$500 MYSTERY BOX SURVIVAL CHALLENGE!

today we are doing the mystery box survival challenge we each are gonna have 500 to fill a mystery box with survival items that we have to survive up in the woods we're not gonna be buying items for ourselves so i'm gonna be buying stuff for justin he has no idea what i'm buying i'm going to be buying stuff for hyper and i'm buying stuff for andrew i'm in this video too all right let's go to the you you better run where do they buy it from js2 we just made it to shields it is time to make our mystery boxes for each other let's go get the items remember gentlemen our mystery boxes have to include at least these three things shelter food and sleeping gotta do you got it dude i am buying for andrew and making his mystery box so for a shelter oh look at this guys a tiny little timmy chair only 10 bucks for this all right guys i've already got some epic stuff for andrew well you'll see when he pulls it out but i'm going with some weaponry we got a grappling hook and i've got two epic sharp things that you'll soon find out all right guys i found the perfect shelter check this out it's an inflatable sprinkler but all you gotta do is get a tarp and it goes over top of it and boom you've got a survival shelter [Music] mallet i grab a little pacman pocket player to keep the bud busy while he's surviving in the woods but i'm trying to decide what else to get getting some hiking shoes not all our supplies don't look bro hey i killed it we are back from the store and as you can see we each have our mystery boxes filled up we're each going to take turns opening them up and see what's inside to survive i'm excited or nervous i don't know i can't decide hyper your box is up first oh my we've got a an authentic adventure gear tech sport dome round tarp oh thanks a kitty bow for hunting oh my gosh what is this justin told me that i was guaranteed to love what he got and i think this is what he was the portable toilet bro that thing was 110 bucks wow thanks mom all right air cushion head rest a magic ball bungee cords instant coffee pizza let's see and then this thing finally uncle henry buck knife with a gut hook okay and then you got a brew mate ice cold drinks guaranteed oh i know what this is look at it yes you have to wear that to survive no problem thanks mom i i did get you something else that you have to wear with that what that gum it why i don't want to wear that you look so strange it is not my turn let's see what's inside the mystery box that andrew got me did he give me good items bad items oh my a 30 degree sleeping bag it's cold today and it's raining wait for kids oh wait no i got it on the normal side fishing line can come in a lot of handy oh binoculars to see if any bears are coming in all right we've got some dog training duck scent what is that so this is going to come and collect water that's a key ingredient is this my shelter with the fishing line is it just a feather who sells just feathers a compressible pillow for comfort that's going to come in handy oh a nice ll bean jacket to keep me warm this is legendary okay we got a duffel bag to carry all of my supplies in limited edition oxygen mouth guard i do love glitter ooh a key knife spongebob socks my mans does not look okay like got a pocket player yes video games i'm guessing i'm gonna have to use this for the tarp he's made it to the shelter what this is a shelter oh my you can god the tarp over it to make a nice little shelf i'm gonna make a pretty dope shelter with this hey don't count me out trout tips i really have never fished before so i feel like this is gonna be coming in handy the fans were just hoping to get better from the ice fishing video yeah that was a big help ooh rubber mallet uh item looks to be shoes i don't know your hiking shoes okay these are my hiking shoes oh my god are these soccer cleats how am i supposed to hike with these maybe these actually are gonna be good with my spongebob socks let me tell you the theme your box was almost useful i could see that pretty good it is my turn to open up my mystery box let's see what's inside what do we got in here all right tarp pretty nice beef jerky all right some fighter discs bungees a grappling hook wow that sounds fun i am very interested i didn't know they sold those oh man a hammock okay i like it some pyro putty oh a plasma lighter let's go what held crossbow you shoot like little pencils oh man this is going to be the best this appears to be some type of spear yep what in the world oh man i will be stabbing things with this look at that dude go what is that oh oh my fire pit whoa this is gonna be fun with all the food in here too we're gonna be cooking up many meals now that we have all of our supplies let's head to the woods and keep in mind we have to do three things you gotta build your shelter you gotta take a nap and cook your food we just made it to the middle of the woods it is starting to rain so i think getting shelter set up asap is a priority gotta find a good spot all right i think i found my spot that i like i remember correctly for my box my shelter basically is a hammock so um that's gonna be step one find some trees we can set up the hammock this is pretty simple setup because right now all we're doing is connecting these bad boys we're gonna have a shelter soon so because i've heard there's a lot of lightning storms so i hope that i don't get struck by lightning with these poles huh i just kidding ah hiking in these shoes are gonna be annoying check it out guys got my gear on my waterproof jacket coming in clutch and i got my spongebob shoes on i don't think these are gonna be as bad as i first thought because they got good grip so when i'm climbing trying to find a good spot i don't think we're gonna have any problems guys i think i found my spot yes check this out we got a bunch of trees right here nice little flat zone i could use this dead tree to kind of arch it over these trees put the tarp there put my inflatable water park supply i don't know what andrew got me let's get building because it's starting to snow now there's no way to sustain ah my fingers whoa as you can see i have my canopy set up using this tarp i'm not sure if i'm gonna change it or not but for now it's doing its job why didn't he get a bigger tarp oh i don't even know what this is gonna do we did it guys oh come on please don't do this the rain stopped that which was good but now it turned into like weird snow i got a tarp in my box as well so i can throw the tarp maybe i can use the bungee cords to make like a tarp cover over top of my hammock gotta try we'll win well i'm not gonna lie this is uh pretty useless how on earth did andrew think that this would serve as a shelter i mean yeah okay well this is my shelter i guess we should try it out i got the tarp over top of the hammock it's actually kind of nice in here i think okay let's get in the hammock backup plan initiated guys so