A Link to The Past but ALL the Items are random

so what we're going to be doing today is today we're going to be doing and a link to the past randomizer and if you don't know what a randomizer is it basically takes every single item in the game and it shuffles us around and the objective is quite simple try and find all items required to defeat all the dungeons so you can get all seven crystals so you can then go ahead and defeat ganondorf and that's when time ends so without further ado let's get right into it three two one go also as you can see i'm this beautiful charizard skin nice wait is that guaranteed or is that a random drop wait is that a guaranteed drop or is that just pure luck well thank you for the nice start okay i don't have to be sore less that's a nice relief either way as you can see we're playing as this beautiful character today um i'm playing with normal settings meaning not beginner settings usually i play with beginner settings and link to the fast randomizers today i decided to go all out and go for normal settings there's quite a lot of places we gotta check uh one thing i'm really hoping we find early on is going to be the pegasus boots because uh pegasus boots are amazing to find as early as possible okay we got a shield not that i really am going to use to shield and a red rupee that's okay i'm gonna die aren't i i am not enjoying my hp at all right now wait i don't have bombs crap okay uh let's go to sanctuary we got a heart piece that's not too bad copium okay uh let's go to let's go to kakariko village i should be able to get a lot of chest over there so let's head over there but before we be another chest here heart plenty of hearts for us to go around chad plenty of hearts i haven't looked at the map yet i desperately hope i do not have to do turtle rock i despise turtle rock with a passion all right let's see if uh hopefully a lot of crystals are in the light world meaning we can beat light bulb dungeons because they're easier meaning we have to do less dark world let's look actually i haven't paid attention okay that's really nice okay two out of three of them are so that means we will be able to skip hopefully fingers crossed unless we're really unlucky with the item placements hopefully fingers crossed we can skip two dark ball dungeons all we need is a little bit of luck that's all we need okay uh i oh i don't have bombs i'm out of bombs i need more bombs again damn it okay let's go up to the forest all right there should i should be able to do the secret drop down here i think it's yeah it's this one okay heart piece okay and then i just need to find the mushroom spot have you seen andy he was out looking for our priced ether medallion i wonder when he will be back wait who mega lola's andy teneros i really need some more bombs dude i'm really struggling with the lack of bombs i have right now let's head out of here okay there's a couple of more not super difficult locations i can check out here all right i should be able to get uh a couple of items in here without too much problem oh my god no stop bad bad game what is he doing bro he was shuffling all right i'm just gonna run around i'm not even gonna try and fight him all right let's see what he gives us a red ruby really i come to rescue and you give me a red rupee kind of weak gonna be honest bro hammer that's a really good item as well dude we're getting really lucky right now this is some really good items this is not a baby seed this is a giga chad seed can i hook shot this guy to deal damage oh sheesh [Music] so bad let's go i don't think i've ever been ha so happy before seeing three bombs no no we didn't get the small key so we're locked out here and i think to fall down i need another item i don't think i can go to the graveyard right now can i yeah sad no okay let's uh save and quit then and then let's do link's house and walk down right of the map because now i have bombs so i can check those locations okay this room always freaks me out because i suck at it can i use this to damage them thank god okay all right boss champ five items here we go please be good one gloves easy clap okay well uh okay we could do the other part of the scape now thank you all right blue rupee red rupee we're getting so lucky holy sh green rupee heart okay the rest of the drops sucked ass but the gloves made up for it oh cape nice thank you dude we're having such good luck right now i used my last bomb i can't get in the room are you i forgot no there's like so many chests in that room but i can't get it because i don't have the bombs but oh why does all enemies keep giving me arrows but no bombs can enemies in the vanilla one the setting not give you bombs or am i just unlucky all right chad we need to find bombs i guess let's go and bring the old man back home so that we can unlock the spawn location at the top of the mountain i should be able to do that now with my items unless you need bombs for that i don't remember hi old man you don't technically need the lamp if you're a giga chat and can walk blindly here because you see the little light i see here you don't actually have this if you don't have the lamp so yo we got i can't believe i'm happy about bombs because bombs is honestly not a good item but because i'm so sh like low on bombs it is one of the greatest things ever okay let's save and quit let's go back to century and let's finally check out that poggers room all right here we go boys here we go come on good item uh possibly a good item that's a maybe we're gonna put that as a maybe so we'll give it a feels okay man okay map don't care smokey don't okay i feel a little bit disappointed all right this room is a massive pog room so hold the chad this room should be a very very good time here we go three two one bow wait that's super good that's super good we complete the dungeon now okay uh okay holy sh