extra layers extra sleeping pad basically everything you need for traveling on camping on snow next 220 miles or so are gonna be above 10,000 feet elevation and most that's gonna be covered in snow so this is gonna be an adventure everyone's kind of worried kind of anxious and I hope really excited cuz I am here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so up there [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] still [Music] and there it is Wyoming anyone see the trail there it is [Music] so we've now dropped into the Great Divide Basin it's hot next four days are all gonna be around 90 degrees going up to 20 miles without water and I'm glad to have my umbrella [Music] [Applause] [Music] sir [Music] [Applause] [Music] stay 95 on the CDT and this should be the last full day here in the Great Divide Basin but then we head into the Wind River Range which hopefully you can see [Music] can you feel [Applause] did you dream stance [Music] [Music] this might be might be the coolest place I've ever been Circle the towers [Music] big the sky was watching us the breeze was listening to us tell our tale the Sun stayed up just long enough to make it clear just what we are doing I was for love you I will die go back to Stardust all I know would that be eaten alive is their lives for the living I need seeking salvation not to wait a bad damnation I got a little expectation in this search I easily let down all I really wanna do over the divide and get up on the high route which is gonna be right up there that pass yeah it looks like it's fairly straight up from here so we just climbed up it over Bonnie paths and now we're headed to dinner woody glacier down there [Music] [Music] big blue sky was watching us and the breeze was with me into us till I turn the Sun stayed up just long enough to make it clear just what we are doing I was born [Music] I will die go back to starter but I know [Applause] is that large for the living I see you sell fashion [Music] I'm not too worried [Music] expectation and they're sad easily let down I believe I do because to you I was getting a pretty rainy this afternoon and we looked over from the trail and we got in here [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so we just entered the Tetons pretty excited [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] so in Montana the trail just takes you up onto some mountains and it gives you some posts and just kind of lets you wander around it's awesome [Music] [Music] we [Applause] [Music] [Music] the scouts father last night this video [Music] the battle occurred go with the style [Applause] [Music] [Music] so in ten days we'll be reaching the Canadian border no song just like that I suppose that you called [Music] calm down calm down sweet the weather forecast changed for the better and it looks like we're gonna have good conditions pretty well all the way to Canada so now it's just five days of awesome use and the end of the trail [Music] [Applause] [Music] don't you hear me this is math behind the other everything south here close to the Atlantic and everything up behind to the [Music] [Music] sorry not me I had to encourage the edge don't look down [Music] [Music] well this is it last day on trail this afternoon we'll reach the Canadian border perfect weather amazing views it's kind of a perfect day to finish the trail on but but it also makes it that much harder to accept that it's gonna be over cause I'd love to stay hiking out here so we are big less than a mile from Gina [Music] [Music] we odd world you [Music] you will go you [Music] you [Music]

I had the good fortune of living on a thoroughfare for the CDT. Got to meet a lot of really cool hikers, Slingshot and Frenchie, those were good people. It's a dream of mine to walk across the country, and videos like this only make me want it more.
