$95,000 worth of Home Depot online liquidation pallets for ONLY $11,100!

what's going on everyone today is the day where I'm going to share with you guys the new set of items that I purchased from the liquidation auction that I have been running I'm gonna share with you guys what I got um the items that already arrived and I'm going to show you guys my storage unit and where I keep everything on how I store all my items so stay tuned because that's coming right up [Music] what's going on everyone my name is Sam and welcome back to my channel in through this video I'm gonna share with you guys some of the new items that I just purchased that I'm gonna be reselling on eBay offer up and have my local swap meet and I'm also gonna share with you guys the new storage unit that I got I'm gonna hold all these items so to kind of tell you guys what I got and how I got these items basically I did two different transactions from a buddy that I know who also does this kind of work for living on the bison resource items online so I kind of consulted with them and asked him if he could help me you find a good deal and on some pallets of items from Home Depot and so fortunately he was able to help me and here we are on half of the items arrived kill day and the other half is supposed to come in towards the end this week maybe earlier next week so once those arrive I will share with you guys those items as well that way you guys can see everything that I got so to break it down what I got was 18 pallets of home depot tools and hardware and I also got five pallets of lighting and electrical from Home Depot um all together the 22 pallets that I got right eighteen plus five twenty three college that I got or cost me eleven thousand and one hundred dollars um I am estimating that I should make around thirty to forty thousand dollars gross um from all of these pallets give or take about you know their five to ten thousand dollars for like shipping expenses and just miscellaneous expenses that come up um I should net about twenty G's out of all of these pallets and so today I'm gonna kind of show you guys half of the items that arrived so I'm going to show you guys the video of the five pallets of the lighting stuff and I'm gonna walk you guys through the whole entire thing just you know show you guys where everything is and then yeah then we'll go into my storage unit and then we'll wrap it up alright guys so here is the five pallets of electrical and lighting um you can see this pallet has a bunch of big and small items in it this one right here is MTV because I already filled it into my car to take it back with me this is another pallet of bigger items flush-mount lights and some strip lights here we have some more strip lights as you can see these are good swapping items and right here is another pallet of just tiny miscellaneous little knickknacks and stuff that I'll take to the swap meets that was the five pallets of the home depot electrical items that I got as you can see there's a lot of big items and a lot of small items in those pallets as well um what I usually do is I break them down and I'll put the big items into a different part of my storage unit or a different part right store them and then all the small items that I really don't sell on eBay or Amazon or place like offer up I'll put them in storage bins and I would take those to the swap meet or take them with me to garage sales so people can can take the room and see what they like and what they don't like so that was the five pallets of electrical stuff on that five pallets right there cost me $1,200 with the shipping included and luckily it came from somewhere really close to where I live so the shipping wasn't too expensive which is awesome but uh I didn't really count every single item in those five pallets because as you can see there's a lot of items so basically what I did was I assumed that there's gonna be about a hundred items per pallet times five there's 500 items divided by what it cost me so came down about two dollars give or take an item and that is what I need to make off of each item to breaking alright so here everything in the unit definitely not organized things all over the place except for the bigger box items are in their respective places they just need to be organized and stack whoo you guys can see some of the inside of the bin items I'll be taking to the swap meet with me these beans have been labeled this one is a three through ten we have a five dollar item and underneath it some random miscellaneous stuff like some doorbells like here you see more bin items some plumbing items that I had from before some more lighting stuff all this stuff will have to get organized eventually which it will be done but as you can see right now it is not done we need more space for the tools that are going to be coming in in here as well all right so at this point guys I am halfway through with organizing the unit I have everything where I wanted to be on the back of the unit is actually completely organized and ready for the customers to come check it out the bin items are also as you can see where they need to be labeled and stacked on top of each other nicely with the extra cardboard neatly organized and the little cracks on the car mode I'll be using for packaging for stuff I saw on eBay so here is a final product guys everything is neatly organized put away where it needs to be ready for the customer to come check it out all the halo lights or the home decorated light vanity lights pendant lights I try to put everything in like categories so when someone wants a certain something I know exactly where to look and every item similar to it is within its vicinity so I don't have to go digging through everything over there you can see we still have more storage for the 18 pallets of tools that are gonna be coming in some more stuff like here and the nice thing about some of these items is that they're big so point.you so once you saw one you open up a lot of space for more items down here more storage as well eventually all the way in the back or build some more shelves as well the bin items ready to go for the swap meet or even maybe I'll show them to some customers that they're interested in seeing what's inside of them all the door bells you can see right here more swapmeet items notify more swapping items at this one was 35 I've been getting fifteen or twenty five for these so we'll see how how the customer feels and if they're willing to pay what I asked and I will say okay and if not then we will take a lesser amount so there you have it that is what the end product of the storage unit looks like um what I'm trying to really do with this unit is to use it as a storefront so I can have my customers come and look at this stuff themselves rather than me having to kind of haul all this stuff around San Diego with me um it would be nice because what I noticed that people actually like to take through the items that I have specially at the swap meet people like touch everything whatnot and when people touch things they tend to buy it too so that way we know the unit can serve multiple purposes for me it kind of gives people you know the visibility through all the items that I have and also you know put some money in my pocket as well so all that you guys know how successful the storage unit is right now I just got it so it's fairly new like as you guys saw it's not full yet home I'm still waiting for the 18 pallets of the tools to come in so I can put all that stuff in there as well and once it's completely done then we'll be ready to go and hopefully by then everything is open so we can go back to the swamp meat as well um but yeah guys that was it for today's video I really hope that you guys enjoyed
