822 - CATFISH’S MCKENNA SPILLS ALL THE TEA?!

I'm gonna be doing an interview with McKenna from catfish I can't believe that she agreed to do this alright so I know I did a little gag at the beginning calling her McKenna but this is Therese and we went to high school together and we were pretty good friends and so I just wanted to you know it might get a lot to use but it's just really interesting because she was I've never known anyone that was on a TV show alone so I just wanted to catch up with her it's been like two and a half years and just see what's been happening since catfish so I think the first question that I'd like to ask is like what was it like being on set and specifically I'm really interested like you said that it was like an hour long but like what was what was the experience of walking out and like seeing Brandon's reaction hello his name's Brandon not Brendon hello hello like what was that like was it scary for you um to be honest they tell you like before you film there like it's gonna be nothing like you think it's gonna be and so I literally didn't take that into account but then when I actually drove down the driveway and had to get out it's actually scary as crap because there's there's like 20 people like around like a multiple cameras like multiple producers and multiple people and then drainage alone but you don't see that you only see Brandon hello and nice and crunchy I was so nervous I don't usually get nervous but super scary and I was like I'm gonna say the wrong thing something's gonna go we're all super wrong I really kept it really together and I'm surprised because I was trying not to cry the whole entire time we were filming because he's like a literally so angry I was like you know like me made it like a last nerve wracking because he's just super super nice but then as soon as I drove me away I started crying like it was not on camera but I was like bawling it looks it was embarrassing her was like sobbing then they took me upstairs wow wow wow there's I believe in every episode like a thing where it's like some time has passed and they if the relationship was successful or not it doesn't matter they're gonna talk to both of the people in the episode for a little bit obviously you guys didn't end up in a relationship and so they had that but like hello like now that a lot of time has passed are you in contact with them at all or like do you see him ever you like what's what happened with you and him well actually sure after we filmed I went to college and bring in Cologne also moved to Spokane which is where I lived so hung out a couple of times in Spokane because we both lived there and he came to my dorm room a couple times Wow Wow so we like hung out but it was like we felt like we had to be friends because he went we did this together but it was it was weird it was a weird vibe but then after that he's like texts maybe like once every six months like just like four messages okay each other so I actually I just I thought of one more thing I I've seen your Twitter bio and it says don't ask me about catfish and and now we're doing this this whole interview literally people will message me on Twitter like still and I'm just like if you're following me on Twitter just to ask me if I'm on catfish go away also people were message means like what's Bruns phone number hello do you I'm gonna give you Freeman's phone number hello hello I think it's dumb little easy reason people follow me follow me because I'm funny so obviously this show is a little bit about relationships and whatnot what what's your relationship status as a the show being done um shortly after I came back from college I started dating Sean who anyone high school we started hanging out randomly and then we just kind of worked together and then we just progressively hung out every single day and it spent the night at his house every single night so and then we were just together now I've been doing it for two years and we love to and have four animals together something you know about Sears yeah so yeah I'm glad it didn't work out friend hello because that relationship would be like I'm completely different the relationship I should be in which is for sure I obviously know that now but I'll put both her Twitter and her Instagram in the description I don't know how many views this is gonna get but if this for some reason got a bunch of views and your Twitter wasn't mentioned I feel like I'd feel pretty bad I just thought this be interesting because I know someone who was on not only a TV show but one that kind of is really interesting to hear about after it's done I wasn't even in the forty minutes I was in it for 20 minutes alright well I know not much tea was spilled but I hope this was interesting enough for you and
