monkeys no tomorrow with you expelling up the language around here no Tim did you bust my synchronizers a totally they were junk you did it did not think you did did not anyhow we have to really say here's where all the fun is gonna be at right there no I need artists lighting cameras that don't own lighting him actually what I'll do is curse at it that always works didn't you know that you get a good string of curse words and they just fly right the hell out of there I think so where we can put some Lube on it grease it up a little KY put some hair around the hold and come right out okay you can shut that off while we yeah that is what we should probably weigh this thing just about no I mean you just talked to me Tony about that okay then this is a break okay I can see right now that that wasn't synchronizers fubar holla damn it all ademma wait a minute you know if I if I didn't know any better I would say that that synchronizer was not putting that brake right new like there's a plate that's supposed to be in there that isn't in there you know that no look good separation all right all right so I'm thinking that this synchronizer was never put in there right either that or there's such an enormous amount of weight out it's the enormous amount of wear back plate back facings off of it you know and hips under and it's skinned off look at this stuff John all right so this is the problem yeah well wouldn't you know it what else is down there anything good synchronize your pieces synchronize a piece does that one go on to face things are pretty well worn okay so this is the carrier this is a carrier group there's a springing that that's holding bus clock detent yeah the detent huh okay what just came off well I think that's why we don't have any gears Tim got a little rough with it I did not you know I was chasing down snatch squatches all right everybody's waiting for you to go full-on squat and beat the out of me I think that's kind of funny two little guys in order to do this at least we know that the synchronizers are completely junk now it's going to be go to John Deere and spend forever lost that's my fire Tim and Cody home yeah so I can finish up this video for what I've got now I got a bunch of parts on the floor here these are all what it takes to make this tractor run it's the top chef I don't need to do anything to that one I think I'll have to press off the bearings and put new bearings and cups and cones on this here obviously I'm going to replace the cup in the cone bearing on this one along with these clips this is all press on press off stuff synchronizers like you saw earlier junk junk junk and yeah there it is the inside of the case is pretty well you know there it is there's nothing to it I had to take the detent out of the back of that shifter lever there Oh what else have I got to do I think everything here is there's a little rust there but that's from condensation so there's no damage there Park Paul is holding there's a two nuts on that years and years ago you see there's two nuts down at the bottom the case I had to replace the bolt in there and it was a very tedious task to get that thing in there because that bolt did not want to go in I had to get a pin out and put a bolt in and just short of cursing my brains out this this thing was really it was hard but anyways here it is differentials fine as you could see I had to remove a bolt out of the diff there right there there's a hole the bolt is right there some other miscellaneous tools stuck down in there there's metal shavings down in the bottom so I'm gonna have to rethink my choice of oil I think which doesn't make sense should be perfectly fine but anyway I'm going to clean this up inside here with diesel fuel and flush it out and make sure everything's good so before I put it back together again but yep races cup scones snap rings synchronizers these synchronizers are not old not old at all as a matter of fact I'm going to show you something here this is bad this one here is bad they're supposed to be up you see that pad there with a little line in it well that same thing is supposed to be there and it's gone see it's gone completely wiped out so there was something going on in this tractor hot that's gotten very hot so something got something was going on in this tractor whether I'm having a an oil leak issue someplace with it or what I have no idea but I'm gonna check the the feed tubes to these to these lubrication tubes you know I got to check those make sure there's no missing or cracked or worn-out overhangs that this hydraulic oil is not getting to where it belongs when I go to put the tractor all back together I'll fire it up and I'll leave that top lid off and of course I'll be able to see if it's
