[Music] hello everybody and welcome home and welcome back to Ramona we love Ramona we are here every week with Jan Ryan the famous Jan Ryan the queen of Ramona Jan how are we today we were great today yes absolutely now give us an overview of where we are because I know you just sold the home just literally right there this is a theme you sell every home in Ramona uh but we're on a different Side of the Mountain here where are we this is so great we're kind of I would say on the north side of Ramona and what's super cool with this house I was telling you back there straight in front you've got over 500 Acres of Cleveland National Forest hiking horse back riding you name it and it is beautiful it is peaceful I'm sure everybody can hear the Birds right now there's just something about Ramona it's like a slice of heaven and you're still connected to the city uh for everybody out there as I say we're connected to the city uh what are some close by iconic destinations that people can visit if they choose to call Romona home well what I love about Ramona we're out of the traffic but we're just 45 minutes to the world class beaches downtown San Diego and the wild animal park is probably 15 20 minutes away yeah I drove right by it and that is such a fun place to wake up and walk in the morning and as you said uh this right behind the camera here what Forest are we looking at here that's Cleveland National Forest over 500 Acres so you butt right up to it on a clear day you can see the ocean from here as well so you're out of the fog and you got the beautiful sunset love it and I I know they're amazing because at the other home we just did with you the sunsets were phenomenal and here you have those unobstructed views as well um the home itself what do you love about the property you know I love everything about this house I think it's one of if not my most favorite houses the size of it the rooms are expansive it's almost 4,000 square ft just a little shy of that but it feels much bigger and the grounds wle you see the pool and just the backyard plus it's got paid for solar that pretty much pace for everything and it's I love this house can't wait to show it to you we go very nice well with that being said what do you say we take a look inside let's do it Showtime check it out [Music] you come into a formal living room that goes right out to the back it's four bedrooms or three with an office that could be the fourth bedrooms and three and a half baths now as we're walking towards the kitchen there's there's so many details and it's almost like we got to stop here and just look at the archways and and the size of the hallways here we got beautiful dining room here yeah I love the width of the hallway and you've got this beautiful formal dining room with a coppered ceiling and check out that Lighting in there beautiful but and the view check out that view youve got the birds of paradise the palm tree and then the view of Cleveland National Forest and Beyond very nice I mean just imagine having dinner here you're going to get the sunset as you're having dinner well more to see more to see I'm excited what do we have here okay check this kitchen out wow this this is unbel is wild the size of this island I don't know if I've seen one this big we haven't and we've done a lot of homes in the show we got to move into the kitchen here because this is unbelievable bright Airy open everything you're looking for it is open to the beautiful living room but yeah so great for entertaining wow it's almost like takes your breath away it does it really does every time I come here I it takes me a while just to take it all in now as we kind of walk through the kitchen here you have your Staples when you're living in luxury there are Staples you have to have your stainless steel appliances you have to have your massive stove here yep massive gas stove everything is upgraded and then You' got another oven over here microwave and of course built-in refrigerator huge Pantry back there um and then it's open to the living room with views of the yard now let's walk towards the living room here because the kitchen is is to di for but so is this living room yeah I love that corner window I I just have a thing for Corner windows but oh my gosh and what a beautiful day with the hog down there and uh the Sun up here and it's frameless and they did that on purpose because you really have to just appreciate where you are in life and where you're living um and and of course the moment and that's what you're able to do here you know it's you have to have a TV in the living room but you also have to have live art and that's what you have here live art live art and the color uh everything was thought of I love it when a builder takes his time and really thinks about the view and what he's doing and the quality because you don't see that often enough yeah absolutely you know if we stand next to the mantle here this just gives you the sheer size as we're standing here how big it is and the carved wood and then also I pointed it out but all the extra windows everywhere you look it's not a window it's a beautiful window and then more windows yes and that's what gives you that bright light Airy feeling when you're when you're in the home here [Music] so the other wing of the home and as we're walking through I mean just look at the archways love and the doors I love the all the arch doors here's the office it could be a fourth bedroom but you've got the hardwood flooring again and again all the windows and then you have a full bath here which is awesome full bath there very nice and then again you got the white hallway all the storage big laundry room but here's one of the bedrooms and the thing with this a big walk-in closet they all have the walk-in closet and then this has the Jack and gel bathroom which I think is such a great feature so you got your own bathroom here and then look at this bedroom I love this bedroom wow the angle and then all the trim the rounded doors the walk-in closet um the extra windows the view to the incredible back yard okay master bedroom wow this is what we're waiting for yeah check this out you got another one of those frameless Windows my favorite look at that view oh my goodness is that insane that is insane wow this just feels good you know it feels right you know when you walk into a home and it feels right it does I yep you sold a lot of homes and you've helped a lot of people uh purchase and live their dream um and this this is this is a home that just feels right it does doesn't it everything about it I mean there's not one thing I don't love about this house and look at this dream bath wow even though lighting is well thought out yes and you know I just love the openness of the entire property you walk in the front door and you can literally go back outside which is special you walk into the kitchen and it's so beautifully connected to the main living room yeah you walk into the master suite here and it's beautifully connected to the bathroom and to the outside and there's just a lot going on here and then the nice thing too is is in a home like this you want to make sure you can do a lot of living and not a whole lot of maintaining so if you do have things out you just keep these doors shut and it feels like you're living with not a whole lot going on because the mess is contained and you're doing your thing know but wait there's more but wait there's more okay now this this is a pretty cool closet would you say absolutely but it goes on and on oh my gosh wow and they were even smart enough to put a door into the laundry room right now oh come in here you can do your laundry right there and then hardwood floor everything and check this out your own private patio right off the master bedroom Paradise we have found it Paradise let's go this is unbelievable and you got your fire pit I mean yeah just the size of it it's perfect it is and then you're just surrounded by green and you know there's something about green there's something about water there's certain things that and colors and and nature that just put you into a mode of Zen you know the only thing we need I just thought of it two glass gles of wine in fire yeah there you go look out over that view and yeah see a [Music] sunset okay Ty check this out let's go we've made it oh my gosh I could wait to show it to you but but this whole area dining area but I love that fire pit right there just the size of of it all the seating around it and you as we're talking you know you see the birds just kind of float through the backdrop there and yeah I mean you have this whole covered area you got the lights here you can just imagine at night how this all transforms oh yeah all the lighting yeah I I can't wait to see it in the evening yes amazing and then this big outdoor kitchen the granite counters very nice your hum humous Grill here of course I mean this is really like being in a resort you know when you move to San Diego and you have a home like this you're probably going to spend a lot of time inside yeah but when you have a backyard like this it's going to pull out your heartstrings you're probably going to spend a lot of time outside at the same time absolutely 50/50 absolutely in this weather and if it warms up you can jump in that pool wow and as you mentioned the pool that's special you can hear that little waterfall from the jacuzzi and the backdrop Now Let's Walk This Way a little bit because we got to get under the California Sun this is what we're doing we're when you're California Dreaming you're thinking of the sun and the fun that you can have I mean just look at the massive pool here you do have the little inlets here um so that you can put the umbrellas and you have your little hangout spots y b big Baja step extra deep pull there you have it everybody get in touch with the queen of Ramona I almost