shiny charizard okay this is super nice because i am so bad at this game having double like having the blue tunics i take half damage is amazing that is an amazing find and bow means i can actually do the item uh or the dungeon sorry hey we found more bombs yeah i'm feeling like i missed something too what i must have missed something because this makes no sense i must have missed the chest somewhere because otherwise this makes no sense because i need the basket to progress let's go right question mark i guess that's the only i think that it's gotta be here i don't remember it's gotta be here on the right it's the only place i haven't gone i remember a good amount of stuff about a link to the past because i played it enough but definitely not everything and definitely not by heart there we go big key easy clap that's what i'm talking about chat imagine how dead i would be if i did got a crystal though that's nice uh now the one thing i desperately would love to see chad is the pegasus boots the pegasus boots is so nice to have like it is actually kind of sad to not have the pegasus boots it's very slow paced i once had a fish dinner i still remember it to this day good for you buddy that must have been a very good fish [Music] i'm about to die oh red pearl that's really good people that don't know what that means that means that i will stay as link or sorry i will stay as charizard uh when i go to the uh uh what do you want to call it like overworld i want to get up to the top right there ah i never usually have to go in the normal path because i'm so used to having the mirror and there's a glitch on the 1.0 japanese version where you can spam using the mirror as you're pushing a block and it makes the block disappear so i honestly have no idea how to get there without using that glitch i mean i tried to go up left here last time let's try and fall down here on the right instead oh yeah there we go i just bought bombs and i finally find more bombs okay uh i think i can throw a bomb yeah okay here we go fingers crossed pause champ we have five items here let's see if we can find anything good i'm hoping for pegasus boots because it's so slow to walk everywhere here we go no sure a bottle yes okay okay let's go drinks in a chat i was not expecting to chance i can skip it i swear to god turtles are a speedrunner's worst nightmare hey net that's really nice though because it means we can start catching fairies that means now we actually do care checks because i know that the second i start doing dungeon checks and the dark world i'm gonna die a lot so i'm hoping to find a lot of either finding the better tunic i think it's the i think it's the red the red tunic or i am hoping to find hearts which is a really weird thing to want in a randomizer but yeah i should talk to the smiths oh really yo we got the fire rod that's a good item that's like a really good item to get that's an item that i'm actually i do need because we have to do turtle rock so because we have to do turtle rock we actually needed to get that item that is a really good item together thank god thank you chad for reminding me about that that would have been a really bad location to forget i'm gonna be honest i would have been page to forget let's go to the guy under the bridge it looks like charizard is eating the water he's like up up up okay let's go up to the zora's and then uh let's start doing some dungeons shall we i've kind of been avoiding the dungeon as much as i can but it's it's about time chad what do you think we're gonna get from spending three hundred dollars here to the zora do you think we're gonna get anything good chad let's see everything it is a legitimate hard game this game is very punishing if you don't know where everything is you are going to die a hell of a lot when playing this game i never thought i would say this but i agree with lincus i don't know if i should feel honored or disappointed by the fact that that sentence got started with i never thought i would say this nice i'm missing something and i don't know what place i miss to check because i don't have the boss key can i go up with a small key here ah gotcha oh baby we got the upgraded sword finally a better sword holy crap that's what i'm talking about i must have missed a couple of locations because i never got the big key unless it's locked out i don't know if i got every item or not in swamp temple there no because i missed a couple of chests at the bottom left there after i lower the water i think that means that the big key chest has the big key because i can't see any chests that i missed so i think it's just that the big key chest has the big key i can't i think that's it so i think i can leave okay all right this cave has a insane amount of items so here we go oh baby ice rod okay that is a massive find all right here we go come on no no no yes all right we got the butter sword boys oh yeah sorry this is not the butter sword my bad what kind of butter have you been eating sir the uh the good kind oh my god when he turn into a baby you start to look like a charmander that's so cute okay let's turn into charmander again he's so cute look at him i don't remember do i shoot arrows at this guy i really need more scam though scam so i have one two three more dungeons i gotta do minimum i also need i think it's silver arrows right i need to find i should be able to do skull of woods i don't know how to do silver less so i'm gonna go with a i need silver arrows i hate this dungeon so much i never remember how to get through it wait i'm stupid i don't have the big key i have the big key i got a small key bro bro bum bum okay that's one i'm actually going to be keeping track of how many i get here that's non-item bait non-dungeon based that's one okay so there's only two chests that does not have dungeon based items ah b b brah brah bro what i'm