A NEW PYRAMID SCHEME?! LIVE GOOD: THE DARK TRUTH!

hello everyone it's Isabella here and welcome back to the channel so today's video if you guys can tell by the title we're going to be talking about enamelum I have never talked about before but I am seeing kind of pop off in the YouTube space right now so again if you guys are new here or not who here hi my name is Isabella lanter and I talk about unethical commentary scams problematic readers and just so much more and with that I love talking about mlms and we're going to be talking about the specific MLM called live good now literally the way I completely accidentally came across this MLM so I was doing my search right I was like I wanted to find a new MLM to talk about and all of a sudden popping up in the search was live good I was like okay it's got some traction on this topic and I was like okay what and I look and I see a lot of videos that are people who are involved with the company or even the CEO himself who are making videos and it looks like a lot of people are looking into it so I'm gonna come on here give my two cents discuss things try and debunk some claims and give you the opposite perspective that I did not see being properly represented when it comes to a lot of these Emma lammer based video so before we hop into today's video don't forget to hit that Thumbs Up Button subscribe the channel click the Bell button down below and now without further Ado let's get into it what is live good so live good is a multi-level marketing company so it currently looks like the MLM is fairly new which is again why I want to talk about it talking about new mlms I think is very significant because there's a big peak when it comes to people joining and when it comes to new MLM there's not a lot of information that is out there that will properly give you everything you need to know about the company so first of all before we get in I'm going to be having multiple different disclaimers things pop up as well and a lot of screenshots posted up so you guys can have a good visual so if you're someone that's listening and you're trying to get some information I really recommend checking it and like visually looking at this too so that you can get the full explanation and breakdown of what I'm talking about other backup proof Etc of what I'm trying to debunk and call out additionally two there are going to be time stamps in the description below so if there's going to be any specific spots that you want to like jump towards or if you are showing someone that is interesting to join this company and you want to give them a different perspective and you don't know where to jump to I'll have it all there in the description below So reading off on the behind mlm.com which is actually where I first saw some information about it was it says that look good operates in the nutritional supplement MLM category they are companies based out of Florida and is headed by the CEO Ben glinsky so Ben has been a part of the MLM industry for a pretty long time I would say he actually was the founder and CEO of skinny body care which already in my opinion very red flag if you're going to have a company named skinny body care then skinny body care appear to have been abandoned in 2018 which was then sold off to a valentis in around 2019. [Music] hey guys Ben glinski founder and CEO of skinny body care coming to you from my home just wanted to introduce myself as well as the company share with you guys the vision the passion the people behind the company because that's really the heartbeat of this company what it's all about what has really put us on the map made us the fastest growing company in the industry right now and if you're looking at this for the first time you are definitely at the right place at the right time and if you haven't heard about timing timing in business is everything and our window of opportunity right now is wide open we're well into our third year in business now paid out millions of dollars in commissions to average people just like you and are now on a huge growth curve just about to experience some of the biggest momentum this industry has ever seen so a golinski allegedly has had many other mlms that he's been a part of when it comes to maybe running them so it to me in my opinion gives the illusion that the CEO is not a very trustworthy one since it sounds and appears to me that he has kind of MLM hopped when it comes to running ones so again a bit red flag I'm going to tell you right now my beliefs on emblems are not good and I will be showing you evidence of why I don't agree with them but in my opinion when it comes to a CEO of an MLM you would want them to be more trustworthy sticking around in a company to where you don't fear to where if you were joining MLM per se you wouldn't be fearing that the CEO would just jump ship right I'm gonna be throwing out a lot of information real quickly that's some of my regular viewers might be used to as well so if you are a regular viewer and you really don't want to listen to my regular y mlms are problematic and going to hurt you Spiel then you can hop over to this timestamp and you can just get going past it but for those of you who are curious about mlms in general the facts and statistics backing it up is something I'd like to talk about when it comes to this and this topic in general is 99 of people who join emblems make no money or lose money now again that is something that actually a lot of emblems like to argue against because well yes that is the study it is an older study too and while I completely understand that we need to have a data today as possible