world there have been many formations of the league namely Justice League of America Justice League Europe Justice League International justice league dark Etc although the main seven superheroes in the league are considered to be Batman Superman Wonder Woman Aquaman Martian Manhunter Green Lantern and Flash many other Heroes have worked with the different League formations over time in today's slaves carried out an Antiquated ritual to produce a supernatural blood gem that they used to murder Whitney the descendants of the slaves received the blood gem unbeknownst to them the gem also housed a microscopic Dimension where Jacob witnessed Spirit had taken the form of the demon rot this world gave the gems possessor incredible physical abilities as each wearer's dark side was absorbed by the gem over time rot got stronger rot eventually pulled bloodwind into the gem and imprisoned him the Martian Manhunter was compelled to wear the gem and pretend to be blood wind the Manhunter rejoined the Justice League under the guise of bloodwind while being mind-controlled by rot he looked for a power source that would allow rot to break out from his Micro World the Justice League held blood wind break free and rescued Martian Manhunter as well after that he stayed with the Justice League as one of the members the prime source of bloodwin's power is the blood gem on his chest he gains the ability to fly shoot optic blasts and has superhuman strength and durability with the help of that gem in a battle with the energy draining starbreaker the villain was astounded by bloodwind's might declaring it to surpass even Superman's blood wind is a skilled Necromancer as well he can call upon the dead Spirits which endow him with life force and enhanced strength in a