sorry what [Music] okay we did it first try baby i'm gonna go a little bit yolo i'm gonna go for the end of the dungeon asap and see if the last item is from defeating the boss let me actually check that item in the bottom in the bottom right there oh baby we got the butter sword there's the butter sword okay and that's both of the items too nice dude that's a massive find all right we don't have to check anything more in this dungeon now we can use it to go meet the boss because uh that's all of the random items that this dungeon has [Music] ocarina it unlocked some new locations for me okay either either the items i need are in i dungeons i don't need or it is in the new locations that i just unlocked thanks to unlocking the teleportation okay i think what i'm going to do is i'm going to save and quit i'm going to go to the bottom right i'm going to enter the war to teleport to the top right throw the thing into catfish i think that's what his name is then after that if i don't get a super sick item from that i'm then gonna go down to the desert here we go all right catfish let's see what you got for us [Music] oof yo can do or like a trick to get around it but i don't know how to do it so i was really hoping we're gonna find silver arrows and thankfully we did so i do not have to even try uh the stupid glitch nice okay the only thing now that we need the only single thing now that we need is the cane the cane is the only missing item i think i have to beat the seed what what wait what i'm out of bounds wait dungeons to do that i literally don't have to do that i have to go to now i just have to go to dungeons that are not necessary to beat because that's just the life we're living i desperately don't want to do ice so i'm going to go and pray to god that the dungeon that has the green pearl is what has the the cane i really don't want to do ice cavern all my homies hate ice cavern well unless i missed something chad if it is the case that this does not give me anything this location here from the green pearl i will have to do every dungeon because it means i'll have to go to ice cavern and i'm going to actually cry please give me the rod [Music] okay the dream of not having to do the cavern is still alive the dream is still alive the the mushroom could lead to the rod uh okay it led to button for one frame so with 60th of a second and then you need to press it back in again on the next frame you have to release the button for only a 60th of a second every time please just give me the item i need please just just be nice please just be the cane please no don't worry chad i'm very happy if my facial expression doesn't show it it's just because i'm having so much fun that my nature of humanity of dreams and dreamers you know technically chad we could have hovered this whole time but it would have been a lot of hovering i would have to hover here and then i have to hover here and it just literally the list would just keep going on literally every room would just be a ridiculous amount of hovering [Music] small key map okay two small keys it's been a long time since the turtle rock but i feel like i kind of know my way around this dungeon fight that i opened my mouth did not me to go in here oh my god it's chain chomps all right here we go let's do it we we [Music] almost there chad almost well i just i completely forgot i still have ganon's tower left oh no oh i forgot oh god i hope i get lucky with the bot mountain boss key three red rupees in a row i swear if this is a red rupee okay hey at least it wasn't a red rupee i was hoping for double magic or um better armor but i don't typically need another item [Music] suck i if i don't get him in this one i'm go i'm i'm screwed because i won't have any magic and i'll have to literally just die over and over again i better be able to get him down here is there anything i can do i i think i'm screwed aren't i mirror smarts clever then i don't have to waste all my fairies here we go chad here we go no any aim yes okay okay yes red tunic purple charizard there are 22 or 23 different chests in this dungeon that can have the boss key the only item we need is the boss key once we find the boss key we're gonna rush and beat the dungeon here we go let's see how many checks it takes shall we here we go well that's one check let's count together chad one two [Music] three four here we go [Music] okay so let me think here so five six seven eight so we're at eight right now all right check this out chad i know a trick here you start running and then as you start running you turn left and bonk easy clap skip the whole thing nine ten eleven oh eleven that's it gg we're done here we go oh [Music] let's go all right now there's only one thing left to do not beat the game that is incorrect we have so much money we're gonna buy blue potions all four of them is going to be blue potions baby blue potions give you full magic and full health meaning that the odds of me failing this is very low by the way can we just appreciate the fact of how close this was to a 100 seed i have 19 out of 20 heart pieces bro this started off being such a baby seed and then the one rod made this almost a 100 seed my luck went from amazing to garbage here we go now i can also tank a bunch of damage since i have so many potions imba says that the mark on your hand means that you are the hero chosen to awaken zelda your blood can resurrect me i'm just gonna tank it just gonna take it just gonna take it just gonna take it just gonna take it i forgot it's not a fairy it's a potion i need to actually drink it paper i'm so dumb i can't tank it but i need to remember to actually drink the potion that was um not the smartest gg all right we did it time five hours 28 minutes and 53 seconds with an hour and a half time loss looking for one rod i'd buy that for a rupee well said uh but yeah either way uh