I 100 agree the biggest way that I can back up additionally not only with this study but other data is by if we look at any other MLM in the industry majority of mlms in this industry actually replicate this data very clearly to where they can show that a lot of people do not make good money do not grow through the ranks Etc and when the fact that most people lose money and also my channel is a great example of most people not making any money experiencing cult characteristics mentalities and just other very culty behaviors I would say that it's a big red flag to begin with and additionally something else I would like to talk about is a lot of mlms from what I've seen and the lot that I've covered have run as pyramid schemes now a big thing I want to be very clear on and transparent on is what is a pyramid scheme and what is an actual MLM so the FTC actually has the definitions on here of what a pyramid scheme is and what an MLM is now a company can be a pyramid scheme in two ways so of course the typical way is if you are a no product based pyramid scheme meaning you don't have any products but you're still selling off a false business opportunity yes that is a pyramid scheme now that is not the only way though that a company can be a pyramid scheme and that is what I've seen a lot of mlmers not tell you because their first response when they say when someone says oh that company's a pyramid scheme is well that's illegal or well we can't because we have products well I mean I get that however there's many ways in loopholes and that's why a lot of these mlms have still existed to this day and so what I mean by that is a company can have products but they could have a major dependency on recruitment so if you're actually watching this video and you're a part of the MLM or any other MLM for that matter and your main income Source or any income source for that matter growth success other people you know success is strictly dependent on getting people into the system and not strictly sales that's a huge red flag right there and I that is a sign of a Pyramids Game and additionally I am going to be having a chart pop-up that is of course created by the FTC themselves that discusses characteristics of a pyramid scheme so when I talk about something and react to something which we will be here very soon and I say hey this is actually representation of a characteristic of a pyramid scheme you'll see an exact definition of why I think that because I think it's really important and I'm a visual learner and some of you guys are too I'm going to be scrolling through the website here real quickly and they have multivitamins for men and women they have plant-based proteins green CBD oil coffee and so much more so looking through I think one thing that I usually like to look at is if the product's overpriced and I'm gonna be honest the products are actually priced pretty well which I'm truly shocked by because usually a lot of companies that have products like this have an astronomical upturn because they want to be able to pay anyone who does make commissions but get in my opinion you know take most of it but I actually think that the pricing on it is quite rational and reasonable which is great and it's actually comparable to other products out there so me looking at this I don't think the products are horribly priced in any way however me personally looking over it though I don't think that they offer any uniqueness mind you so if you're someone who might be looking at a product from an MLM and being like Oh my god well maybe I can only get it from here there's a good chance that you don't just have to get it through there there's many different companies across the board and I would say that for any company in general not just strictly MLM base so there's a product here that you're looking at you're like man I want to get that but I don't want to support the MLM I'm going to tell you right now 90 of the time you probably could find dupe for about any product out there so don't feel like that you have to stick with an MLM product if you truly just don't want to support the MLM business I think some of it is seems a little bit generic in my opinion like okay we have greens amino acids super Reds all that stuff so it's just health and wellness it doesn't sound like something that would stand out to me per se I don't see anything that is exclusive to the MLM that would make me want to participate or sell the products from what I'm saying and again I'll be with you here if I know it's a product and I think oh [ __ ] that's a good idea I'm gonna say it okay genuinely acknowledge if I think something is good or bad I will okay of course I'm sure a vitamin could be great it's a multivitamin I take those all the time do I think that you need to buy it from them and you probably could find a cheap one probably now let's get into the business side of it so in order to start you spent around forty dollars to get into it which is actually not a bad cost but I think something I want to talk about is when you spend forty dollars that's to kind of get you going and get you initiated but that's not including product costs meaning when you start your so-called business you need to actually have products in order to sell it it wouldn't make any sense and say oh my God the business is great but you don't even have any products so you're probably gonna have to buy products so what I'm looking at is you probably are going to have maybe at least 50 to 60 dollars in additional investment who knows something along those lines I'm assuming is what you're probably gonna have to spend which is