twister these ones have the most to hide they'll come into the store needing assistance okay so I bought this fridge from you guys like a couple years ago and well I think it was from you guys but the customer will try confusing you and making you feel bad that the item was dysfunctional and then like can we not just get it replaced with another one for free it's possible but we would have to make sure that it was purchased within the past five years while that was so long ago I mean that I can't even be sure if it was really from this store did you happen to maybe have the receipt on the item couldn't you just check your system it might be in our records can you check annoying yes but you have to make the customer happy so you go personally through every single file you say to yourself I can be making a sale right now unfortunately we haven't been able to find any boy you must have not looked very hard for it because I know I we will start getting aggressive and bring up this is terrible customer service what we could do is in our head office and maybe they could find it so how long will that take this afternoon sometime tomorrow I have stuff I need to put in the fridge immediately again I apologize but that's well you know what I have a friend who works sells fridges and I'm going to just go to his store and never come back here again why didn't you go to him in the will come in and just wander for a bit you will approach them like any other customer and well you know can I help you with anything yes I got my daughter a little gift for her birthday and put something okay well do you have anything in mind I'm not sure honestly well I can let you look around see what we have you're gonna give me any of you what is your daughter interested in I'm asking you for ideas why you asking it's your daughter which like a lamp a throw pillow vanity mirror you're no help now after that incident you're asking yourself that that just really happened retail customer number seven this is possibly the worst one in the crowd as soon as you're closing in comes this idiot hi I know you're closing any minute let's just drive by they thought I'd drop in and have a look at some of your mattresses the last-minute role they'll look at the sign for a few seconds but unfortunately the closing time is blurred to them the door could have been locked they would still try and get in you could be standing next to him ready to leave but he doesn't take notice you tend to blame yourself for this since you forgot to turn the open sign off so what can you do I'll take this one and you want to know the stupidest part of it is they would have stayed an hour past closing and you will get well there's really nothing here I like but thanks you time you begin to conjure up every dark thought but then you realize prison is a real thing and not to mention that finding another job could lead back to all these situations just finish and quickly say well thanks for coming in I hope you find what you're looking for kill them with kindness
