's just for if it works it's just for fun just for fun oh it's oh started to get dark a little bit oh we got the vault yeah that's right we have to go through the vault all right nice summoning the horror from the deep i hope so i don't think so but that would be nice more tentacles here uh i mean they're both shuffled whatever i mean i'm not gonna use either of these ones so it's fine or just keep the one that's more fun to use i guess yeah yeah blow yourself up and if we ever get it's spells per cast eight on this one but uh if we ever get non shuffle or no more shuffle that would be great too thanks to the follow shale the rock shale all right let's go into here our speedy toxic mist flask that's nice or acceleration we're all i don't even use the mist wand much man creaminess how much is that ticking for i don't know whatever we almost electrocuted ourselves crystal with trigger i like that but we have no room for it yet i don't wanna just whatever it's not like a main thing that i need uh capacity 10 whatever i'm gonna just grab this probably come on put yourself out hurry up jeez keep this get rid of the tentacles we don't want these either and i'm just gonna this is a non-shuffle want one of those we don't need the recharge time on this put these over here just start building this thing we're not gonna be able to make it yet but all right we need two two of these and then two boomerang all right good stuff and yeah that's also why i like tentacle with timer wands because after you cast it tentacles kind of follow you around for a while it's funny you get like a tail what's not funny is burning to death i wish i had just a little bit of water so we could turn all that to water and then get some water oh there's water down here might be to carefully get this or we could just blow up these things stop it i'm busy lowest up senior hell i'm not worried about my health we still have 319 health i complete runs with 100 health it's fine i mean we could full heal and like very quickly and picking up gold heals me too in this mod so i'm not too concerned about dying i mean we could still get nuked really quickly or something but you know or i guess we could get dumped into acid because we are in the vault this thing looks so derpy water hey water i don't want to oil in there wait is it already let's just perfect brains brain wand i think i need to go and grab some coffee soon i'm starting not to make much sense i'm just like randomly like brainwand oh i'm also [Music] confused as to why my frame rate is so bad that that was almost death geez oh you know what also here let me try something i have this map open in the background and this photos program sucks it has memory leak maybe that's why or maybe it's just the mod there's a lot of things active jeez let's settle down dreams jeez i'm wondering if i should start it over or like shut it down and start it up again what the hell oh my god what are we getting electrocuted from [Music] why the hell is the frame rate so bad maybe we'll here let me save and quit real quick watching not start up nah we got this all right yes there's just so many things that are aggroed and the new map so it's like it's crazy though light shot that could be good to have thank you come on man i'm assuming that the exit is gonna be up here or i guess we could just tunnel through the edr but i don't really want to do that nope exit is not right up here uh but i thought like we had to go up and then around we'll try this wall without falling into acid or getting wombo comboed geez all right yeah craziness this vault is insane i think it's just gigantic too and walking into the vault seems to like it activated all the enemies and that's why they're all in fighting too and we got a million pixels moving around all right time to heal again i think we got out of it right oh crap all right time to heal that we almost died so glad the shield bounced that away from me you