actually pretty affordable for a lot of mlms I would say however let's get into the actual problems with the company so now I want to talk about the income disclosure statement so if you guys don't know an income disclosure statement is a way of pretty much how company is able to say how much money the people involved in that company are making what ranks Etc and it's a really good Insight of what you could be expecting and what people are actually making when it comes to these companies again for example Monet has an income disclosure statement which I'll display up here which looks like this it's like a little chart that's like these are the ranks this is how much you could possibly make or how much people in our company are making how many people are at which rank Etc and most of the time it actually shows off a lot of the data that we are seeing in other studies about how most people are not making money about how most people are not at the top of the company and how most people are more than likely losing money if we factor in the fees products Etc now they currently do not have a income disclosure statement which to me is a red flag however I think they're youngers in their smaller companies so I will be nice to give them the benefit of the doubt on that okay if they come up with an income disclosure statement of course I would love to see that but since they're newer I'll cut them some slack however it is a big red flag if a company is pretty well established and they don't have an income disclosure statement because even though they're not legally required to in the United States a company in my opinion should be very all about transparency and showing you exactly what you're getting yourself into now let's look at the compensation plan and so we're going to actually be reacting to a video that was created by the CEO himself they actually have a YouTube channel which I have saved everything if you are Ben himself or any other person that's a part of live good that's watching this video I've already saved the videos you don't need to private them I already have them in my little hard drive I've had MLM leaders like private all their stuff because I reacted to it before so I already have it saved so if you think you could private all of your videos I have them all saved okay don't worry about that well we are going to be reacting to though is the perspective of the MLM or pretty much the CEO the person who created the MLM now I like allowing it to where the founder or the individuals who are part of the company speak for the company it gives me a good Insight of what they are saying how they're marking it off and it's especially better to me when I have the actual CEO himself speaking to me about the situation because he's the one that made the company he's the one that runs it so I am going to be able to debunk statements that he makes discuss the company and why I think there's a lot of red flags and Bobs so let's get going guys as you know the energy Market is huge all these energy drinks popping up some healthy some unhealthy but people need energy and they're looking for ways to to get energy and this is one of the healthiest lines of products that help you do that I take my super greens every afternoon and it just gives me that extra for example life-changing products what is life-changing about them is there something unique is it actually going to be life-changing or is it something that is generic that I can get from a Walmart my personal belief with multivitamins greens I can get all that from Amazon with for far cheaper so when they claim that there are life-changing products but they don't have any backing that's a big red flag to me they're kind of overselling a product in my opinion now talking about breakthrough Marketing System more than likely when they say breakthrough Marketing System they're trying to say that they are different from any MLM when most of the time when I've reacted to mlms they're all very similar so they have very similar patterns compensation plans and very similar ways of making money so again to me I don't find that as any truth whatsoever and we'll react to more and I can see if I'm right or not and then last but not least huge Compensation Plan I don't really know what that's gonna have to do with anything huge Compensation Plan are they meeting different ways of earning money if they are meeting different needs of earning money I think the biggest red flag we should be focusing on is if majority of the ways of making money in this Compensation Plan are through Recruitment and not sales if we find most of them based off of getting people onto a team or the only way to hit the ways of making money is to get a team that's a big red flag right there so this is the landing page so keep in mind we put this together we wanted it to have it ready to announce recruitment the reason why I'm showing this is because I want you to truly pay attention these details and what the FTC States about pyramid schemes what they're talking about when it comes to earning money essentially in this company so while we go through pay attention to how they're discussing if you sign up you are getting put above certain people and other people can get stacked underneath you the talking about joining quickly otherwise you'll miss this opportunity talking about how you can potentially earn money without you personally recruiting now the issue with that is if you aren't personally recruiting okay whatever but if they're saying that you can still make money because they're stacking people underneath you you're making money off of people joining