hey guys i'm reina today we're going to take a look at a paradigm by alliance rv 372 rk [Music] hi this is coley brady one of the co-founders and owners of alliance rv and i'm here to welcome you into the paradigm luxury fifth wheels and reina here showing the high level features of our 372 rk paradigm luxury fifth wheel we are here at the factory here in elkhart indiana and i wanted to showcase some of the great things that we're doing here at alliance rv here you'll see the massive pass-through storage we have great storage capabilities in each one of our paradigm fifth wheels this 372rk does have some of the best storage capabilities on the exterior here we have two electric awnings and as you walk into this coach you'll see wow how big this kitchen really is and this is really when you're talking full-time rving this is one of those coaches you need to check out we have an ac system that's 3ac standard 313.5 btu air conditioner standard what we have is the ndq series which is called a non-ducted quiet air conditioner system that has the airflow directly into the rv so we have a more efficient more direct airflow air conditioning system compared to our competitors out there and we've actually had customers who have purchased our rvs and have camped in the heat of the summer in texas and arizona and florida and have raved about how well this coach cools as you see here rain is showing the luxury features in the back end of this kitchen and when you think about kitchen you want countertop space you want food prep space and this already delivers on that end we have a solid surface countertops here big huge uh farmhouse sink with a pullout spray faucet the oven in this rv is humongous if you wanted to do a thanksgiving day feast you could definitely do that with this paradigm 372 rk and then you'll see above there a big residential microwave 30 inch microwave all name brand appliances insignia name brand appliances in this kitchen area one thing we also do at alliance rv is we do deliver a carpetless rv so you'll see not one ounce of carpet in this rv we use flush floor slide rooms so all of our slide rooms are flush floor kitchen slides in this slide box here you'll see the dinette area that's got a hardwood top live edge a hardwood top and then there's no pedestal underneath that area you're not going to bump your knees or legs into a into a pedestal this has got a 55 inch tv with a fireplace that puts out 5100 b to use a heat which takes that chill out of a cool afternoon we have three focus in the uh here in this rear kitchen so plenty of seating capabilities throughout [Music] as we walk up here to the bedroom area you'll see there's a great spot for shoe storage there is a closet right in the entryway that right there is an epoxy top or epoxy handle going up into the bedroom area and then boom as you walk into this area how awesome is this shower when you're thinking 60 inches in length plenty of room to maneuver in this shower luxury feel with a teak seat that pulls down with a 300 pound weight rating a property board top here in the lavatory area of this bathroom along with a toilet that has a soft close and so you won't hear that toilet clanking uh in the night or when you have guests over as you walk into the bedroom area we have a barn door that separates the area so you have super good privacy nice as far as when you're having guests over or you just want to get away for a nap or an evening of quiet rest walking into the front closet area this is nice we leave no area unturned as far as storage solutions and capabilities we make sure every nook and cranny is covered in this rv we do watch every little detail to make sure that we give you the best storage capabilities and here's an example as you put this as rain is flipping that top up you've got room for jewelry for keys for uh phones whatever it may be remote controls underneath that dresser top area and then here again underneath the bench seat that bench seat's just perfect if you're looking to sit down to put your shoes on or put clothing on it's very easy to do and then underneath the bed we have great storage capabilities as well and you'll see there the two folding dinette table chairs are stored there in transit when we deliver this rv to our dealers all of our rvs have a nice padded headboard so you can easily sit up at night and read a book and then we also have additional windows in our bedroom so when you want to have light coming in you do have that ability here in the slide box you have more storage next to the bed uh as you're walking back down uh you'll see this is the storage right as you walk in at the entrance door area i'll also note in this rv we we do use asdale sidewalls uh that are laminated to our exterior fiberglass you know azdale is nice it's a little bit lighter than what typically it would be a luon sidewall it's also allows for a quieter rv and it's long lasting made in the usa which is