use this inflatable swimming pool toy and yeah this is about to fall apart oh my i'm gonna use this on the ground and use the tarp to completely cover me in the uh i don't know what that's called the hop zone sprinkler what the snot why'd they why'd justin give me this tiny chair i can still sit in it though it doesn't matter it doesn't matter justin does it because i can still sit in it what are you up to i am being extremely innovative kind of because i have to i was provided this mallet and these tarp stakes so i found this big log here and i put the tarp stake into here and look at this guys under there is my fort i just gotta finish putting the rest of these stakes in the edges of a nice little cozy village in there so shelter is complete actually kind of vibey in here the snow can't get me i'm hanging up in a tree feels pretty fun in here i like it i need to start this camp stove or i'm going to freeze to snot so i'm trying to get my hands my hands warm i've set up this stove thing that justin got me only problem is it's supposed to heat up water you know what you need to heat up water water i've been waiting to open this the grappling hook we have definitely got to go test it on a tree or something pepperoni pizza with cheese and sauce oh that's epic all you need is to heat with any water huh well it's almost like i would need water for that wow a hopsyllater slim for water ah sweet a pot for water awesome grappling hook is set up there's a great tree branch right here we've got to test it oh yes instant coffee you just need hot or cold water what is going on i can oh i barely fit in here man well this'll have to do fellas grappling hook is installed so i'll give it a climb test here in just a minute but this is what i'm most excited for the dino bubble blaster this is gonna really level up my uh surviving well it would be nice if i had batteries andrew [Music] oh what is the point of this a sparkly mouth guard really my fingers are cold and i'm cold and i have this buddy blanket and a toilet that i'm gonna use later i guess but you know what would go good with a toilet yes got the grill set up this thing is pretty legit i gotta get some lunch oh bro very good also did i tell you this the stove over there it doesn't ignite i don't have a lighter i don't have even heat i don't have water yes wow pretty good we're gonna make our way to justin's campsite let's go confront him some yellow man is coming let's hide in the weeds tell him i don't have water i need it now hey bimbo come out here i want you to tell me all the things you got me oh i got you a lot of things yeah yeah like what ah a lot of things to play with and have fun with yeah did anything involve oh i don't know water no why not you can have how am i supposed to heat that up i could give you my water i don't want your stinking water you want to know why why because you're a heater doesn't work yeah you plug in the butane light i did now you got to use a flame no it says it has an automatic clicker shock thing and that doesn't work do you push it in yes i don't think you tried hard enough i've tried it many times keep trying i want an apology and i'm i'm i'm moving in you can't fit in here yes i can you're moving out you're going in mine give me my dog here give me that i don't want to talk to andrew he's gone crazy what happened to him i don't know he started stabbing me with a spear i hit it yeah man if that thing had gooey flesh it'd be dead thanks the hardest puzzle to solve when trout have a lot of choices are trout that smart oh well justin didn't know he didn't give me water well so i got his water but i got to make this oh his water who got his stuff you i think hand me my water okay me and andrew have joined forces maybe maybe not but we have this pyro putty that you're supposed to light the rope yeah you're supposed to light the plasma lighter with this so it says take this and like pull the string oh my house number eight be the fish whoa wait don't we need sticks and stuff it's wet it's all wet when you factor in all the things we've been talking about and then match your human brain against an animal whose brain is roughly the size of an almond odds are you're going to be right oh man this book seems pretty useless let's just take a look at the food that you got me huh okay some shrimp that would be good oh ribs no way we got some brisket and now that was that was justin's recommendation i'll try one if you want okay hold this warm up my hands by the fire ow oh my gosh it just looks like jelly slugs let me see they're not jelly slugs that's what it looks like look at these jelly slugs good huh not that bad let me see nothing wrong with just that combo like salt and vinegar and then these well i lost my appetite oh i'm getting just revving up i stick my hand in the fire again ouch look at this view guys absolutely epic and on top of that i got my game right here which i wish i could play but andrew didn't buy me any batteries i'm going in my house i've got some bread since my fire oh my you're gonna set yourself on fire what your whole blanket was in the flame this is comfy snack zone oh it's so comfy you guys now that i've got justin's water after much study and a little bit of reading we're gonna have pizza boys oh my gosh hey neighbor just gotta come and say hello let the climb begin oh but my hands i need like gloves or something i can't climb that rope also how do you get a grappling hook down [Music] you scared me sorry we'll get in here know how to knock i feel like we're in an outhouse you got this for me yeah and also speaking of outhouse you can open that toilet up and have a seat oh yeah why did you get that i knew you need to use it i don't want to use it this is a legendary toilet dude you think it works what is that for is that for water all right so i'm gonna throw some shrimp on the barbie yeah all right we've got a massive fire going on here this is like a heating thing and then what do you think it's gonna be pizza uh-huh weird pizza that does not look that good it looks like it's burned almost that's the sauce my guy it's like if someone took a regular old piece of bread and then said let's keep that and make a pizza there's a thick piece of bread all right who thinks the shrimp is done oh it's like black from all the smoke too so apparently justin just stumbled outside and found a way to light the stove guys it is boiling it literally looks the same [Music] okay it is warm i'll give it that oh it's way better i could survive out here i just need justin and andrew's help all right so i have completed my shelter i ate and cooked food and i also took a little nap so i have completed the challenge well guys i'd say this was a very successful mystery box got a lot of good supplies not the best but i made the best use out of all of it i probably could survive overnight got a sleeping bag got a cover in case it rains this was a good one please chase sue