the system not actually any legitimate retail product sales now well yes I get those people that join underneath who can purchase products or sell products that doesn't change the fact that they're literally promoting this as an opportunity just provide this video and what I'm personally seeing that you can make money simply because they are stacking human beings that are paying the almost fifty dollars into the system this is screaming pyramid scheme from what I'm seeing and it does not sound like a safe option and again I would like to additionally reiterate a lot of people leave these companies most people make no money therefore when they're like oh my god look look at how many people are underneath you you can really do well a lot of those people more than likely probably probably will leave so therefore what will happen now to me this is screaming false claims that the FTC states that you should not be doing and so much more so I'm gonna play this please pay attention to these details this is sounds thousand and four hundred or something uh members and it's going to continue to grow so each okay so one thing I want to say because I'm watching this right now I've made a completely fake email for this exact reason I did everything that I was supposed to do to get to this exact website that he said okay it says congratulations blank 28 pre-enrollees have already joined your power line it's still growing click here to see your power line so people are apparently joining either one they could be manipulating this and pretending that this is a real number one it's not or two it is a real number but they're stacking people underneath me so that way I may have a chance of being a top leader because so many people are doing underneath me it's literally saying you know remember the people are joining your company every single day are just like you they're looking for a powerful and simple way to make money from home without having to spend a lot of time or money doing it with our life-changing products and huge Compensation Plan people from all walks of life are finally achieving success many for the first time ever this is this is screaming pyramid scheme week when you lock because you get 50 of the 40 and 50 of the first month 9.95 so you sign up two people I'll let another talk a little bit more about it you got your money back um you can actually earn as it says here in the power line over two thousand dollars a month without enrolling a single person if you happen to have enough people placed under you when you enroll people you can up that signal hold the [ __ ] up so it says up to two thousand and forty seven dollars and fifty cents per month without enrolling people so it sounds like from what I'm getting you don't have to enroll people but if they stack people underneath you you can make money off of whoever they suddenly stick underneath you that's such a red flag that is just people joining from what I'm seeing from what they're saying it is the people putting getting put underneath you not meaning that they are purchasing products because if they're at least purchasing products and make me feel a little bit better it's still people in the system it's not just retail sales but this has nothing to do with retail sales this has everything to do with people just joining underneath you significantly I'll show you the the new Compensation Plan here briefly trying to move through fast stuff because we got a lot of excitement here guys so this is kind of how the Matrix pays it starts out with 12 levels enroll a couple people um this is actually wrong it should say 4 000 here we got to update please for the love of do not trust people where their website looks like a generic 2000s horrible commercial ad that you would literally watch while you're in a hotel and then two please do not trust an MLM who is that lazy to where their Compensation Plan has typos that's the biggest right there alone if you like emblems or not don't trust this one in my opinion because when they have they literally can even what quickly correct and grammarly spell check their damn stuff and double check their numbers all right that sounds like you're messy it sounds like they lack professionalism it got all the way up to 16 000 a month in The Matrix plus unlimited matching bonuses infinite levels deep in your Matrix and we'll do a Compensation Plan call to explain that exactly but that means you know we're gonna have people making probably over fifty thousand dollars a month All Right Bingo another red flag this is another huge red flag when it comes to pyramid schemes false income claims most people who join mlms do not make any money that is not arguable at all having the CEO himself getting on Beyonce's internet and saying most people are probably gonna make that as misleading that is a sign of a pyramid scheme also I still have yet to see where the retail sales is getting kicked in actually because when you're talking about oh getting people to join in you have to join in you have to join in and there is no talk of product and now you're talking about someone making 50k a month for what getting people to join in on this little 10 a month program it's huge we've also added for retail commissions we've added so these are the same as they were before 50 of the difference between the member price and the retail price I know I'm moving fast we've added an influencer bonus so for someone who just wants to retail products to customers you're still going to get the 50 percent of the difference so for example if it's a 18 member price 28 dollar retail price there's a ten dollar difference