5020 gets a fueled up injection pump and a rebuilt head! part 7

oh oh that's the power of the straight pipe on there you wouldn't get that kind of performance with a normal muffler that's all to do with the straight pipe so we're gonna stick this son of a [ __ ] and [ __ ] uh probably in i don't know what that is there be probably be one now we got this big [ __ ] thing in mind hey guys how's she going today well we finally have all the goodies for the 50 20. we have all new injectors rebuilt completely injection pump governor and everything everything's new inside of it it's been opened up ten percent a little more fuel a little more smoke we have uh one new connecting rod and piston to replace the one that spun and got rattled around there or whatever ah all of these have been shined up and polished and spec everything's perfect on them these are the the other five new wrist pin bushings and wrist pins are no longer available so they sized them to their to the old pins so they're perfect solid ah one new piston obviously like i said with rings that cost quite a bit uh we've got all new rod bolts and then over here we have uh we have front and rear main seals and all new head bolts and then that's all the rest of the gaskets there in that reliance box and we have just about all of the uh main bearings in now we just have the uh thrust left put in so oh yeah and then all the new rings are on those pistons and they've been cleaned up and you remember we've got the uh new sleeves in there and the crank so keep putting [ __ ] back together right i don't know bring it back in a few forgot about this too look at that all rebuilt new head shiny so that's all new too so it should run like a top destroy any 40 20 it comes across with all new [ __ ] crankshaft i told him about that before anybody wants some sliced up paperweights yeah maybe we should do a giveaway you just got to pay the shipping [Laughter] bring that to the post office here you go valerie 300 pounds of crankshaft ask them how much they want of the crankshaft by weight yeah yeah just a little little chunk for paperweights about welding the old piston and connecting rod together and give that away here you go one per month yeah yeah last a while anyway comes with a sticker oh yeah yeah give a sticker away with a crankshaft so back at her pretty close so how are the arctic seals twan good how's the ice good good is it warming up too yeah the ice is warming up but it still froze though even though it's warmer yeah no it's kind of dry dry ice how high is the uh sun in the north right now all the way yeah [Laughter] anyways quite a bit higher here right now i was gonna try doing a time lapse but this takes way too long in between putting the piston together and then going over there there's 25 minutes between each one so it wasn't going to work very well you guys are faster without me right what would help even more is if these [ __ ] idiots that reliance didn't pack the bearings they're jammed in together so then it's got a lip it cuts a lip here where this bearing is shoved into it then you gotta try to smooth that off dummies whatever learn our lesson i'll get the pistons and rings assembled from nelson motors next time and then they can just be all aligned that way right even better giant gear young deer parts anyway genuine it's still quiet i know [Music] those inuit girls didn't teach you how to talk are you in the north are we in the south pole oh i thought you were checking out the southern arctic seals arctic seals that's what it was broke his concentration yeah i know just the ring ant guy you got it on there eight way upside down get that stuck inside the hole that way oh they're brand new rings twine they don't break anyway we'll stop bothering tuan before he leaves again we've got the one in there that's the brand new piston and roger place the junk one and then you know we're reusing the other pistons because they're all within spec they're perfect so they've got cleaned up and new rings but anyway you got the roll pin hammer i'm just waiting for the go ahead keegan all the compression what are you feeling twang thud nice so were you offended by mr potato head too gender neutral potato head no no they went back they reversed the decision oh cause everyone was pissed off as mr potato head this world is [ __ ] try to be less white how's that light helping you like this that's good oh no oh like this someone's gonna get mad at you for doing one again with the electric impact you're gonna be over the 180 foot pounds now twan don't you like being back here [Laughter] you versus the guy she tells you not to worry about [Laughter] your little 350 head gaskets cute twan anyway we've got all of our pistons installed and sorting out uh the gaskets we need now it's almost three of them [ __ ] leave it there for a minute dad's just cleaning up the oil pump a little bit of [ __ ] that's on it i mean shouldn't be any kind of sludge build up in a 20 000 hour engine there nothing at all antoine's got everything torqued up should be running in what half an hour look at the high-techness over here wow fancy one is it all in spec bang on a thousand horsepower that's how you measure that
