Adjusting Flag Hinges

if you need to adjust your hinges the flag hinge offers adjustment of 5 millimeters first open the door to access the cover screw using a ph2 screwdriver once the screw is removed close the door and use a flat screwdriver to pop open the cover to adjust the lateral position first unlock the screw using a four millimeter hex key a quarter of a turn then turn the adjustment screw using a four millimeter hex key to give you up to a five millimeter adjustment in either direction once adjusted with a five millimeter air gap around the door tighten the unlock screw by turning back quarter turn to lock into place then close the cover cap remove the top cover cap to find two hex bots the front bolt allows plus 0.5 or minus 0.5 compression to the hinge the back bolt provides p to five millimeter vertical lift to adjust the vertical lift use a four millimeter hex key turn the back hex bolt to give you a five millimeter lift once positioned correctly place the cover cap back on remembering to open the door to screw back in the access screw tightly