you get 50 of it that's five bucks you can also earn up to an additional 50 for a hundred percent of the difference so if there's a ten dollar difference between retail and member you get the whole thing and that doesn't take away from the all these other levels these other 10 levels of commissions that go to the the people additionally let's look at rank qualifications because this is another Super alarming part about this bronze you have to have two personally rolled active members silver must have 10 personally World active members isn't it so ironic how the second we are going through every single level now that we're besides the very first one all of them are requiring people to be recruited into the system and not actually sales I don't see any PV requirements I don't see any personal sales requirement I don't see none of that I only see you have to have 10 personally rolled active members in your company if you want to be able to make money and the only way to do that is involving with having them even the company stack people underneath you or for you to grow up in the ranks you have to recruit people that is replicative of a pair pyramid scheme where are the numbers and information and additional bonuses for selling so much strictly this is so bad wow but so we're actually paying out like 120 130 percent of the difference um for influencers so it takes a little bit away from the margins but that's okay we want to reward people and see people be successful this Diamond Pool is going to be huge we kept that in there um what else do I want to show oh that's I'll let naughter talk about that one oh well since I kind of mentioned it okay with the influencer thing we've added here's another announcement another site this is a retail only site it's called shoplivegood.com yes 38 seconds go 38 seconds ladies and gentlemen here's the deal we love sharing our products with people but we do want to get paid on it I want you to make money we're already given unbelievable price list so what we did is we created a website for use just so you can send your customers that are paying let's say 120 for his 1500 milligrams CBD from somewhere else you can offer them our products at retail price a third of what the other companies charging and they will not see the member price we wanted to do that just like Ben said because there's so many people out there that they're like you know what I want to help my friends out but it's okay that they're paying a third instead of a fourth so we we offering this to you so you can go out there and tell the world about our products and make that chair make that money make that extra money that's there for you which is the percentage of the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price which what we just saw was actually quite significantly low because if there was a 20 if because if there was 24 minus 17 which is what one of the products goes for then we actually take 50 of that that would only end up to be about four dollars that is significantly low to make off of commissions when it comes to that you have a better chance of making money in my opinion from just regular affiliate marketing with many other companies than with an MLM and also you actually with regular actual legit affiliate all happening they are spewing random claims that have truly no backing and are false advertising in my opinion this is someone in my opinion that does not actually care about your safety or your financial well-being guys are not just early I mean you're pretty early you are super early nobody knows about this office again talking about fomo saying well you have to act now it is completely ridiculous this shit's gonna circulate you know where it's going to circulate from me saying that I don't believe that this is a good company me saying that this person is spreading misinformation and is replicating a pyramid scheme in my opinion so yeah let's say too late babe let me know how that goes for you because when they see that video guys they're in they're in and when you see it you're gonna be like oh my God I need to send this to everybody I know it is awesome so definitely share that that's pretty much all we've got this is a lot of stuff guys but use this power line it's huge the compensation plan is huge you can make money without enrolling people you can make a lot more if you decide exactly you can make money without enrolling people which they were already clearly showing that it was because they were putting people under you but you can make even more enrolling people and that is the problem with these companies that is what a lot of pyramid schemes depend on the super red some people are going to be attracted to magnesium so people are going to be attracted to CBD coffee all the products you know have different benefits um and I guarantee you someone if people don't like one of them something's wrong with them because these products are amazing I'd also like to add blaming the customers for a product not working and saying that there must be something with you is very weird very bad marketing and ew are you kidding me what a horrible business owner what a horrible person to blame someone else for product networking one I think that should be common sense for any business owner I'm 22 but I know damn well that any product is not gonna always work for edit everyone that is okay we are all different beings that's fine but using that type of language is not appropriate it's not professional in any way and it's also really disrespectful to be like you must something must be wrong with you because my stuff is perfect not every product is
